Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: El uso de un compuesto de la formula (1) en donde G no está presente, o bien es alquileno inferior o cicloalquileno C3-5, y Z es un radical de la formula (2), o G no está presente, y Z es un radical de la formula (3); A es CH, N o N->O y A' es N o N->O, con la condicion de que no más de uno de A y A' pueden ser N->O; n es 1 o 2; m es 0, 1 o 2; p es 0, 2 o 3; r es de 0 a 5; X es NR si p es 0, en donde R es hidrogeno o una fraccion orgánica, o si p es 2 o 3, X es nitrogeno que, junto con (CH2)p y los enlaces representados en líneas punteadas (interrumpidas) (incluyendo los átomos con los que están enlazados), forma un anillo, o X es CHK, en donde K es alquilo inferior o hidrogeno, y p es cero, con la condicion de que los enlaces representados en líneas punteadas, si p es cero, están ausentes; Y1 es O, S o CH2; Y2 es O, S o NH; con la condicion de que (Y1)n-(Y2)m no incluye grupos O-O, S-S, NH-O, NH-S, o S-O; cada uno de R1, R2, R3, y R5, independientemente de los otros, es hidrogeno o una fraccion inorgánica u orgánica, o cualesquiera dos de ellos forman juntos un puente de alquileno inferior-dioxilo enlazado por medio de los átomos de oxígeno, y la restante de estas fracciones es hidrogeno o una fraccion inorgánica u orgánica; y R4 (si está presente, es decir, si r no es cero) es una fraccion inorgánica u orgánica; o un tautomero del mismo; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo; para la fabricacion de una composicion farmacéutica para el tratamiento de una enfermedad dependiente de RET.
