技术领域
本发明涉及减震橡胶衬套技术领域,具体为一种挡板与内衬套装配工艺。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的高速发展,人们对汽车各个方面的性能要求越来越高,而作为评价汽车性能指标之一的汽车振动和噪音,也显得日益突出,大众消费也逐渐理性化,对于轿车的购买理念是要求有低油耗和良好的舒适性。为了适应市场的变化趋势,满足车辆减震降噪及强度要求的同时减轻车辆自重的轻量化橡胶减震衬套是目前的发展方向。橡胶减震衬套一般都是由外管、橡胶组件、内衬管加上挡板构成,目前常见的挡板与内衬管的固定有冲压铆接的,其操作麻烦,也有压装的,压装过程中需要涂上润滑油,润滑油虽然可以减少压装时的摩擦力,便于压入,但是润滑油会长时间存在,使得挡板与内衬管之间相对更容易相脱,而且润滑油会流到橡胶主簧,对产品性能造成影响。
发明内容
为了现有挡板与衬套管安装操作复杂,容易脱落松动,影响产品性能的问题,本发明提供了一种挡板与内衬套装配工艺,其能够简化安装操作,不易脱落松动,确保产品性能。
其技术方案是这样的:一种挡板与内衬套装配工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)在内衬管外表面进行抛丸处理;
(2)挡板压装前,在挡板的通孔内侧和/或内衬管外表面涂抹水性脱模剂;
(3)将挡板压装到位。
其进一步特征在于,内衬管端部设置有小径段形成台阶面,小径段直径大于挡板内通孔直径;
所述小径段高度与挡板厚度对应。
采用本发明后,内衬管表面抛丸处理后增大了与挡板的拔脱力,压装后不易拔脱,另外压装时采用水性脱模剂,起到润滑的同时会迅速干燥挥发,不会残留,并且脱模剂对橡胶无影响,安装方便的同时确保产品性能。

具体实施方式
见图1,图2所示,一种挡板与内衬套装配工艺,其包括以下步骤:
(1)在内衬管1外表面进行抛丸处理,增加内衬管1与挡板2之间拔脱力。使挡板2在衬套总成运动过程中,不会脱落松动;
(2)挡板2压装前,在挡板2的通孔2-1内侧和/或内衬管1外表面涂抹水性脱模剂,水性脱模剂起到润滑作用,便于压装,并且水性脱模剂会迅速干爽,不会影响产品的性能;
(3)将挡板2压装到位。
内衬管1端部设置有小径段1-1形成台阶面,小径段1-1直径大于挡板2内通孔2-1直径,过盈配合的同时起到挡板2压装时的限位作用。小径段1-1高度与挡板2厚度对应。

1.一种挡板与内衬套装配工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
(1)在内衬管外表面进行抛丸处理;
(2)挡板压装前,在挡板的通孔内侧和/或内衬管外表面涂抹水性脱模剂;
(3)将挡板压装到位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡板与内衬套装配工艺,其特征在于,内衬管端部设置有小径段形成台阶面,小径段直径大于挡板内通孔直径。
