Abstract

"BUCHA RESILIENTE E MéTODO DE INSERçãO POR PRESSãO DE UMA BUCHA RESILIENTE". Em uma bucha resiliente (2) do tipo sem luva externa e em que um corpo resiliente (21) fixado na circunferência externa de uma luva interna (20) é colocado diretamente em contato com a face interna do furo de suporte de um artigo a ser suportado, uma luva inserida (22) sendo embutida no corpo resiliente (21), a resistência à remoção do furo de suporte pode ser aumentada e o desempenho é aperfeiçoado tornando a taxa de compressão inicial do corpo resiliente (21) grande. Os flanges (22a, 22b) curvados na direção diametricamente para fora são formados em ambas as extremidades da luva inserida (22), e está disposto para estes flanges (22a, 22b) em ambas as extremidades para se estender para fora na direção diametralmente para fora do plano de projeção na direção axial do furo de suporte, em uma condição na qual a bucha resiliente é encaixada no furo de suporte. Os entalhes axiais (22c) e as ranhuras fendidas (21e) são respectivamente formadas na luva inserida (22) e no corpo resiliente (21) e o flange (22a) na primeira extremidade é capaz de redução de diâmetro, de modo que a bucha resiliente (2) pode ser inserida no furo de suporte a partir do lado deste flange (22a).
