Claims (6)
- 排気ガスターボチャージャ(24)の軸受ハウジング(1)であって、
−取付穴(2)を有し、
−前記取付穴(2)に配置された2つの軸受ブッシュ(4、5)を有する軸受装置(3)を有し、前記軸受ブッシュの間にスペーサ(6)が配置され、
−軸受ハウジング凹部(9)に固定されかつ前記スペーサ(6)のセンサ凹部(8)内に係合する回転速度センサ(7)を有する軸受ハウジング(1)において、
−弾性スリーブ(10)が前記回転速度センサ(7)の周りの前記軸受ハウジング凹部(9)に配置され、一方の端部(11)により前記センサ凹部(8)内に係合することを特徴とする軸受ハウジング(1)。 - 前記弾性スリーブ(10)の他方の端部(12)に固定ウェッジ(13)が設けられ、
前記固定ウェッジが組立状態で前記軸受ハウジング(1)の固定溝(14)内に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の軸受ハウジング(1)。 - 前記固定ウェッジ(13)に、両側においてベベル状のウェッジ面取り部(15、16)が設けられ、前記固定溝(14)に、相補的にベベル状の溝面取り部(17、18)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の軸受ハウジング(1)。
- 前記弾性スリーブ(10)が、少なくとも3つのセグメント(20〜22)が設けられるスリーブ本体(19)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受ハウジング(1)。
- 前記弾性スリーブ(10)の他方の端部(12)に固定ウェッジ(13)が設けられ、
前記固定ウェッジ(13)が、前記セグメント(20〜22)の数に対応する数のウェッジセグメント(23、24’および25’)に分割されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の軸受ハウジング(1)。 - 前記セグメント(20〜22)が切り口(26’、27’および28)によって前記スリーブ本体(19)内に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の軸受ハウジング。
