一种服装机器人 技术领域
本实用新型属于自动生产技术领域,尤其是一种服装机器人。
背景技术
现如今在服装生产领域中,大多是采用手工进行服装生产,但这种方式不仅生产效率低下,而且手工出错率比较高,制作成本大,不适合现如今服装生产需求。
发明内容
本产品设计目的是针对现有技术的不足,设计一种服装机器人。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种服装机器人,包括:装置主体、取料装置、透视窗口、控制面板、内设框架、可透视拉门、可调节支架、卡孔、底部支撑板、夹子、上夹板、下夹板、支撑片、激光发射器孔、传送带、激光接收装置、激光发射装置、运动连杆、二层板、二层板导轨、电机轴承装置、导轨、固定装置、侧梁、轴承体,所述装置主体的顶面设置有透视窗口,装置主体的右侧面设置有取料装置,装置主体的正面斜边上设置有控制面板,装置主体内部设置有内设框架,装置主体的正表面设置有可透视拉门,装置主体的底部设置有四个可调节支架,可调节支架上设有卡孔,可调节支架的底部设有底部支撑板。
所述内设框架包括运动连杆,运动连杆一端固定可透视拉门,运动连杆的另一端连接二层板,二层板通过装置主体内壁上设有的二层板导轨固定在装置主体内部,内设框架的顶端左侧设有电机轴承装置,内设框架的顶端右侧设置有轴承体,电机轴承装置通过内设框架上设有的导轨与轴承体固定连接,在内设框架右侧的可调节支架上端设有固定装置,内设框架前侧与后侧的可调节支架上分别设置有两个侧梁。
所述取料装置包括夹子,夹子的下方设置有上夹板和下夹板,在可调节支架的壁上设有支撑片,支撑片连接有激光发射器孔,激光发射器孔的下侧设置有激光发射装置,激光发射器孔的右侧设有传送带,激光发射器孔(25)的上侧设置有激光接收装置。

所述装置主体两侧设置有开窗口,通过运动连杆对可透视拉门与二层板相连接。
所述激光发射装置与激光接收装置之间距离保持在250mm以内,且激光发射装置和激光接收装置采用U型铁。
根据权利要求1所述的一种服装机器人,其特征是:所述激光发射装置和激光接收装置通过固定装置固定在内设框架上。
有意效果在于:
1.本实用新型通过激光发射装置与固定板通过一个L型铁固定在一起,减小二者距离,同时减小因机器抖动带来的激光发射装置与可透视拉门间的相对晃动;激光接收装置则通过另一L型铁固定在上方,位置保持发射与接收距离在250mm以内;激光发射及接收装置用U型铁,通过顶部及前部的钣金壳体对激光发射器与接收器达到保护与防干扰作用。
2.本实用新型通过采用纱窗原理,导轨及二层板选用窗户导轨及纱窗类似结构;导轨固定在可调节支架上,通过在可调节支架上加卡孔,实现二层板高度的有限可选;在二层板与可透视拉门间加运动连杆,实现拉开壳体上的窗户,同时带动二层板向外运动,简化取布料动作与耗时。

内设框架5包括运动连杆51,运动连杆51一端固定可透视拉门6,运动连杆51的另一端连接二层板52,二层板52通过装置主体1内壁上设有的二层板导轨53固定在装置主体1内部,内设框架5的顶端左侧设有电机轴承装置54,内设框架5的顶端右侧设置有轴承体58,电机轴承装置54通过内设框架5上设有的导轨55与轴承体58固定连接,在内设框架5右侧的可调节支架7上端设有固定装置56,内设框架5前侧与后侧的可调节支架7上分别设置有两个侧梁57。
取料装置2包括夹子21,夹子21的下方设置有上夹板22和下夹板23,在可调节支架7的壁上设有支撑片24,支撑片24连接有激光发射器孔25,激光发射器孔25的下侧设置有激光发射装置28,激光发射器孔25的右侧设有传送带26,激光发射器孔25的上侧设置有激光接收装置27。
整体机器外覆钣金壳体,装置主体1两侧设置有开窗口,通过运动连杆51对可透视拉门6与二层板52相连接,激光发射装置28与激光接收装置27之间距离保持在250mm以内,且激光发射装置28和激光接收装置27采用U型铁,激光发射装置28和激光接收装置27通过固定装置56固定在内设框架5上。
顶部设置观察口,便于观察,透明材料覆盖;前端除取布料口外,均覆盖;后部与电器框一起配合,形成完全覆盖;两侧,设置可透视拉门,通过运动连杆对可透视拉门与二层板相连接,便于取布料;靠近顶部,中后部斜面安装控制面板,高度及角度适于操作。整体重量在150kg以内,夹子运动导致的机器晃动不会太明显。
