Abstract

一种多桶洗衣机的控制方法,包括:当多个洗涤桶需要同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热,控制需要烘干加热的洗涤桶优先进行烘干加热;且烘干加热为间歇式加热,在相邻两次烘干加热间歇执行其他筒的洗涤加热。该控制方法实现了当多个洗涤桶运行到烘干加热和洗涤加热同时进行时,在保证加热洗涤时洗涤温度的情况下,满足洗净的效果,同时不影响烘干的效率。

一种多桶洗衣机的控制方法
本申请要求于2019年11月02日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201911061730.1、发明名称为“一种洗衣机”的专利申请的优先权,以及于2020年01月09日提交至中国国家知识产权局、申请号为202010023220.1、发明名称为“一种多桶洗衣机的控制方法”的专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本公开属于衣物处理设备领域,具体地说,涉及一种多桶洗衣机的控制方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平提高、二胎政策的放开,分区洗涤、健康洗涤成为人们重要的需求,追求健康洗涤已经成为共识,多桶洗衣机为健康洗涤的重要形成方式之一。多桶洗涤的好处除了避免交叉感染,还可以避免衣物串色。将衣物分门别类进行洗涤,离不开大量的水,能够将漂洗水重复利用,较为干净的漂洗水进行再重复利用成为亟待解决的问题。多桶洗衣机具有水加热和烘干功能,需要找出一个较优的控制方法在烘干加热和洗涤加热运行到同时进行时既兼顾烘干、又兼顾加热洗涤。
有鉴如此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种多桶洗衣机的控制方法,当多个洗涤桶运行到烘干加热和洗涤加热同时进行时,在保证加热洗涤时的洗涤温度的情况下,满足洗净的效果,同时不 影响烘干的效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本公开至少部分实施例提出了一种多桶洗衣机的控制方法,当多个洗涤桶需要同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热,控制需要烘干加热的洗涤桶优先进行烘干加热;且烘干加热为间歇式加热,在相邻两次烘干加热间歇执行其他筒的洗涤加热。
在公开的一些实施例中,当具有多个洗涤筒同时需要烘干加热时,可根据用户确定或者需要烘干加热的时长次序进行烘干加热。

在公开的一些实施例中,所述多桶洗衣机包括两个洗涤桶,所述两个洗涤桶需要同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热时其中一个洗涤桶需要洗涤加热,另一个洗涤桶需要烘干加热,两个洗涤桶的烘干加热和洗涤加热交替执行,直至两个洗涤桶全部完成烘干加热和洗涤加热。
在公开的一些实施例中,当所述多个洗涤桶需要同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热且优先进行烘干加热时,将烘干加热的通/断温度由单独执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T 1/T 2调整为同时执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T 3/T 4,且T 1-T 2≤T 3-T 4
在公开的一些实施例中,当所述烘干加热的洗涤桶的桶内温度达到 T 4时,控制烘干加热的洗涤桶暂停加热,启动需要洗涤加热的洗涤桶进行洗涤加热,当烘干加热的洗涤桶因停止加热桶内温度降低至T 3时暂停需要洗涤加热的洗涤桶的洗涤加热,继续控制所述烘干加热的洗涤桶烘干加热。
在公开的一些实施例中,执行烘干加热的洗涤桶烘干加热暂停预设时间后控制执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶进行洗涤加热,和/或,执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶洗涤加热暂停预设时间后控制执行烘干加热的洗涤桶进行烘干加热。
在公开的一些实施例中,当执行烘干加热的洗涤桶进行烘干加热过程中,当烘干加热的通/断温度为T 3/T 4时,烘干加热的冷凝水的进水时序由单独执行烘干加热时的进水冷凝水的进水时序:开A 1秒停B 1秒,调整为同时执行烘干加热时的进水时序:开A 2秒停B 2秒,且A 1≥A 2,B 1≤B 2
在公开的一些实施例中,当执行烘干加热的洗涤桶的烘干加热过程中的通/断温度为T 1/T 2时,采用第一判干方式判断进行烘干加热,当烘干加热过程中的通/断温度为T 3/T 4时,采用第二判干方式判断进行烘干加热,第一判干方式中烘干完成时洗涤桶内的温度大于第二判干方式中烘干完成时洗涤桶内的温度。
在公开的一些实施例中,当执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶完成洗涤加热,执行烘干加热的洗涤桶单独进行烘干加热时,将烘干加热的通/断温度由同时执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T 3/T 4调整为单独执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T 1/T 2,且采用第一判干方式来判断衣物是否完成烘干;
和/或,将同时执行烘干加热时冷凝水的进水时序开A 2秒停B 2秒调整为单独执行烘干加热时冷凝水的进水时序开A 1秒停B 1秒。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
通过本公开至少部分实施例在多个洗涤桶运行到烘干加热和洗涤加 热同时进行时,在保证加热洗涤时的洗涤温度的情况下,满足洗净的效果,同时不影响烘干的效率。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定 的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

本发明的控制方法应用于多个洗涤桶同时执行烘干加热和洗涤桶加热,此时控制需要烘干加热的洗涤桶优先进行烘干加热;且烘干加热为间歇式加热,在相邻两次烘干加热间歇执行其他筒的洗涤加热。此控制方法适用于多个洗涤桶中仅一个洗涤桶进行烘干加热,一个洗涤桶进行烘干加热的情形,也适用于多个洗涤桶中多个洗涤桶同时进行烘干加热,和/或多个洗涤桶中同时进行洗涤加热的情形。
当具有多个洗涤筒同时进行烘干加热时,可根据用户确定或者需要烘干加热的时长次序进行烘干加热,当一个洗涤桶完成烘干加热后再控制下一个洗涤桶进行烘干加热;当具有多个洗涤筒同时需要洗涤加热时,可根据用户确定或者需要洗涤加热的时长次序进行洗涤加热,当一个洗涤桶完成洗涤加热后再控制下一个洗涤桶进行洗涤加热。
当多个洗涤桶需要执行烘干加热,和/或多个洗涤桶需要执行洗涤加热时,当烘干加热洗涤桶仍在间歇加热期间,在其烘干加热间隙执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶完成洗涤加热时,可根据用户确定或者根据需要洗涤加热的时长次序启动下一个洗涤桶的洗涤加热,直到全部洗涤桶完成烘干加热、洗涤加热;当烘干加热洗涤桶在完成间歇烘干加热时,在其烘干加热间隙启动洗涤加热的洗涤桶还未完成洗涤加热时,可根据用户确定或者需要烘干加热时长次序启动下一个洗涤桶的烘干加热,直到全部洗 涤桶完成烘干加热、洗涤加热。
为了更好的对本发明的控制方法进行解释说明,本发明以双滚筒洗衣机为例进行具体阐述。
如图1所示的一种多桶洗衣机,包括第一洗涤桶1和第二洗涤桶2,第一洗涤桶1位于第二洗涤桶2的上方。第一洗涤桶1包括第一洗涤加热装置11、第一烘干加热装置12、第一感温包13;第二洗涤桶2包括第二洗涤加热装置21、第二烘干加热装置22、第二感温包23。第一洗涤加热装置11和第二洗涤加热装置21用于第一洗涤桶1和第二洗涤桶2进行加热洗涤时对洗涤桶中的水进行加热,第一烘干加热装置12和第二加热装置用于第一洗涤桶1和第二洗涤桶2进行烘干时进行烘干加热。第一感温包13和第二感温包23为在第一洗涤桶1和第二洗涤桶2执行烘干加热时对洗涤桶内的温度进行检测。本实施例的多桶洗衣机还包括主控板,第一洗涤加热装置11、第一烘干加热装置12、第一感温包13、第二洗涤加热装置21、第二烘干加热装置22、第二感温包23分别与主控板相连。第一洗涤桶1洗涤衣物并进行洗涤加热,第二洗涤桶2烘干衣物并进行烘干加热,当洗涤加热和烘干加热运行到同时进行时,由于洗涤加热和烘干加热运行时均需要较大的功率,为避免同时运行造成洗衣机电流过高引起电流安全问题,本实施例通过控制洗涤加热和烘干加热交替进行,从而可以兼顾两种运行程序,保证洗涤和烘干的顺利进行。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当多个洗涤桶同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热时,控制烘干加热优先进行。考虑到处于烘干状态的衣物比处于洗涤状态的衣物更符合用户的穿衣需求,因此采用优先进行烘干加热,同时兼顾洗涤加热的原则,第二洗涤桶2进行烘干加热时采用间歇式加热,在两次烘干加热间隙控制第一洗涤桶1执行洗涤加热。
在本公开的一些实施例中,多个洗涤桶运行到洗涤加热和烘干加热 同时进行时,暂停洗涤加热,开始烘干加热,控制第二洗涤桶2在烘干加热过程中第二烘干加热装置22的通/断温度由T 1/T 2调整为T 3/T 4,T 1/T 2为洗衣机单独执行烘干加热时第二烘干加热装置22的通/断温度,且T1-T2≤T3-T4,第二洗涤桶2的通/断温度通过第二感温包23来检测,第二感温包23将检测的温度发送至主控板,在满足通/断条件时控制第二烘干加热装置22通/断。即在第二洗涤桶2的温度小于或等于T3时,第二烘干加热装置22启动,对第二洗涤桶2内衣物进行烘干,当第二洗涤桶2内温度升高至T4时,第二加热管停止加热。当第二烘干加热装置22停止加热后,第二洗涤桶2中的温度会逐渐降低,当降低到小于或等于T3时,第二烘干加热装置22重新启动加热,如此间歇式烘干加热直至衣物完全烘干。例如:TI的温度范围为75-120度,T2的温度范围是60-100度,T3的温度范围是70-110度,T4的温度范围是55-95度。本发明通过增大通/断的温差,增加了相连两次烘干的间隔时间,延长了洗涤加热时间,在保证烘干效率的前提下,保证洗涤加热的洗涤温度,满足洗净效果。
由于洗涤加热在烘干加热的间隙进行,即当进行烘干加热的洗涤桶的桶内温度达到T 4时,控制进行烘干加热的洗涤桶暂停加热,洗涤加热的洗涤桶启动加热,当进行烘干加热的洗涤桶的桶内温度降低至T 3时,控制进行烘干加热的洗涤桶启动加热,进行洗涤加热的洗涤桶暂停加热,如此交替执行,直至满足烘干加热和/或洗涤加热结束的条件。在烘干加热和洗涤加热切换过程中,为了防止电流瞬间变换对电器元件造成冲击,设定在烘干加热暂停预设时间后启动洗涤加热,在洗涤加热暂停预设时间后再启动烘干加热。例如将预设的时间t设为1-3秒。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当烘干加热的加热管的通/断温度为T 3/T 4时,烘干加热的冷凝水的进水时序由开A 1秒停B 1秒调整为开A 2秒停 B 2秒,冷凝水进水时序开A 1秒停B 1秒为洗衣机单独执行烘干加热时的冷凝水的进水时序,且A 1≥A 2,B 1≤B 2。由于第二洗涤桶2烘干衣物产生的湿热蒸汽进入冷凝管后,在冷凝水的冷却作用下将热量带走,变成干冷空气,为了保证整个***的热量输入和输出的平衡,在通/断温差延长的情况下将减小冷凝水开启时间,增大冷凝水断开时间冷凝水的时间延长,从而保证烘干效率。A1的范围为30-200秒,B1的范围为0-200秒,A2的范围为10-150秒,B1的范围为30-200秒。
在本公开的一些实施例中,当烘干加热过程中的通/断温度为T1/T2时,采用第一判干方式判断进行烘干加热,当烘干加热过程中的通/断温度为T3/T4时,采用第二判干方式判断进行烘干加热,第一判干方式中烘干完成时洗涤桶内的温度大于第二判干方式中烘干完成时洗涤桶内的温度。由于每个判干平台的方法都是多样的,比如说温升法:T1/T2平台的平台温度控制在60度左右,60度上升5度默认为烘干;T3/T4平台的平台温度控制在55度左右,55度上升4.5度默认为烘干。当洗涤加热和烘干加热同时进行时,采用第一判干方式来判断洗涤桶内的衣物是否烘干。
当洗涤加热结束,执行单独的烘干加热时,烘干加热的通/断温度由T 3/T 4调整为T1/T2,采用第一判干方式来判断衣物是否完成烘干,将冷凝水的进水时序由开A2秒停B2秒调整为开A1秒停B1秒,满足烘干条件则退出烘干加热。当洗涤加热满足结束条件,烘干加热未达到结束条件,通过将烘干加热的通/断温度和冷凝水进水时序恢复为单独执行烘干加热时的通/断温度和进水时序,以提高烘干效率,降低烘干时间。
本实施例的控制方法的流程图如图2所示,具体包括:
S1:多个洗涤桶运行到洗涤加热和烘干加热同时进行,暂停水加热,启动烘干加热;
S2:烘干加热的加热管的通/断温度由T 1/T 2调整为T 3/T 4,冷凝水的 进水时序由A 1秒停B 1秒调整为开A 2秒停B 2秒,T 1/T 2为单独执行烘干加热时的加热管的通/断温度,T 1-T 2≤T 3-T 4,冷凝水进水时序开A1秒停B1秒为洗衣机单独执行烘干加热时的冷凝水的进水时序,且A 1≥A 2,B 1≤B 2
S3:当进行烘干加热的洗涤桶的桶内温度达到T4,暂停烘干加热,间隔预设设时间后启动洗涤加热;当进行烘干加热的洗涤桶的桶内温度降至T3时,暂停洗涤加热,间隔预设时间后启动烘干加热;
S4:判断烘干加热或洗涤加热是否满足同时进行的结束条件,此过程中采用第二判干方式判断进行烘干加热情况;若满足同时结束的条件,则进入S5,若不满足,则返回S2;
S5:若满足烘干结束条件,执行单独的洗涤加热,直到满足洗涤加热结束条件;若满足洗涤加热结束条件,执行单独的烘干加热,将烘干加热的加热管的通/断温度由T3/T4调整为T1/T2,冷凝水的进水时序由A2秒停B2秒调整为开A1秒停B1秒,并调用第一判干方判断进行烘干加热情况式,直至满足烘干条件退出烘干加热。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种多桶洗衣机的控制方法,当多个洗涤桶需要同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热时,控制需要烘干加热的洗涤桶优先进行烘干加热;且烘干加热为间歇式加热,在相邻两次烘干加热间歇执行其他筒的洗涤加热。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,当具有多个洗涤桶同时需要烘干加热时,根据用户确定或者需要烘干加热的时长次序进行烘干加热。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,当具有多个洗涤桶同时需要洗涤加热时,根据用户确定或者需要洗涤加热的时长次序进行洗涤加热。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,当烘干加热洗涤桶仍在间歇加热期间,在其烘干加热间隙执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶完成洗涤加热时,根据用户确定或者根据需要洗涤加热的时长次序启动下一个洗涤桶的洗涤加热,直到全部洗涤桶完成烘干加热、洗涤加热;当烘干加热洗涤桶在完成间歇烘干加热时,在其烘干加热间隙启动洗涤加热的洗涤桶还未完成洗涤加热时,根据用户确定或者需要烘干加热时长次序启动下一个洗涤桶的烘干加热,直到全部洗涤桶完成烘干加热、洗涤加热。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,所述多桶洗衣机包括两个洗涤桶,所述两个洗涤桶需要同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热时其中一个洗涤桶需要洗涤加热,另一个洗涤桶需要烘干加热,两个洗涤桶的烘干加热和洗涤加热交替执行,直至两个洗涤桶全部完成烘干加热和洗涤加热。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中, 当所述多个洗涤桶需要同时进行洗涤加热和烘干加热且优先进行烘干加热时,将烘干加热的通/断温度由单独执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T 1/T 2调整为同时执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T 3/T 4,且T 1-T 2≤T 3-T 4
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,当所述烘干加热的洗涤桶的桶内温度达到T 4时,控制烘干加热的洗涤桶暂停加热,启动需要洗涤加热的洗涤桶进行洗涤加热,当烘干加热的洗涤桶因停止加热桶内温度降低至T 3时暂停需要洗涤加热的洗涤桶的洗涤加热,继续控制所述烘干加热的洗涤桶烘干加热。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,执行烘干加热的洗涤桶烘干加热暂停预设时间后控制执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶进行洗涤加热,和/或,执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶洗涤加热暂停预设时间后控制执行烘干加热的洗涤桶进行烘干加热。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,当执行烘干加热的洗涤桶进行烘干加热过程中,当烘干加热的通/断温度为T 3/T 4时,烘干加热的冷凝水的进水时序由单独执行烘干加热时的进水冷凝水的进水时序:开A 1秒停B 1秒,调整为同时执行烘干加热时的进水时序:开A 2秒停B 2秒,且A 1≥A 2,B 1≤B 2
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,当执行烘干加热的洗涤桶的烘干加热过程中的通/断温度为T1/T2时,采用第一判干方式来判断烘干是否完成;当烘干加热过程中的通/断温度为T3/T4时,采用第二判干方式来判断烘干是否完成;第一判干方式中烘干完成时洗涤桶内的温度大于第二判干方式中烘干完成时洗涤桶内的温度。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,其中,当执行洗涤加热的洗涤桶完成洗涤加热,执行烘干加热的洗涤桶单独进行烘干 加热时,将烘干加热的通/断温度由同时执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T3/T4调整为单独执行烘干加热时的通/断温度T1/T2,且采用第一判干方式来判断衣物是否完成烘干;
    和/或,将同时执行烘干加热时冷凝水的进水时序开A2秒停B2秒调整为单独执行烘干加热时冷凝水的进水时序开A1秒停B1秒。
  12. 一种多桶洗衣机,包括:第一洗涤桶和第二洗涤桶,所述第一洗涤桶位于所述第二洗涤桶的上方。所述第一洗涤桶包括第一洗涤加热装置、第一烘干加热装置、第一感温包;所述第二洗涤桶包括第二洗涤加热装置、第二烘干加热装置、第二感温包;
    其中,所述第一洗涤加热装置和所述第二洗涤加热装置用于所述第一洗涤桶和所述第二洗涤桶进行加热洗涤时对洗涤桶中的水进行加热,所述第一烘干加热装置和所述第二加热装置用于所述第一洗涤桶和所述第二洗涤桶进行烘干时进行烘干加热,所述第一感温包和所述第二感温包为在所述第一洗涤桶和第二洗涤桶执行烘干加热时对洗涤桶内的温度进行检测。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的多桶洗衣机的控制方法,所述多桶洗衣机还包括:主控板,所述第一洗涤加热装置、所述第一烘干加热装置、所述第一感温包、所述第二洗涤加热装置、所述第二烘干加热装置、所述第二感温包分别与所述主控板相连。
