一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫 技术领域
本申请涉及汽车座椅靠垫的领域,尤其是涉及一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫。
背景技术
汽车为现今时代比较常见和常用的交通工具,随着时代的逐渐发展,以及人们日常生活水平的不断提高,对于汽车的驾驶舒适度逐渐有了更多的要求,不但需要汽车具有较高的操控性,还需要更好的舒适性。
然汽车在生产的过程中,需要根据每种车型的使用环境对其进行调教,如倾向舒适性方面的调教,则车辆的操控性就会作出部分牺牲,反之亦然,尤其是对于SUV、越野车型的调教来说,舒适性方面的牺牲就会相对会多一些。
而汽车座椅对于驾乘人员来说,是舒适性来源的主要方面,因此就有了诸多汽车座椅用的坐垫、靠垫,而靠垫日常生活中比较常见如透气靠垫,在炎热的夏天,驾乘人员在车内容易出汗,尤其是背部,背部会因为出汗严重影响舒适度,这种透气靠垫则能在一定程度上提高透气性,使得驾乘人员的舒适度更好。如中国专利公告号为CN203211145U的一种汽车座椅通风靠垫,包括靠垫外套、带控速装置的插头,靠垫外套内设置有靠垫主体、靠垫前板;靠垫主体前下端两侧设置有风扇安装仓,风扇安装仓内设置有涡轮风扇;风扇安装仓四周设置有出风导槽;靠垫前板设置于靠垫主体的前端,同时,靠垫前板上与出风导槽相对应位置设置有出风口。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为:该通风靠垫虽然能够起到通风作用,但是如果长时间乘坐同样会导致通风效果不佳的问题,主要原因是由于驾乘过程中,靠垫受到向后的压力较大,由于车辆的颠簸,以及驾乘人员不断的调整坐姿,会造成该靠垫发生移位,而且由于长时间被驾乘人员后靠,导致风扇位置过于贴近座椅及驾乘人员的身体后背,造成出风量减少,甚至导致风扇由于风流量受阻,容易烧坏。
实用新型内容
为了改善上述相关技术中靠垫长时间被驾乘人员后靠,导致风扇位置过于贴近座椅及驾乘人员的身体后背,造成出风量减少,甚至导致风扇由于风流量受阻,容易烧坏的问题,本申请提供了一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫。
本申请提供的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,采用如下的技术方案:
一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,包括靠垫本体,靠垫本体上设置有多个通风孔,靠垫本体的背面 位于通风孔的区域内设置有风扇安装位,靠垫本体包括边缘部以及由上至下依次设置的本体上部、本体中部、本体下部,本体上部、本体中部、本体下部均位于边缘部围设的区域内,本体下部的背面设置有至少一个支撑凸起,风扇安装位位于本体中部的背部且靠近本体下部。
可选的,所述本体上部、本体下部均朝向本体中部且向靠垫本体前方倾斜;本体中部由其上、下两端部向中部并朝向靠垫本体前方弯曲。
可选的,所述本体上部、本体中部、本体下部均由中间向左、右两侧设置有弧形的过渡面。
可选的,位于所述本体中部左、右两侧的边缘部向靠垫本体前方弯曲形成弧形的支撑边缘。
可选的,所述边缘部的正面均高于本体上部、本体中部、本体下部的正面,且边缘部位于本体下部左、右两侧的位置设置有过渡段,过渡段的正面向靠垫本体后方倾斜设置形成过渡段的正面与本体下部的正面连接。
可选的,所述靠垫本体的正面纵向设置有多个的导流槽,导流槽均由本体下部或/和本体中部下侧的位置向本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的边缘部延伸设置。
可选的,所述靠垫本体的背面与每个导流槽对应的位置向靠垫本体后方凸起形成加强筋,加强筋均由本体下部或/和本体中部下侧的位置向本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的位置延伸设置,且加强筋位于本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的一端不与边缘部连接;风扇安装位设置于本体中部下侧的加强筋上。
可选的,所述本体下部的正面与支撑凸起对应的位置设置有凹槽。
可选的,所述靠垫本体的下端连接有朝后侧方向并向下倾斜设置的弹性支撑件,弹性支撑件与靠垫本体的下端之间通过弧形的过渡连接件连接。
可选的,所述弹性支撑件的左、右两侧边缘朝向后侧方向逐渐向中间收缩倾斜设置。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.设置支撑凸起,使得靠垫的背面与座椅之间会形成一个较大的通风空间,该通风空间即使是在不安装风扇的情况下,依然能够保证足够的通风量,特别是在靠垫在受到驾乘人员在后靠挤压时,空气通过通风孔的对流效果会更强;且将风扇安装位设置在靠近支撑凸起的位置处,这样即使是驾乘人员在后靠的过程中,不会导致风扇位置过于贴近座椅及驾乘人员的身体后背,很大程度上改善了出风量减小和风流量受阻的问题,使得通风的效果更强,更为显著和良好。
2.通过本体上部、本体中部、本体下部上的倾斜结构、弧形的过渡面的设置,使得在 使用的过程中,能够很好的支撑驾乘人员的腰部和背部,而且更好的提升了出风量和风流量。
3.通过支撑边缘的设置,可以很好的提高驾乘人员的乘坐体验,无论是在驾驶途中还是在车上休息,都可以很好的对驾乘人员的腰部两侧部位起到一定的支撑效果。
4.通过设置导流槽,可以使得空气在受阻后,能更好的向边缘部扩散,有效的提高了通风效果,而且不会对出风量和风流量造成影响。
5.通过设置加强筋,能够有效的提高支撑强度,不会使得长期后靠造成靠垫变形严重的情况,很大程度上保障了风扇的正常工作,也在一定程度上避免了风扇受挤压损坏的情况。
6.通过在本体下部的正面与支撑凸起对应的位置设置凹槽,可以使得空气在受阻后,能更好的向边缘部扩散,有效的提高了通风效果。
7.通过设置弹性支撑件,可以避免长期后靠的过程中,由于坐姿的调整,导致靠垫移位的问题,而且弹性支撑件还可以辅助减少风扇位置受后靠力挤压的问题,大大的提高了靠垫使用的可靠性。

以下结合附图1-3对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请实施例公开一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫。参照图1、2,靠垫本体上设置有多个通风孔1,靠垫本体的背面位于通风孔1的区域内设置有风扇安装位2,靠垫本体包括边缘部3以及由上至下依次设置的本体上部、本体中部、本体下部,边缘部3围成一个下侧为开口的区域,本体上部、本体中部、本体下部均位于边缘部3围设的区域内。
本实施例中,位于本体中部左、右两侧的边缘部3向靠垫本体前方弯曲形成弧形的支撑边缘4;参照图3,边缘部3的正面均高于本体上部、本体中部、本体下部的正面,使得边缘部3与本体上部、本体中部、本体下部之间形成台阶状结构,这样就可以增强通风的效果,使得空气的流通更为顺畅;且边缘部3位于本体下部左、右两侧的位置设置有过渡段5,过渡段5的正面向靠垫本体后方倾斜设置形成过渡段5的正面与本体下部的正面连接,这样设计可以使得本体下部的左侧的边缘部3在驾乘时不会对驾乘人员的臀部长时间顶压, 提高了驾乘人员的舒适度。
参照图1、2,本体下部的背面设置有至少一个支撑凸起6,使得靠垫的背面与座椅之间会形成一个较大的通风空间,该通风空间即使是在不安装风扇的情况下,依然能够保证足够的通风量,特别是在靠垫在受到驾乘人员在后靠挤压时,空气通过通风孔的对流效果会更强;本体下部的正面与支撑凸起6对应的位置设置有凹槽7,在本实施例中,支撑凸起6间隔设置为两个,通过在本体下部的正面与支撑凸起6对应的位置设置凹槽7,可以使得空气在受阻后,能更好的向边缘部3扩散,有效的提高了通风效果,而且凹槽7在增加通风效果的同时,还能在一定程度上降低制造成本,制造材料也能更好的节约。
风扇安装位2位于本体中部的背部且靠近本体下部,在本实施例中,风扇安装位2是位于支撑凸起6的上方位置,这样可以使得风扇安装后,更能靠近支撑凸起6,将风扇安装位2设置在靠近支撑凸起6的位置处,这样即使是驾乘人员在后靠的过程中,不会导致风扇位置过于贴近座椅及驾乘人员的身体后背,很大程度上改善了出风量减小和风流量受阻的问题;如在风扇安装位上安装风扇后,使得通风的效果更强,更为显著和良好。
为了提升驾乘时的舒适度,本体上部、本体下部均朝向本体中部且向靠垫本体前方倾斜;本体中部由其上、下两端部向中部并朝向靠垫本体前方弯曲。同时,本体上部、本体中部、本体下部均由中间向左、右两侧设置有弧形的过渡面。这样设计,可以在驾乘途中,能够更好的贴合驾乘人员的腰部和背部,对腰部和背部能起到很好的支撑效果。
参照图1,靠垫本体的正面纵向设置有多个的导流槽8,导流槽8均由本体下部或/和本体中部下侧的位置向本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的边缘部3延伸设置。在本实施例中,导流槽8由本体中部下侧的位置向本体上部和本体中部上侧的边缘部3延伸设置,且导流槽8延伸至边缘部3处,与边缘部3连接。
与此同时,参照图2,靠垫本体的背面与每个导流槽8对应的位置向靠垫本体后方凸起形成加强筋9,加强筋9均由本体下部或/和本体中部下侧的位置向本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的位置延伸设置,在本实施例中,加强筋9均由本体中部下侧的位置向本体中部上侧的位置延伸设置,且加强筋9位于本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的一端不与边缘部3连接;风扇安装位2设置于本体中部下侧的加强筋9上,在本实施例中,位于中间的两个相邻的加强筋9上分别间隔设置两个定位柱,而风扇则通过两加强筋9上的定位柱安装固定。
为了保证靠垫不容易受驾乘人员坐姿的调整导致移位,靠垫本体的下端连接有朝后侧方向并向下倾斜设置的弹性支撑件10,弹性支撑件10与靠垫本体的下端之间通过弧形的过渡连接件11连接。在本实施例中,弹性支撑件10的左、右两侧边缘朝向后侧方向逐渐向 中间收缩倾斜设置,这样既能够保证弹性支承件可以很好的***汽车座椅缝隙,而且在不改变过渡连接件11、靠近过渡连接件11处的弹性支撑件10的区域的弹性支承性能的同时,还有效的降低了材料的浪费,节约了成本。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,包括靠垫本体,靠垫本体上设置有多个通风孔(1),靠垫本体的背面位于通风孔(1)的区域内设置有风扇安装位(2),其特征在于:靠垫本体包括边缘部(3)以及由上至下依次设置的本体上部、本体中部、本体下部,本体上部、本体中部、本体下部均位于边缘部(3)围设的区域内,本体下部的背面设置有至少一个支撑凸起(6),风扇安装位(2)位于本体中部的背部且靠近本体下部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述本体上部、本体下部均朝向本体中部且向靠垫本体前方倾斜;本体中部由其上、下两端部向中部并朝向靠垫本体前方弯曲。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述本体上部、本体中部、本体下部均由中间向左、右两侧设置有弧形的过渡面。

  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述边缘部(3)的正面均高于本体上部、本体中部、本体下部的正面,且边缘部(3)位于本体下部左、右两侧的位置设置有过渡段(5),过渡段(5)的正面向靠垫本体后方倾斜设置形成过渡段(5)的正面与本体下部的正面连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述靠垫本体的正面纵向设置有多个的导流槽(8),导流槽(8)均由本体下部或/和本体中部下侧的位置向本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的边缘部(3)延伸设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述靠垫本体的背面与每个导流槽(8)对应的位置向靠垫本体后方凸起形成加强筋(9),加强筋(9)均由本体下部或/和本体中部下侧的位置向本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的位置延伸设置,且加强筋(9)位于本体上部或/和本体中部上侧的一端不与边缘部(3)连接;风扇安装位(2)设置于本体中部下侧的加强筋(9)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述本体下部的正面与支撑凸起(6)对应的位置设置有凹槽(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述靠垫本体的下端连接有朝后侧方向并向下倾斜设置的弹性支撑件(10),弹性支撑件(10)与靠垫本体的下端之间通过弧形的过渡连接件(11)连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种汽车座椅用通风靠垫,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑件(10) 的左、右两侧边缘朝向后侧方向逐渐向中间收缩倾斜设置。
