Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um método para produção de metacrilil-coa que converte 3-hidroxiisobutiril-coa em metacrilil-coa usando uma enzima tendo atividade de desidratase como um método para produção de metacrilil-coa usando um catalisador enzimático. neste método de produção, a taxa de conversão de 3-hidro¬xiisobutiril-coa para metacrilil-coa pela enzima tendo atividade de desidratase é de 50% ou superior. além do mais, neste método de produção, a enzima tendo atividade de desidratase deriva de um microorganismo pertencente ao gênero pseudomonas ou rhodococcus.
