背景技术
随着移动通信技术的迅速发展,各种移动电子设备以及非移动电子设备已成为人们生活中各方面不可或缺的工具。日常生活中,人们常常需要通过拨打热线电话来办理或咨询业务,例如拨打移动热线电话10086查询话费。
在拨打热线电话的过程中,往往先有一段语音业务指导,指引用户点击数字键盘,导向用户需要的子业务,如按1查询话费,按0转人工服务等。但用户在接听一长段语音业务指导时难免会听漏、记不住、或是理解有误;对于听力障碍人群或者老年人来说更是如此,在嘈杂街区或会议室等场景也不适合接听语音指导。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种业务名称显示方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,以解决现有技术中用户接听语音指导时难以获取有效信息的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种业务名称显示方法,包括:
在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,所述第一数字按键为所述第一数字在数字键盘中对应的按键。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种业务名称显示装置,包括:
第一获取模块,用于在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
第一显示模块,用于在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,所述第一数字按键为所述第一数字在数字键盘中对应的按键。

如图1所示,为本申请实施例所提供的业务名称显示方法的步骤流程图,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤101:在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字。
语音指导用于语音提示用户下一步操作内容。例如,用户在接听到业务的语音指导信息时,能够按照该语音指导信息的提示进行下一步操作,以办理业务或进行咨询。
具体的,由于热线电话通常包含语音指导,因此在用户拨打电话或接听电话的过程中,电子设备可以检测所拨打或接听的电话号码是否属于预设的热线电话名单或服务器维护的热线电话名单,以确定该电话号码是否为热线电话,从而确定是否检测到业务的语音指导信息。
例如,若用户拨打电话“10086”,电子设备可以确定该拨打的电话号码属于热线电话,从而可以确定检测到业务的语音指导信息。
当然,电子设备也可以直接监听用户与对端的通话,并分析通话内容,确定是否包含业务的语音指导信息。
此外,业务的第一语音指导信息中可能包含有下一级的子业务(也就是一级子业务),且不同的一级子业务对应不同的第一数字,使得用户在点击不同的第一数字后能够进入相对应的一级子业务。
在检测业务的语音指导信息中是否包含有子业务的过程中,可以预先针对不同的业务预先设定不同的子业务关键字,然后在语音指导信息中包含该些预先设定的子业务关键字的情况下,便可确定语音指导信息中包含子业务,同时能够识别到子业务名称。
例如针对“10086”业务,可以设定“普通话服务”、“English Service”、“业务查询”、“业务办理”、“家庭宽带”、“人工服务”等关键字,在业务的第一语音指导信息中包含上述关键字中的至少一项时,可确定第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务。
此外,具体的,业务的语音指导通常会指引用户点击数字键盘上的数字 按键,导向用户需要的子业务,也就是在同一级业务中,子业务名称和数字成对出现。接上述举例,在“10086”业务的语音指导信息中包括:“普通话服务请按1”、“for English Service please click 2(英文服务请按2)”等指导内容。在该些指导内容中,“普通话服务”和数字“1”相对应,“for English Service(英文服务)”和数字“2”相对应,当然也可以理解为出现在相同语句中的子业务名称和数字相对应。
需要说明的是,在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,可以实时将第一语音指导信息的语音内容转换为文本,以方便获取一级子业务名称和第一数字。
步骤102,在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示一级子业务名称。
其中,第一数字按键为第一数字在数字键盘中对应的按键。例如若获取到第一数字为“1”,则第一数字按键为数字1在电子设备数字键盘中对应的按键。
第一数字按键关联的第一区域可以为第一数字按键的上方位置、下方位置等,在此不对此进行具体限定。
通过在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示一级子业务名称,实现了将业务的第一语音指导信息转化为数字键盘上对应的一级子业务名称,且一级子业务名称与第一数字按键对应显示,避免了用户接听语音指导时难以得到有效信息的问题,使得用户通过数字键盘中可视化显示的一级子业务名称,能够准确的点击所需子业务对应的数字按键,方便了用户操作。
这样,本实施例通过在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,然后在第一数字对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示一级子业务名称,实现了将第一语音指导信息转化为可视化的一级子业务名称并显示在对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,避免了用户接听语音指导时难以得到有效信息的问题,使得用户通过数字键盘界面所显示的一级子业务名称能够准确的点击所需子业务对应的数字按键,方便了用户操作。
可选地,在本实施例中,所述一级子业务包括N个;
所述获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,包括:
对所述第一语音指导信息进行语义分析,分别获取N个一级子业务中每个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
所述在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,包括:
每获取到一个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,在该第一数字所对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称。
具体的,N大于等于1,对第一语音指导信息进行语音分析时,可以进行逐句语义分析,然后得到N个一级子业务中每个一级子业务相对应的子业务名称和第一数字,然后每获取到一个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,便在该第一数字所对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称,使得用户能够在数字键盘上快速查看到已获取到的一级子业务名称,避免了N个一级子业务全部获取完全后再显示在数字键盘上时,用户获取信息速度慢的问题。
例如,作为一个示例,如图2所示,为***客服的显示界面。在电子设备对第一语音指导信息进行语义分析,分析得到“普通话服务请按1”时,可以在数字键盘上数字按键1的下方区域显示“普通话服务”;然后再分析得到“for English Service please click 2”时,可以在数字键盘上数字按键2的下方区域显示“for English Service”,以实现对每个一级子业务的一级子业务名称的逐个快速显示。
此外,可选地,在本实施例中,所述在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称之后,还包括:
接收用户对任意一个一级子业务所对应的第一数字按键的第一输入;
响应于所述第一输入,在检测到该一级子业务的第二语音指导信息中包含有二级子业务的情况下,获取所述二级子业务相对应的二级子业务名称和第二数字;
取消显示所述一级子业务名称,并在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称。
具体的,第一输入可以为点击输入、长按输入、双击输入等,当然第一输入也可以为第一操作,在此并不对此进行限定。用户通过对任意一个一级子业务所对应的第一数字按键执行第一输入,能够进入该一级子业务。
一级子业务的第二语音指导信息中可能包含有下一级的子业务(也就是二级子业务),且不同的二级子业务对应不同的第二数字,使得用户点击相应的第二数字后能够进入所需的二级子业务。
具体的,由于数字键盘上第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示有一级子业务名称,为了避免一级子业务名称与二级子业务名称同时显示时容易出现显示混淆的情况,可以取消显示已显示的一级子业务名称,并在第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中显示二级子业务名称,以实现将第二语音指导信息转化为数字键盘上对应的二级子业务名称,即实现二级子业务名称在数字键盘上的可视化显示,使得用户能够方便快捷的获取有效信息,避免了用户接听语音指导时难以得到有效信息的问题。
需要说明的是,第一数字和第二数字可以相同,也可以不同,这取决于子业务名称与数字之间的对应关系,在此并不对此进行具体限定。
第二区域与第一区域可以重合,也可以不重合。例如,第二区域与第一区域均可以为数字的下方位置,此时在第一数字与第二数字相同时,第一区域与第二区域相重合,而在第一数字与第二数字不同时,第一区域与第二区域不重合;再例如,第一区域可以为数字的上方位置,第二区域可以为数字的下方位置,此时无论第一数字与第二数字是否相同,第一区域和第二区域均不重合。
此外,可选地,在本实施例中,所述接收用户对任意一个一级子业务所对应的第一数字按键的第一输入之前,还包括:
存储一级菜单,其中所述一级菜单包括所述一级子业务名称和第一数字之间的对应关系;
所述在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称之后,还包括:
存储二级菜单,其中所述二级菜单包括所述二级子业务名称和第二数字之间的对应关系。
具体的,电子设备在接收对第一数字按键的第一输入之前,可以存储一级菜单,即存储一级子业务名称和第一数字之间的对应关系,从而使得用户在需要返回重新获取一级菜单内容(也就是一级子业务)时,能够将一级子业务名称直接显示在相对应的第一数字关联的第一区域中,而不需要用户重听第一语音指导信息,也不需要电子设备重新获取一级子业务名称和第一数字,使得用户能够快速获取有效信息。
当然,电子设备通过存储二级菜单,即存储二级子业务名称和第二数字之间的对应关系,使得用户在需要返回重新获取二级菜单内容(也就是二级子业务)时,能够将二级子业务名称直接显示在相对应的第二数字关联的第二区域中,而不需要用户重听第二语音指导信息,也不需要电子设备重新获取二级子业务名称和第二数字,使得用户能够快速获取有效信息,缩短了用户获取有效信息的时间。
可选地,在本实施例中,所述在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称之后,还包括:
在所述二级子业务名称所在的界面中,接收用户对返回按键的第二输入;
响应于所述第二输入,取消显示所述二级子业务名称,并在所述第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示所对应的一级子业务名称。
具体的,返回按键指示返回一级子业务名称所在的界面,该返回按键可以为数字按键,还可以为“*”或“#”等按键,这由不同业务的运营商所设置,在此不对此进行限定。
第二输入可以为点击输入、长按输入、双击输入等,当然第二输入也可以为第二操作,在此并不对此进行限定。
电子设备接收到用户对返回按键的第二输入后,可以响应该第二输入, 取消显示二级子业务名称,并在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示所对应的一级子业务名称。这实现了电子设备能够基于用户输入,直接将上一级菜单的一级子业务名称显示在数字键盘上对应的第一数字关联的第一区域中,不需要用户重听第一语音指导信息,也不需要电子设备重新获取一级子业务名称和第二数字之间的对应关系,缩短了用户获取有效信息的时间。
另外,可选地,在本实施例中,所述在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称之后,还包括:
在目标数字按键关联的第三区域中显示下拉控件,所述下拉控件中显示有该目标数字按键所对应的一级业务名称,所述目标数字按键为数字键盘中的至少一个数字按键;
接收用户对所显示的至少一个下拉控件中目标下拉控件的第三输入;
响应于所述第三输入,在所述目标下拉控件所对应的目标数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该目标数字按键对应的一级业务名称。
具体的,目标数字按键可以为对应有一级业务名称的数字按键,即可以为第一数字按键;第二数字按键与第一数字按键可以相同,也可以不同,当然在第二数字按键与第一数字按键相同的情况下,目标数字按键也可以为第二数字按键。
第三区域可以为目标数字按键的右下角区域、右上角区域等,在此并不对此进行具体限制。
第三输入可以为点击输入、长按输入、双击输入等,当然第三输入也可以为第三操作,在此并不对此进行限定。
在目标数字按键关联的第三区域中显示下拉控件,也就是说所显示的下拉控件的数量与目标数字按键的数量相同。
此外,每个目标数字按键所对应的下拉控件中显示有该目标数字按键所对应的一级业务名称,用户在针对其中的目标下拉控件执行第三输入时,在该目标下拉控件所对应的目标数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该目标数字按键对应的一级业务名称。这实现了电子设备直接将已经显示过的一级业务 名称显示在该目标数字按键关联的第一区域中,而其他数字按键所显示内容不发生变化,也就是说第二数字按键关联的第二区域中继续显示二级子业务名称,从而实现了所需一级子业务的再次显示,且不需要用户重听第一语音指导信息,也不需要电子设备重新获取一级子业务名称和第二数字之间的对应关系,缩短了用户获取有效信息的时间。
可选地,下面结合图3,对本申请的一个实施例进行说明,在该实施例中包括如下步骤:
步骤301:检测到热线电话。
用户拨打电话或接听电话的过程中,电子设备可以检测所拨打或接听的电话号码是否属于预设的热线电话名单或服务器维护的热线电话名单,以确定该电话号码是否为热线电话,从而确定是否检测到语音指导信息。
步骤302:将语音指导信息转换为文本。
若为热线电话,则实时将对端的语音指导信息内容转换为文本。
例如,转换对端语音为文本“普通话服务请按1,for English Service please click 2…”。
步骤303:将获取到的子业务名称逐个显示在数字键盘。
对热线电话的语音文本进行语义分析,识别得到相对应的子业务名称和数字,记录对应的子业务名称和数字,并记录此时的菜单级别为1;每识别一个一级子业务所对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,在第一数字所对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该一级子业务对应的一级子业务名称,此时所显示界面可以如图2所示。
当然,还可以存储一级菜单,即存储一级子业务名称与第一数字之间的对应关系,以便于下次直接显示。
步骤304:检测子业务是否包含语音指导信息。
用户按下某个一级子业务所对应的数字按键后,电子设备继续检测该一级子业务中的第二语音指导信息是否含有更下一级的业务(也就是二级子业务)。
若第二语音指导信息中包含有二级子业务,则重复步骤302和303,并显示存储二级菜单,也就是二级子业务名称与第二数字之间的对应关系。
步骤305:是否返回一级子业务所在界面。
若用户在二级子业务名称所在的界面中,点击了返回按键,则电子设备取消显示二级子业务名称,并在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,直接显示对应的一级子业务名称。
当进入具体子业务获取不到语音指导信息时或电话挂断后,结束步骤。
这样,通过上述过程,实现了将第一语音指导信息转化为可视化的一级子业务名称并显示在对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,使得能够通过可视化的数字键盘界面呈现一级子业务名称,避免了用户接听语音指导时难以得到有效信息的问题,使得用户通过数字键盘界面所显示的一级子业务名称能够准确的点击所需子业务对应的数字按键,方便了用户操作。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的业务名称显示方法,执行主体可以为业务名称显示装置,或者该业务名称显示装置中的用于执行业务名称显示方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中以业务名称显示装置执行业务名称显示方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的业务名称显示装置。
如图4所示,该业务名称显示装置包括:
第一获取模块401,用于在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
第一显示模块402,用于在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,所述第一数字按键为所述第一数字在数字键盘中对应的按键。
可选地,所述一级子业务包括N个;

第二接收模块,用于在所述二级子业务名称所在的界面中,接收用户对返回按键的第二输入;
第三显示模块,用于响应于所述第二输入,取消显示所述二级子业务名称,并在所述第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示所对应的一级子业务名称。
可选地,所述业务名称显示装置还包括:
第四显示模块,用于在目标数字按键关联的第三区域中显示下拉控件,所述下拉控件中显示有该目标数字按键所对应的一级业务名称,所述目标数字按键为数字键盘中的至少一个数字按键;
第三接收模块,用于接收用户对所显示的至少一个下拉控件中目标下拉控件的第三输入;
第五显示模块,用于响应于所述第三输入,在所述目标下拉控件所对应的目标数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该目标数字按键对应的一级业务名称。
本申请实施例中,通过第一获取模块在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,然后通过第一显示模块在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示一级子业务名称,实现了将第一语音指导信息转化为可视化的一级子业务名称并显示在对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,使得能够通过可视化的数字键盘界面呈现一级子业务名称,避免了用户接听语音指导时难以得到有效信息的问题,使得用户通过数字键盘界面所显示的一级子业务名称能够准确的点击所需子业务对应的数字按键,方便了用户操作。
本申请实施例中的业务名称显示装置可以是装置,也可以是终端中的部件、集成电路、或芯片。该装置可以是移动电子设备,也可以为非移动电子设备。示例性的,移动电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,非移动电子设备可以为服务器、网络附属存储器(Network Attached Storage,NAS)、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例中的业务名称显示装置可以为具有操作***的装置。该操作***可以为安卓(Android)操作***,可以为ios操作***,还可以为其他可能的操作***,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例提供的业务名称显示装置能够实现图1至图3的方法实施例实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
可选地,如图5所示,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备500,包括处理器501,存储器502,存储在存储器502上并可在所述处理器501上运行的 程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器501执行时实现上述信息选取方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
需要注意的是,本申请实施例中的电子设备包括上述所述的移动电子设备和非移动电子设备。
图6为实现本申请各个实施例的一种电子设备600的硬件结构示意图;
该电子设备600包括但不限于:射频单元601、网络模块602、音频输出单元603、输入单元604、传感器605、显示单元606、用户输入单元607、接口单元608、存储器609、以及处理器610等部件。
本领域技术人员可以理解,电子设备600还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源(比如电池),电源可以通过电源管理***与处理器610逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理***实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。图6中示出的电子设备结构并不构成对电子设备的限定,电子设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置,在此不再赘述。
其中,处理器610,用于在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
显示单元606,用于在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,所述第一数字按键为所述第一数字在数字键盘中对应的按键。
可选地,所述一级子业务包括N个;
处理器610,用于对所述第一语音指导信息进行语义分析,分别获取N个一级子业务中每个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
显示单元606,用于每获取到一个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,在该第一数字所对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称。
可选地,用户输入单元607,用于接收用户对任意一个一级子业务所对应的第一数字按键的第一输入;
处理器610,用于响应于所述第一输入,在检测到该一级子业务的第二语音指导信息中包含有二级子业务的情况下,获取所述二级子业务相对应的二级子业务名称和第二数字;
显示单元606,用于取消显示所述一级子业务名称,并在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称。
可选地,存储器609,用于存储一级菜单,其中所述一级菜单包括所述一级子业务名称和第一数字之间的对应关系;存储二级菜单,其中所述二级菜单包括所述二级子业务名称和第二数字之间的对应关系。
可选地,用户输入单元607,用于在所述二级子业务名称所在的界面中,接收用户对返回按键的第二输入;
显示单元606,用于响应于所述第二输入,取消显示所述二级子业务名称,并在所述第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示所对应的一级子业务名称。
可选地,显示单元606,用于在目标数字按键关联的第三区域中显示下拉控件,所述下拉控件中显示有该目标数字按键所对应的一级业务名称,所述目标数字按键为数字键盘中的至少一个数字按键;

在本申请实施例中,通过在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,然后在第一数字对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示一级子业务名称,实现了将第一语音指导信息转化为可视化的一级子业务名称并显示在对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,使得能够通过可视化的数字键盘界面呈现一级子业务名称,避免了用户接听语音指导时难以得到有效信息的问题,使 得用户通过数字键盘界面所显示的一级子业务名称能够准确的点击所需子业务对应的数字按键,方便了用户操作。
应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元604可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)6041和麦克风6042,图形处理器6041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元606可包括显示面板6061,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板6061。用户输入单元607包括触控面板6071以及其他输入设备6072。触控面板6071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板6071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备6072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。存储器609可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据,包括但不限于应用程序和操作***。处理器610可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作***、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器610中。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述业务名称显示方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的电子设备中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述业务名称显示方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为***级芯片、***芯片、 芯片***或片上***芯片等。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,该计算机程序产品包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时,实现上述业务名称显示方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例另提供了一种电子设备,电子设备被配置成用于执行上述业务名称显示方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的, 本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种业务名称显示方法,包括:
    在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子业务的情况下,获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
    在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,所述第一数字按键为所述第一数字在数字键盘中对应的按键。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的业务名称显示方法,其中,所述一级子业务包括N个;
    所述获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,包括:
    对所述第一语音指导信息进行语义分析,分别获取N个一级子业务中每个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
    所述在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,包括:
    每获取到一个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,在该第一数字所对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的业务名称显示方法,其中,所述在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称之后,还包括:
    接收用户对任意一个一级子业务所对应的第一数字按键的第一输入;
    响应于所述第一输入,在检测到该一级子业务的第二语音指导信息中包含有二级子业务的情况下,获取所述二级子业务相对应的二级子业务名称和第二数字;
    取消显示所述一级子业务名称,并在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的业务名称显示方法,其中,所述接收用户对任 意一个一级子业务所对应的第一数字按键的第一输入之前,还包括:
    存储一级菜单,其中所述一级菜单包括所述一级子业务名称和第一数字之间的对应关系;
    所述在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称之后,还包括:
    存储二级菜单,其中所述二级菜单包括所述二级子业务名称和第二数字之间的对应关系。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的业务名称显示方法,其中,所述在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称之后,还包括:
    在所述二级子业务名称所在的界面中,接收用户对返回按键的第二输入;
    响应于所述第二输入,取消显示所述二级子业务名称,并在所述第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示所对应的一级子业务名称。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的业务显示方法,其中,所述在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称之后,还包括:
    在目标数字按键关联的第三区域中显示下拉控件,所述下拉控件中显示有该目标数字按键所对应的一级业务名称,所述目标数字按键为数字键盘中的至少一个数字按键;
    接收用户对所显示的至少一个下拉控件中目标下拉控件的第三输入;
    响应于所述第三输入,在所述目标下拉控件所对应的目标数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该目标数字按键对应的一级业务名称。
  7. 一种业务名称显示装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于在检测到业务的第一语音指导信息中包含有一级子 业务的情况下,获取所述一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
    第一显示模块,用于在第一数字按键关联的第一区域中显示所述一级子业务名称,所述第一数字按键为所述第一数字在数字键盘中对应的按键。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的业务名称显示装置,其中,所述一级子业务包括N个;
    所述第一获取模块具体用于,对所述第一语音指导信息进行语义分析,分别获取N个一级子业务中每个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字;
    所述第一显示模块具体用于,每获取到一个一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称和第一数字,在该第一数字所对应的第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该一级子业务相对应的一级子业务名称。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的业务名称显示装置,其中,所述业务名称显示装置还包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收用户对任意一个一级子业务所对应的第一数字按键的第一输入;
    第二获取模块,用于响应于所述第一输入,在检测到该一级子业务的第二语音指导信息中包含有二级子业务的情况下,获取所述二级子业务相对应的二级子业务名称和第二数字;
    第二显示模块,用于取消显示所述一级子业务名称,并在所述第二数字对应的第二数字按键关联的第二区域中,显示所述二级子业务名称。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的业务名称显示装置,其中,所述业务名称显示装置还包括:
    第一存储模块,用于存储一级菜单,其中所述一级菜单包括所述一级子业务名称和第一数字之间的对应关系;
    第二存储模块,用于存储二级菜单,其中所述二级菜单包括所述二级子业务名称和第二数字之间的对应关系。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的业务名称显示装置,其中,所述业务名称显示装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,用于在所述二级子业务名称所在的界面中,接收用户对返回按键的第二输入;
    第三显示模块,用于响应于所述第二输入,取消显示所述二级子业务名称,并在所述第一数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示所对应的一级子业务名称。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的业务名称显示装置,其中,所述业务名称显示装置还包括:
    第四显示模块,用于在目标数字按键关联的第三区域中显示下拉控件,所述下拉控件中显示有该目标数字按键所对应的一级业务名称,所述目标数字按键为数字键盘中的至少一个数字按键;
    第三接收模块,用于接收用户对所显示的至少一个下拉控件中目标下拉控件的第三输入;
    第五显示模块,用于响应于所述第三输入,在所述目标下拉控件所对应的目标数字按键关联的第一区域中,显示该目标数字按键对应的一级业务名称。
  13. 一种电子设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6任一项所述的业务名称显示方法的步骤。
  14. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程 序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6任一项所述的业务名称显示方法的步骤。
  15. 一种芯片,包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现如权利要求1至6任一项所述的业务名称显示方法的步骤。
  16. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被存储在存储介质中,所述计算机程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至6任一项所述的业务名称显示方法的步骤。
  17. 一种电子设备,所述电子设备被配置为用于执行如权利要求1至6任一项所述的业务名称显示方法的步骤。
