一种激光打标机 技术领域
本发明属于太阳能光伏组件产线、具体涉及一种激光打标机。
背景技术
在光伏组件生产过程中,需要对料片进行激光打标,如何将来料自动输送打标,如何保证输送过程中料片的稳定,如何提高效率,均是目前需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种激光打标机,能够自动将料片依次输送至激光打标及检测位置,进行打标及检测。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种激光打标机,包括依次设置的载送装置、激光打标机构及检测机构,载送装置包括上、下载台、用以分别驱动上、下载台依次至激光打标机构及检测机构下方进行打标、检测的上、下输送机构,上载台底部设有上支撑板并通过上支撑板连接上输送机构,下载台底部设有能够升降的下支撑板并通过下支撑板连接下输送机构,且上、下载台还均具有料片固定机构,包括分设于载台四侧的夹压板、设于各夹压板底部的纵向压紧气缸、分设于载台底部并与对应纵向压紧气缸相连的水平夹紧气缸,每个夹压板的内侧端下部呈水平内凹的台阶状结构。
所述上输送机构包括设于上载台一侧并与上支撑板同侧相连的上输送轨道及其直线电机模组、设于上载台另一侧并与上支撑板同侧活动配合的导向架。
所述下支撑板底部设有支撑座,支撑座上设有数个用以驱动下支撑板升降的丝杆螺母机构,下输送机构包括设于下支撑板下方并与支撑座相连 的下输送导轨及其直线电机模组。
所述激光打标机构包括激光打标仪器及设于激光打标仪器前侧的对位相机。
所述检测机构包括检测光源及检测相机。

具体实施方式
本发明其中一个或多个实施例的激光打标机如图1-6所示,主要包括依次设置的载送装置1、激光打标机构2及检测机构3,其中,载送装置1主要包括上、下载台11、12、用以分别驱动上、下载台11、12依次至激光打标机构2及检测机构3下方进行打标、检测的上、下输送机构,上载台11底部设有上支撑板13并通过上支撑板13连接上输送机构,下载台12底部设有能够升降的下支撑板14并通过下支撑板14连接下输送机构,且上、下载台11、12还均具有料片固定机构,该固定机构包括分设于载台四侧的夹压板15、设于各夹压板15底部的纵向压紧气缸16、分设于载台底部并与对应纵向压紧气缸16相连的水平夹紧气缸17,每个夹压板15的内侧端下部呈水平内凹的台阶状结构,通过该台阶状结构能够从置于载台上的料板四侧进行两两夹紧并压紧料板。每个夹压板15均配置有一对纵向压紧气缸16及一水平夹紧气缸17,两纵向压紧气缸16之间通过支架18相连,而水平夹紧气缸17的活塞杆与支架18相连。
上输送机构包括设于上载台11一侧并与上支撑板13同侧相连的上输 送轨道19及其直线电机模组、设于上载台11另一侧并与上支撑板13同侧活动配合的导向架20,通过上输送轨道能够将上载台11输出与送回。
而下支撑板14底部设有支撑座21,支撑座21上设有四个用以驱动下支撑板14升降的丝杆螺母机构22,丝杆螺母机构22两两配对并由电机23驱动同步皮带24带动,以实现下载台12的升降,从而能够与上载台11错开交替输送。下输送机构包括设于下支撑板14下方并与支撑座21相连的下输送导轨25及其直线电机模组,通过下输送导轨25可带动整个支撑座21及其上的下载台12进行输出与送回。
激光打标机构2包括激光打标仪器26及设于激光打标仪器26前侧的两个对位相机27,通过对位相机能够检测下方来料的位置及打标位置,定位后再通过激光打标仪器进行打标。
检测机构3则可包括一环状的检测光源及设于该光源中心上方的检测相机,通过检测相机对料片上的打标质量进行相应检测。
该激光打标机的工作过程如下:
先通过机械手将料片放入上载台11,然后通过其水平夹紧气缸17驱动夹压板15将料片四边水平夹紧,再通过纵向压紧气缸16驱动夹压板15下压将料片四边压紧在上载台11上,由上输送机构驱动上载台11至激光打标机构2下方进行激光打标,同时下载台12由丝杆螺母机构22驱动上升,接收机械手的投料,当上载台11的料片打标后输送至检测机构3下方进行检测时,下载台12通过下输送机构送至激光打标机构2下方进行打标,打标后再由丝杆螺母机构22驱动下降,此时上载台11将检测后的料片送回至初始位,由机械手将料片取走,而下载台12再上升并送至检测位进行检测,如此反复交替进行,实现有序高效的料片激光打标。
采用本发明的一种激光打标机,具有以下优点:
1、通过夹压板的平移及下压能够对料片的四边进行夹紧及压紧,保持其在载台上的定位;
2、通过下载台的升降,能够实现上、下载台之间交替有序的输送,从而提高料片打标及检测的效率。
但是,本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种激光打标机,其特征在于:包括依次设置的载送装置、激光打标机构及检测机构,载送装置包括上、下载台、用以分别驱动上、下载台依次至激光打标机构及检测机构下方进行打标、检测的上、下输送机构,上载台底部设有上支撑板并通过上支撑板连接上输送机构,下载台底部设有能够升降的下支撑板并通过下支撑板连接下输送机构,且上、下载台还均具有料片固定机构,包括分设于载台四侧的夹压板、设于各夹压板底部的纵向压紧气缸、分设于载台底部并与对应纵向压紧气缸相连的水平夹紧气缸,每个夹压板的内侧端下部呈水平内凹的台阶状结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光打标机,其特征在于:所述上输送机构包括设于上载台一侧并与上支撑板同侧相连的上输送轨道及其直线电机模组、设于上载台另一侧并与上支撑板同侧活动配合的导向架。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光打标机,其特征在于:所述下支撑板底部设有支撑座,支撑座上设有数个用以驱动下支撑板升降的丝杆螺母机构,下输送机构包括设于下支撑板下方并与支撑座相连的下输送导轨及其直线电机模组。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光打标机,其特征在于:所述激光打标机构包括激光打标仪器及设于激光打标仪器前侧的对位相机。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光打标机,其特征在于:所述检测机构包括检测光源及检测相机。
