[0028] 针对各个组件具体来说, 门锁安装板件 1和铰链安装板件 3的靠近中部之间还连 接有用于增强内部连接强度的内加强梁件 9 , 内加强梁件 9采用铝冲压成型, 为 了保证门锁安装板件 1和铰链安装板件 3内部侧的连接强度, 这里通过内加强梁 件 9不仅可以增强两者中间位置的连接强度, 同时内加强梁件 9本身的孔位又可 以与门护板 26进行安装, 起到连接安装的作用, 门锁安装板件 1和铰链安装板件 3之间还连接有防撞梁件 10, 防撞梁件 10采用铝挤出成型, 防撞梁件 10连接方向 为横斜方向布置, 这里通过防撞梁件 10可以起到碰撞时防撞的作用, 采用横斜 方向布置这样可以增大碰撞的防护范围, 防撞梁件 10整体挤出成型, 防撞梁件 1 0呈井字型, 防撞梁件 10与铰链安装板件 3的连接端处具有防撞梁连接片 11, 在 防撞梁件 10与门锁安装板件 1的连接端处设置锁定螺丝件 12, 防撞梁件 10的一端 通过防撞梁连接片 11与铰链安装板件 3焊接连接, 防撞梁件 10的另一端通过锁定 螺丝件 12与门锁安装板件 1锁定连接, 这里防撞梁件 10也是呈中空, 采用井字型 可以增大整个防撞梁件 10的变形强度, 这里通过防撞梁连接片 11可以直接连接 到铰链安装板件 3的一侧边, 再利用侧边的包边进行焊接连接, 保证连接的可靠 性, 另外一端利用锁定螺丝件 12直接进行锁定, 方便进行快速组装连接。
[0029] 如图 5所示, 下加强连接管件 5整体挤出成型, 内部整体呈中空管状, 外部呈 L 型, 加强连接管件具有第一焊接连接端 13和第二焊接连接端 14, 铰链安装板件 3 的下部具有铰链板下搭边 15 , 门锁安装板件 1的下部具有门锁板下搭边 16 , 第二 焊接连接端 14向门锁安装板件 1侧延伸弯曲并焊接连接在门锁板下搭边 16处, 第 一焊接连接端 13向铰链安装板件 3侧延伸并焊接连接在铰链板下搭边 15处, 这里 门锁安装板件 1的下端位置处由于需要避让, 并不像铰链安装板件 3直接延伸到 底部, 为了使得门锁安装板件 1与下加强连接管件 5连接更加可靠, 从而向外弯 曲并焊接在门锁板下搭边 16处进行包边, 下加强连接管件 5的前平面上开设有外 板卡扣安装孔 17 , 下加强连接管件 5的上平面上开设有定位孔 18、 线束安装孔 19 以及辅助定位孔 20, 下加强连接管件 5的下端还焊接连接有门护板安装板件 21, 门护安装板件上具有门护板卡扣安装孔 22, 这里通过外板卡扣安装孔 17可以直 接与外侧的外板 25进行联接固定, 定位孔 18和辅助定位孔 20方便进行安装, 线 束安装孔 19用于安装线束, 门护板安装板件 21上的门护板卡扣安装孔 22可以直 接与内侧的门护板 26进行联接固定。
[0030] 上加强筋连接管件 6整体挤出, 内部整体呈中空管状, 上加强筋连接管件 6的两 端具有焊接搭接缺口 23, 上加强连接管件的下端还焊接有玻璃升降器安装板 24 , 这里上加强筋连接管件 6既是起到连接加强的作用, 同时下端玻璃升降器安装 板 24主要是用来安装玻璃升降器, 焊接搭接缺口 23的一端主要是与门锁安装板 件 1以及中柱板焊接连接, 另一端的焊接搭接缺口 23焊接连接到铰链安装板件 3 上。
[0031] 如图 3和图 4所示, 这里由于整个轻量化车门框架组件重量减轻, 因此通过该轻 量化车门框架组件组装后的车门总成也会重量减轻, 包括以上轻量化车门框架 组件、 外板 25、 门护板 26以及上窗框 27 , 上窗框 27安装在轻量化车门框架组件 的上端, 轻量化车门框架组件在安装门锁、 铰链、 玻璃升降器等零件再整体通 过螺栓联接方式与外板 25和门护板 26组成后形成的轻量化的车门总成, 这里外 板 25和门护板 26采用整体注塑而成, 轻量化车门框架组件和上窗框 27都采用铝 材料挤出或者冲压成型, 从而整体减轻车门总成的重量, 为车门总成的轻量化 的产品制造生产提供了可量化的数据依据和各项成本费用依据, 且本发明的产 品结构设计方案, 具有良好的可移植性, 在新的车门总成的轻量化项目开发中 可以轻易的移植本方案, 并降低了车门总成的开发成本。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种轻量化车门框架组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
门锁安装板件, 所述的门锁安装板件上至少包括一个门锁安装表面并 用于安装门锁;
铰链安装板件, 所述的铰链安装板件上至少包括一个铰链安装表面并 用于安装铰链;
下加强连接管件, 所述的加强连接管件的一端与门锁安装板件连接, 另一端与铰链安装板件连接, 加强连接管件用于增强门锁安装板件以 及铰链安装板件的下部连接强度;
上加强筋连接管件, 所述的上加强筋连接管件的一端与门锁安装板件 连接, 另一端与铰链安装板件连接, 上加强筋连接管件用于增强门锁 安装板件以及铰链安装板件的上部连接强度;
所述的门锁安装板件、 铰链安装板件、 下加强连接管件以及上加强筋 连接管件拼连围成一个封闭整体的门内板总成, 并且在门内板总成之 间至少形成一个用于减轻门框重量的中空减重空间。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种轻量化车门框架组件, 其特征在于, 所述 的门锁安装板件和铰链安装板件的靠近中部之间还连接有用于增强内 部连接强度的内加强梁件。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的一种轻量化车门框架组件, 其特征在于, 所述 的门锁安装板件和铰链安装板件之间还连接有防撞梁件, 所述的防撞 梁件连接方向为横斜方向布置。
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 3所述的一种轻量化车门框架组件, 其特征在于, 所述 的防撞梁件整体挤出成型, 防撞梁件呈井字型, 所述的防撞梁件与铰 链安装板件的连接端处具有防撞梁连接片, 在防撞梁件与门锁安装板 件的连接端处设置锁定螺丝件, 防撞梁件的一端通过防撞梁连接片与 铰链安装板件焊接连接, 防撞梁件的另一端通过锁定螺丝件与门锁安 装板件锁定连接。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的一种轻量化车门框架组件, 其特征在于, 所述 的下加强连接管件整体挤出成型, 内部整体呈中空管状, 外部呈 L型 , 所述的加强连接管件具有第一焊接连接端和第二焊接连接端, 铰链 安装板件的下部具有铰链板下搭边, 门锁安装板件的下部具有门锁板 下搭边, 第二焊接连接端向门锁安装板件侧延伸弯曲并焊接连接在门 锁板下搭边处, 第一焊接连接端向铰链安装板件侧延伸并焊接连接在 铰链板下搭边处。
[权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的一种轻量化车门框架组件, 其特征在于, 所述 的下加强连接管件的前平面上开设有外板卡扣安装孔, 下加强连接管 件的上平面上开设有定位孔、 线束安装孔以及辅助定位孔, 下加强连 接管件的下端还焊接连接有门护板安装板件, 所述的门护安装板件上 具有门护板卡扣安装孔。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 6所述的一种轻量化车门框架组件, 其特征在于, 所述 的上加强筋连接管件整体挤出, 内部整体呈中空管状, 上加强筋连接 管件的两端具有焊接搭接缺口, 所述的上加强连接管件的下端还焊接 有玻璃升降器安装板。
[权利要求 8] 一种车门总成, 包括权利要求 7所述的轻量化车门框架组件、 外板、 门护板以及上窗框, 所述的上窗框安装在轻量化车门框架组件的上端 , 轻量化车门框架组件在安装门锁、 铰链、 玻璃升降器等零件再整体 通过螺栓联接方式与外板和门护板组成后形成的轻量化的车门总成。
