Abstract

La presente se refiere a un microorganismo para la producción de metionina, donde dicho microorganismo es modificado de modo de mejorar la actividad de transhidrogenasa de PntAB. En un aspecto preferido la actividad de la transhidrogenasa UdhA es atenuada en dicho microorganismo, además se refiere a un método para la producción de metionina mediante la fermentación.Reivindicación 1: Un microorganismo para la producción de metionina, donde dicho microorganismo es modificado a fin de mejorar la actividad de la transhidrogenasa de PntAB.
