Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Molécula biespecífica de unión a antígeno, que comprende un primer fragmento Fab que se une específicamente a un primer antígeno, un segundo fragmento Fab que se une específicamente a un segundo antígeno, y un dominio Fc compuesto de una primera y segunda subunidades capaces de asociación estable, en la que: a) la molécula biespecífica de unión a antígeno proporciona unión monovalente al primer y/o segundo antígenos, b) el primer fragmento Fab, el segundo fragmento Fab y la primera subunidad del dominio Fc se fusionan entre sí, y c) en el primer y/o en el segundo fragmentos Fab se lleva a cabo una de las sustituciones siguientes: (i) los dominios variables VL y VH se sustituyen uno por otro, (ii) los dominios constantes CL y CH1 se sustituyen uno por otro, o (iii) los dominios variables y constantes VL-CL y VH-CH1 se sustituyen unos por otros, con la condición de que no se lleve a cabo la misma sustitución en el primer y en el segundo fragmentos Fab. Reivindicación 32: Polinucleótido aislado codificante de la molécula biespecífica de unión a antígeno según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 31, o un fragmento de la misma. Reivindicación 33: Vector de expresión que comprende el polinucleótido aislado según la reivindicación 32. Reivindicación 36: Composición farmacéutica que comprende la molécula biespecífica de unión a antígeno según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 31 y un portador farmacéuticamente aceptable. Reivindicación 40: Utilización de la molécula biespecífica de unión a antígeno según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 31, para la preparación de un medicamento destinado al tratamiento de una enfermedad en un individuo que necesita del mismo. Reivindicación 42: Utilización según la reivindicación 40 o método según la reivindicación 41, en la que dicha enfermedad es el cáncer.
