Description

一种不停车收费方法、车辆收费***以及服务器
本申请要求于2017年3月23日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为2017101779350、发明名称为“一种不停车收费方法和车辆收费***”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种不停车收费方法、车辆收费***以及服务器。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,车辆数目的不断增长,需要对车辆收费的场景越来越多,比如商场停车位收费、高速公路收费等。在目前的路桥收费***中,主要采用传统的电子不停车收费(英文全称:Electronic Tolling Collection,英文简称:ETC)***,利用微波技术,由安装在ETC车道上的路侧单元(英文全称:Road Side Unit,英文简称:RSU)与安装在车辆上的车载单元(英文全称:On Board Unit,英文简称:OBU)之间进行专用短程通讯,从而在无需停车的情况下,由计算机自动完成收费处理全过程,工作人员只需对收费设备和通行车辆进行管理。
传统的ETC***虽然收费效率提高了不少,但仍然存在一些问题:例如,车主需要另外购买OBU放入车辆中,用于通过微波感应方式进行付费,造成车主另外购买设备的问题。又例如,车主还需要办理相应的银行卡,不仅手续繁琐而且还需要一定的费用。以上问题都会导致车主采用该技术的积极性小,推广难度大。另外,ETC***的建设费用较高,且是半封闭的***,目前没有扩展到停车场,导致路桥及停车场管理方采用该技术的积极性小。
在广泛应用移动互联网的大环境下,基于移动互联网的创新应用在快速涌现,目前的车辆收费***也开始采用移动互联网技术。例如,可以通过移动支付在高速公路上缴费,但需要停车缴费,车主停车后,还需要拿出手机,打开移动支付的应用程序二维码,造成在高速公路上需要20秒至30秒的时间才能 通行一辆车,收费效率低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种不停车收费方法、车辆收费***以及服务器,用于实现在车辆不停车的情况下自动完成收费,且不需要使用ETC设备,也不需要扫码,提高收费效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供以下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种不停车收费方法,包括:
车辆收费***接收车牌识别设备发送的第一计费指令,所述第一计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,所述车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定;
所述车辆收费***根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费;
所述车辆收费***接收所述车牌识别设备发送的第二计费指令,所述第二计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到所述车辆对应的车牌号之后发送;
所述车辆收费***根据所述第二计费指令生成所述车牌号的电子收费单据;
所述车辆收费***根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供一种车辆收费***,包括:
接收模块,用于接收车牌识别设备发送的第一计费指令,所述第一计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,所述车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定;
计费模块,用于根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费;
所述接收模块,还用于接收所述车牌识别设备发送的第二计费指令,所述第二计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到所述车辆对应的车牌号之后发送;
结算模块,用于根据所述第二计费指令生成所述车牌号的电子收费单据;
扣费模块,用于根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用。
第三方面,提供了一种服务器,所述服务器包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述不停车收费方法的步骤:
接收第一计费指令,所述第一计费指令为车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,所述车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定;
根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费;
接收第二计费指令,所述第二计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到所述车辆对应的车牌号之后发送;
根据所述第二计费指令生成所述车牌号的电子收费单据;
根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的所述电子支付账户中扣除费用。
第四方面,提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有至少一条指令,所述指令由处理器加载并执行以实现不停车收费方法所执行的操作。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
在本发明实施例中,车牌识别设备安装在收费入口处和收费出口处,车牌识别设备具有车牌号抓拍功能,车辆在通过收费入口处和收费出口处时都采用不停车的方式通过,车辆收费***根据车牌识别设备抓拍到的车辆号进行计费以及费用结算,由于本发明实施例中车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定,因此车辆收费***通过电子收费单据就可以从车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用,不用车辆的驾驶人员停车进行缴费,也不需要在车辆中安装ETC设备,从而实现车辆在真正“不停车”的情况下自动完成收费,提高收费效率。

本发明实施例提供了一种不停车收费方法和车辆收费***,用于实现在车辆不停车的情况下自动完成收费,且不需要使用ETC设备,也不需要扫码,提高收费效率。

以下分别进行详细说明。
本发明不停车收费方法的一个实施例,在车辆不安装任何计费设备的情况下实现车辆完全不停车的收费。如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的车辆收费***10和车牌识别设备20建立有可通信连接,例如车辆收费***10可以通过无线网络和车牌识别设备20连接,也可以通过光纤通道和车牌识别设备20连接,车牌识别设备20设置在车辆入口处和车辆出口处,该车辆入口处和车辆出口处可以分别是收费区域的进出口,还可以是收费站中某一个站台的进出口,该车辆识别设备20具有车牌号抓拍功能,例如车牌识别设备20包括有第一车牌识别模块和第二车牌识别模块,第一车牌识别模块安装在车辆入口处,第二车牌识别模块安装在车辆出口处。本发明实施例提供的车辆收费***10 还可以第三方支付***30建立有可通信连接,第三方支付***30可以包括:移动支付、绑卡支付,能调用互联网公司或银行授权付费接口。在本发明的另一些实施例中,车辆收费***10还可以和电子******40建立有可通信连接,电子******40提供税务***。本发明实施例中只需要在收费出入口设置车牌识别设备即可,通过车辆识别设备与车辆收费***就可以实现不停车收费。请参阅图2所示,本发明一个实施例提供的不停车收费方法,可以包括如下步骤:
101、车辆收费***接收车牌识别设备发送的第一计费指令,第一计费指令为车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定。
在本发明实施例中,车辆的通行不受收费的限制,在需要收费的场合的出入口分别设置车牌识别设备,其中需要收费的场合可以是高速公路、停车场等。该车牌识别设备具有高清摄像头,通过对车辆的车牌号进行图像抓取,利用摄像头及其图像识别算法与芯片自动识别车牌,当车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后,该车辆识别设备可以向车辆收费***发送计费开始指令,将其定义为第一计费指令,其中,车辆收费***和车牌识别设备之间可以采用无线或者有线的通信方式。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,车辆通过收费出入口均不需要停车,车牌识别设备在收费入口处采用抓拍的方式确定车辆的车牌号。为了便于车牌识别设备抓取车牌图像,该车辆可以采用慢速通过的方式,例如在收费出入口设置交通统一标识,限制车速,并对车辆车速进行监控,对于超速车辆,可以采用扣分、罚款的方式。不限定的是,目前的高清摄像头已经可以实现车辆的动态车牌抓取,在这种实现场景下,车辆的通行速度可以不受限制,只需要满足普通交通法律法规的要求即可。另外,本发明实施例中为了实现不停车收费,需要车主提前将车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定,其中,电子支付账户可以是移动支付,也可以是绑卡支付,例如移动支付是指成熟的互联网支付手段,例如:微信支付、QQ钱包、支付宝钱包等,绑卡支付是指一个支付业务事先与银行卡(例如***、储值卡)或与移动支付进行捆绑,在支付时自动授权支付。
对于车主身份的识别,可以通过车主提供的车辆行驶证,或者车辆唯一识 别代码来确定,由车主提供与车牌号绑定的电子支付账户,以便于车辆收费***可以存储该电子支付账户与车牌号的绑定关系。
车主可以通过指定平台实施上述绑定过程,该指定平台可以对车主身份进行识别,例如,当车主登录指定平台时,可以输入车辆行驶证的号码或是车辆唯一识别代码,从而创建电子支付账户,或是提供第三方的电子支付账户,并在车主进行了绑定确认操作时,将该车辆行驶证的号码或是车辆唯一识别代码与电子支付账户进行绑定。
102、车辆收费***根据第一计费指令对车牌号进行计费。
在本发明实施例中,车辆收费***通过车牌识别设备发送的第一计费指令获取到需要计费的车牌号,其中车辆收费***的计费方式可以有多种,例如可以按照通行公里数计费,也可以按照通行次数计费,也可以按照车辆的停放时间长度计费,具体方式不做限定。
其中,该通行公里数可以是指当前收费站的管辖范围内的公里数。
在本发明的一些实施例中,步骤102车辆收费***根据第一计费指令对车牌号进行计费,包括:
A1、车辆收费***根据第一计费指令向与车牌号绑定的车主通信终端发送计费通知消息;其中,该车主通信终端是指车主已登录有相应收费客户端的终端或是指车主在***中注册的手机号码对应的终端。
A2、当车辆收费***接收到车主通信终端发送的计费确认消息时,车辆收费***对车牌号进行计费。
其中,当车辆收费***收到第一计费指令之后,车辆收费***还可以和车牌号绑定的车主通信终端确认是否同意计费,车辆收费***发送计费通知消息,车主通信终端接收到该计费通知消息时可以回复计费确认消息,从而车辆收费***可以对车牌号进行计费,以解决车主的车牌号被冒用的情况,在车主通信终端没有发送计费确认消息时,车辆收费***不执行对该车牌号的计费。
以该车主通信终端是指车主已登录有相应收费客户端的终端为例,车辆收费***可以向收费客户端发送计费通知消息,收费客户端上可以通过弹出消息的方式显示该计费通知消息,并提供是否同意计费的选项,当车主点击同意计费的选项时,则收费客户端向车辆收费***发送计费确认消息。
以该车主通信终端是指车主在***中注册的手机号码对应的终端为例,车辆收费***可以向收费客户端发送包含计费通知消息的短消息,该计费通知消 息中可告知用户在同意和不同意计费的情况下应该如何回复,收费客户端上可以显示该计费通知消息,当车主回复相应选择时,则收费客户端向车辆收费***发送包含回复内容的计费确认消息,车辆收费***在接收到该包括回复内容的计费确认消息时,可以根据车主具体的回复内容确认是否进行计费。例如,假设同意则回复Y,则车辆收费***在接收到包括Y的短消息时,则可以确定车主同意计费,执行计费过程。
103、车辆收费***接收车牌识别设备发送的第二计费指令,第二计费指令为车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送。
在本发明实施例中,在收费出入口均设置有车牌识别设备,若收费出口处的车牌识别设备抓取到一个车牌号时,向车辆收费***发送计费结束指令,即第二计费指令,车辆收费***通过第二计费指令确定此时从收费出口处通行的车牌号,因此车辆收费***通过第一计费指令和第二计费指令就可以准确的获取到该车牌号的通信数据,例如行驶里程数、停放时间长度等。
需要说明的是,该第一计费指令和第二计费指令均可以携带车牌号或是用于指示车牌号的编码标识,当车辆收费***接收到第二计费指令时,会从第二计费指令中提取车牌号,并从已经开始计费的车牌号中查询该提取的车牌号的计费情况,从而停止对该车牌号的计费并进行后续的收费过程。
当然,当为路段进行收费时,可以根据第一计费指令和第二计费指令所携带收费站标识,来确定车辆所经过的收费站,从而使得车辆收费***可以根据该收费站标识以及该收费站标识所对应的收费金额,当然,该第一计费指令和第二计费指令还可以携带有车牌识别设备标识,而两个车牌识别设备标识可以对应于具体的路段,则还可以通过车牌识别设备标识以及其在路段上的设置位置,得到车辆的行驶里程数,从而停止对该车牌号的计费并进行后续的收费过程。
又或者,当为停放时间进行收费时,可以根据第一计费指令和第二计费指令所携带的时间戳,来确定停放时间长度,从而停止对该车牌号的计费并进行后续的收费过程。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中,车辆通过收费出口时不需要停车,车牌识别设备在收费出口处采用抓拍的方式确定车辆的车牌号。为了便于车牌识别设备抓取车牌图像,该车辆可以采用慢速通过的方式,例如在收费出入口设置交通统一标识,限制车速,并对车辆车速进行监控,对于超速车辆,可以采用 扣分、罚款的方式。
104、车辆收费***根据第二计费指令生成车牌号的电子收费单据。
在本发明实施例中,车辆收费***从车牌识别设备接收第二计费指令之后,车辆收费***可以生成从收费入出口先后通行的同一个车牌的电子收费单据,车辆收费***采用预置的收费方式计算电子收费单据。举例说明如下,对于公路收费是指通行高速公路或普通公路依据里程收费,停车场收费是指在收费的停车场所停放车辆,依据时间长短收费,则车辆收费***可以根据具体的计费方式生成相应车牌号的电子收费单据。
105、车辆收费***根据电子收费单据从车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用。
在本发明实施例中,由于车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定,在车辆收费***计算出该车牌号的电子收费单据之后,车辆收费***通过该绑定关系确定需要扣除费用的电子支付账户,车辆收费***与移动支付、绑卡支付对应的互联网公司、银行的技术接口对接,能调用互联网公司或银行授权付费接口,可以从车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用,从而可以对车辆出入口通行的车辆实现不停车的自动计费。
在本发明的一些实施例中,步骤105车辆收费***根据电子收费单据从车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用之后,本发明实施例提供的不停车收费方法还包括:
B1、车辆收费***向税务***发送车牌号的电子扣费单据,由税务***根据电子扣费单据向与电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送电子***。
其中,本发明实施例中车辆收费***还可以与税务***进行技术对接,税务***根据电子扣费单据生成电子***,该电子***是具有一定法律意义的消费电子凭证。税务***向与电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送电子***,使得车主可以自动获得电子***,便于车主了解收费详情以及使用该电子***进行报销。
在本发明的一些实施例中,步骤105车辆收费***根据电子收费单据从车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用之后,本发明实施例提供的不停车收费方法还包括:
C1、车辆收费***向与电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送扣费成功消息。
其中,本发明实施例中车辆收费***还可以与电子支付账户绑定的通信终 端进行通信,车辆收费***在扣费成功之后,可以发送扣费成功消息,使得电子支付账户的所有者可以根据该扣费成功消息了解收费详情以及电子支付账户的变更情况。
在现有技术中,车辆使用OBU的情况下,每个OBU只能对应一台车辆,当人们租车或者借用别人的车辆时都需要使用与车主的银行卡绑定的OBU进行费用结算,对于车辆租借的情况下还需要向车主进行费用结算,从而带来诸多不便。在本发明的一些实施例中,为解决该问题,本发明实施例提供的不停车收费方法除了执行前述的方法步骤之外,该方法还可以包括如下步骤:

其中,车主还可以授权车牌号与非车主本人电子支付账户进行绑定,则车辆收费***可以存储车牌号与非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系,使得车辆收费***不再从车主的电子支付账户中扣费,省去车辆租借后的通行费或者停车费的结算问题,便于用户使用。
举例说明如下,在本发明的一些实施例中,当车牌号与车主授权的非车主本人电子支付账户绑定时,步骤105车辆收费***根据电子收费单据从车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用,包括:
E1、车辆收费***根据电子收费单据从非车主本人电子支付账户中扣除费用。
其中,车辆收费***根据车主的授权存储车牌号与非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系,从而该车辆收费***可以从非车主本人电子支付账户中扣除费用,省去车辆租借后的通行费或者停车费的结算问题,便于用户使用。
进一步的,在本发明的一些实施例中,本发明实施例提供的不停车收费方法除了执行前述的步骤D1之外,该方法还可以包括如下步骤:
E1、车辆收费***接收车主通信终端发送的支付解绑定请求,车辆收费***从支付解绑定请求中提取出非车主本人电子支付账户,解除车牌号与非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
其中,步骤D1的场景中车主可以授权非车主本人电子支付账户与车牌号绑定,在车主与租借方完成车辆租借之后,车辆收费***还可以接收车主通信终端发送的支付解绑定请求,车辆收费***从支付解绑定请求中提取出非车主 本人电子支付账户,解除车牌号与非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系,从而实现车牌号与电子支付账户的动态绑定,根据车牌号的所有者(即车主)进行动态的绑定与解除,从而方便用户及时调整车牌号与电子支付账户的绑定关系,满足车主在不同场景下的扣费需求。
通过以上实施例对本发明实施例的描述可知,在本发明实施例中,车牌识别设备安装在收费入口处和收费出口处,车牌识别设备具有车牌号抓拍功能,车辆在通过收费入口处和收费出口处时都采用不停车的方式通过,车辆收费***根据车牌识别设备抓拍到的车辆号进行计费以及费用结算,由于本发明实施例中车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定,因此车辆收费***通过电子收费单据就可以从车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用,不用车辆的驾驶人员停车进行缴费,也不需要在车辆中安装ETC设备,从而实现车辆在真正“不停车”的情况下自动完成收费,提高收费效率。
为便于更好的理解和实施本发明实施例的上述方案,下面举例相应的应用场景来进行具体说明。
本发明实施例提供的车辆收费***可以指执行前述的不停车收费方法的各种功能体系集合,包括但不局限:相关的硬件、软件、算法。本发明实施例提供的车辆收费***可以采用的电子支付账户包括但不限于微信、QQ等任何具有一定自然人属性与支付能力的产品,车辆收费***可以采用的支付渠道包括但不限于***、储值卡、微信钱包、QQ钱包等各种支付渠道,车辆收费***可以采用的消费记录包括但不限于实体***、电子***等任何具有法律意义的消费凭证。本发明实施例提供的不停车收费方法,可以解决如下问题:1)、公路收费、停车场收费都变成不停车快速通过,自动收费的方式。2)、提高收费公路通行速度、提高收费停车场通行速度。3)、车主不再需要购买ETC设备,车主不再需要收集纸质***。4)、公路收费成本大大下降、停车场收费成本大大下降。5)、车主把车租借给他人,能快速授权他人支付或收回授权。
请参阅图3所示,为本发明实施例提供的不停车收费方法的一种应用场景示意图。接下来分别对各种场景的不停车收费方法进行举例说明。
场景一:公路不停车自动收费。
a、车主张三用移动支付或绑卡支付与自己的车牌号进行“绑定”,授权此移动支付或银行卡能自动付费给公路收费站,比如:在微信支付上授权捆绑自己车牌号码,再比如:在自己***上授权与车牌号码绑定。
b、高速公路运营方:1)需要在收费入口和出口处设置车牌识别设备,且与自己的车辆收费***对接完成。2)车辆收费***与移动支付、绑卡支付对应的互联网公司、银行的技术接口对接,能调用互联网公司或银行授权付费接口。3)公路收费部门与税务***的电子******技术对接,能自动给予车主电子***。
c、当车主张三开车通过公路收费入口不停车,慢速通过,车牌识别设备就可以自动识别出车牌号。
d、当车主张三开车在公路开车行驶了一段公路后,不停车慢速通过公路出口,车牌识别设备可以自动识别车牌好,且公路管理部门的车辆收费***自动调用车主张三授权的移动支付或绑卡支付背后的银行账号,自动扣钱,且与税务***联网产生电子***。
e、车主张三自动收到电子***。
场景二:停车场不停车自动收费。
a、车主张三用移动支付或绑卡支付与自己的车牌号进行“捆绑”,授权此移动支付或银行卡能自动付费给公路收费站,比如:在微信支付上授权捆绑自己车牌号码,再比如:在自己***上授权与车牌绑定。
b、停车场管理部门:1)需要在停车场入口和出口处设置车牌识别***,且与自己车辆收费***对接完成。2)停车场的车辆收费***与移动支付、绑卡支付对应的互联网公司、银行的技术接口对接,能调用互联网公司或银行授权付费接口。3)停车场管理部门与税务***的电子******技术对接,能自动给予车主电子***。
c、当车主张三开车通过停车场入口时不停车,慢速通过,车牌识别设备自动识别车牌。
d、当车主张三开车离开停车场,慢速通过停车场出口,车牌识别设备自动识别车牌,且停车场的车辆收费***自动调用车主张三授权的移动支付或绑卡支付背后的银行账号,自动扣钱,且与税务***联网产生电子***。
e、车主张三自动收到电子***。
场景三:车主授权他人支付公路或停车场费用。
a、车主张三用移动支付或绑卡支付与自己的车牌号进行“捆绑”,授权此移动支付或银行卡能自动付费给公路收费站,比如:在微信支付上授权捆绑自己车牌号码,再比如:在自己***上授权与车牌绑定。
b、当车主张三需要把车辆租借给李四时,张三用微信、QQ或支付宝授权李四可以用李四的支付方式与张三的车牌号捆绑。
d、当李四开租借的车进入收费公路、收费停车场,慢速通过收费入口、收费出口,车牌识别设备自动识别车牌号,且收费公路或收费停车场的车辆收费***自动调用车主李四授权的移动支付或绑卡支付背后的银行账号,自动扣钱,且与税务***联网产生电子***。
e、李四自动收到电子***。
f、当李四归还车辆给张三,张三收回授权。
通过前述的举例说明,本发明实施例提供的不停车收费方法可以提高收费公路、收费停车场通行速度。车主授权让此车牌号码与移动支付、绑卡支付背后的银行账号绑定,在收费公路上、收费停车场中开车,都无需停车,慢速通过收费公路或收费停车场入口、收费公路或收费停车场出口自动缴费,且自动获得电子***,大大挺高了收费公路、收费停车场的通行速度。本发明实施例中车主不再需购买ETC设备和纸质***,车主目前都有智能手机及手机上移动支付(微信支付、支付宝钱包…),或者车主有银行的应用程序,都可以把移动支付或绑卡支付与自己车牌捆绑,不再需要购买ETC设备,车主自动获得电子***,不再需要纸质***带来困恼。本发明实施例中公路收费成本大大下降、停车场收费成本大大下降,引入本发明实施例提供的车辆收费***,使得收费公路、收费停车场通行速度大大提高,利用率提升;同时减少ETC设备售卖的工作,减少了大量收费员工作,减少纸质***的工作,使得成本大大下降。本发明实施例中车主把车租借给他人,能快速授权他人支付或收回授权,许多车辆是可以租借给他人行驶,车主通过智能手机授权方式给他人授权是否能与自己车牌捆绑,当他人使用后,车主再收回授权。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
为便于更好的实施本发明实施例的上述方案,下面还提供用于实施上述方案的相关装置。
请参阅图4-a所示,本发明实施例提供的一种车辆收费***400,可以包 括:接收模块401、计费模块402、结算模块403、扣费模块404,其中,
接收模块401,用于接收车牌识别设备发送的第一计费指令,所述第一计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,所述车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定;
计费模块402,用于根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费;
所述接收模块401,还用于接收所述车牌识别设备发送的第二计费指令,所述第二计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到所述车辆对应的车牌号之后发送;
结算模块403,用于根据所述第二计费指令生成所述车牌号的电子收费单据;
扣费模块404,用于根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,请参阅图4-b所示,所述车辆收费***400,还包括:
第一发送模块405,用于所述扣费模块404根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用之后,向税务***发送所述车牌号的电子扣费单据,由所述税务***根据所述电子扣费单据向与所述电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送电子***。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述计费模块402,具体用于根据所述第一计费指令向与所述车牌号绑定的车主通信终端发送计费通知消息;当接收到所述车主通信终端发送的计费确认消息时,对所述车牌号进行计费。
在本发明的一些实施例中,请参阅图4-c所示,所述车辆收费***400,还包括:
第二发送模块406,用于所述扣费模块404根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用之后,向与所述电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送扣费成功消息。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述接收模块401,还用于接收所述车牌号对应的车主通信终端发送的支付授权指令,从所述支付授权指令中提取出用于绑定所述车牌号的非车主本人电子支付账户,并存储所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
在本发明的一些实施例中,当所述车牌号与车主授权的非车主本人电子支 付账户绑定时,所述扣费模块404,具体用于根据所述电子收费单据从所述非车主本人电子支付账户中扣除费用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述接收模块401,还用于接收所述车主通信终端发送的支付解绑定请求,从所述支付解绑定请求中提取出所述非车主本人电子支付账户,解除所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。

图5是本发明实施例提供的一种服务器结构示意图,该服务器1100可以实现前述的车辆收费***的功能,该服务器1100可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异,可以包括一个或一个以***处理器(central processing units,CPU)1122(例如,一个或一个以上处理器)和存储器1132,一个或一个以上存储应用程序1142或数据1144的存储介质1130(例如一个或一个以上海量存储设备)。其中,存储器1132和存储介质1130可以是短暂存储或持久存储。存储在存储介质1130的程序可以包括一个或一个以上模块(图示没标出),每个模块可以包括对服务器中的一系列指令操作。更进一步地,中央处理器1122可以设置为与存储介质1130通信,在服务器1100上执行存储介质1130中的一系列指令操作。
服务器1100还可以包括一个或一个以上电源1126,一个或一个以上有线或无线网络接口1150,一个或一个以上输入输出接口1158,和/或,一个或一个以上操作***1141,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等等。
上述实施例中由服务器所执行的不停车收费方法的步骤可以基于该图5所示的服务器结构。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的 存储器,上述指令可由终端中的处理器执行以完成上述实施例中的不停车收费方法。例如,所述计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
另外需说明的是,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。另外,本发明提供的装置实施例附图中,模块之间的连接关系表示它们之间具有通信连接,具体可以实现为一条或多条通信总线或信号线。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现,当然也可以通过专用硬件包括专用集成电路、专用CPU、专用存储器、专用元器件等来实现。一般情况下,凡由计算机程序完成的功能都可以很容易地用相应的硬件来实现,而且,用来实现同一功能的具体硬件结构也可以是多种多样的,例如模拟电路、数字电路或专用电路等。但是,对本发明而言更多情况下软件程序实现是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中,如计算机的软盘、U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
综上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照上述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对上述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种不停车收费方法,其特征在于,包括:
    车辆收费***接收第一计费指令,所述第一计费指令为车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,所述车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定;
    所述车辆收费***根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费;
    所述车辆收费***接收第二计费指令,所述第二计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到所述车辆对应的车牌号之后发送;
    所述车辆收费***根据所述第二计费指令生成所述车牌号的电子收费单据;
    所述车辆收费***根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的所述电子支付账户中扣除费用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆收费***根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述车辆收费***向税务***发送所述车牌号的电子扣费单据,由所述税务***根据所述电子扣费单据向与所述电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送电子***。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆收费***根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费,包括:
    所述车辆收费***根据所述第一计费指令向与所述车牌号绑定的车主通信终端发送计费通知消息;
    当所述车辆收费***接收到所述车主通信终端发送的计费确认消息时,所述车辆收费***对所述车牌号进行计费。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车辆收费***根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述车辆收费***向与所述电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送扣费成功消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包 括:
    所述车辆收费***接收所述车牌号对应的车主通信终端发送的支付授权指令,所述车辆收费***从所述支付授权指令中提取出用于绑定所述车牌号的非车主本人电子支付账户,并存储所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述车牌号与车主授权的非车主本人电子支付账户绑定时,所述车辆收费***根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用,包括:
    所述车辆收费***根据所述电子收费单据从所述非车主本人电子支付账户中扣除费用。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述车辆收费***接收所述车主通信终端发送的支付解绑定请求,所述车辆收费***从所述支付解绑定请求中提取出所述非车主本人电子支付账户,解除所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
  8. 一种车辆收费***,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一计费指令,所述第一计费指令为车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,所述车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定;
    计费模块,用于根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收第二计费指令,所述第二计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到所述车辆对应的车牌号之后发送;
    结算模块,用于根据所述第二计费指令生成所述车牌号的电子收费单据;
    扣费模块,用于根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆收费***,其特征在于,所述车辆收费***,还包括:
    第一发送模块,用于所述扣费模块根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的电子支付账户中扣除费用之后,向税务***发送所述车牌号的电子扣费单据,由所述税务***根据所述电子扣费单据向与所述电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送电子***。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆收费***,其特征在于,所述计费模块, 具体用于根据所述第一计费指令向与所述车牌号绑定的车主通信终端发送计费通知消息;当接收到所述车主通信终端发送的计费确认消息时,对所述车牌号进行计费。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的车辆收费***,其特征在于,所述接收模块,还用于接收所述车牌号对应的车主通信终端发送的支付授权指令,从所述支付授权指令中提取出用于绑定所述车牌号的非车主本人电子支付账户,并存储所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的车辆收费***,其特征在于,当所述车牌号与车主授权的非车主本人电子支付账户绑定时,所述扣费模块,具体用于根据所述电子收费单据从所述非车主本人电子支付账户中扣除费用。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的车辆收费***,其特征在于,所述接收模块,还用于接收所述车主通信终端发送的支付解绑定请求,从所述支付解绑定请求中提取出所述非车主本人电子支付账户,解除所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
  14. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储指令,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述不停车收费方法的步骤:
    接收第一计费指令,所述第一计费指令为车牌识别设备在收费入口处抓拍到车辆对应的车牌号之后发送,所述车辆对应的车牌号与电子支付账户绑定;
    根据所述第一计费指令对所述车牌号进行计费;
    接收第二计费指令,所述第二计费指令为所述车牌识别设备在收费出口处抓拍到所述车辆对应的车牌号之后发送;
    根据所述第二计费指令生成所述车牌号的电子收费单据;
    根据所述电子收费单据从所述车牌号绑定的所述电子支付账户中扣除费用。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述步骤:
    向税务***发送所述车牌号的电子扣费单据,由所述税务***根据所述电子扣费单据向与所述电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送电子***。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述步骤:
    根据所述第一计费指令向与所述车牌号绑定的车主通信终端发送计费通知消息;
    接收到所述车主通信终端发送的计费确认消息时,对所述车牌号进行计费。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述步骤:
    向与所述电子支付账户绑定的通信终端发送扣费成功消息。
  18. 根据权利要求14至17中任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述步骤:
    接收所述车牌号对应的车主通信终端发送的支付授权指令,从所述支付授权指令中提取出用于绑定所述车牌号的非车主本人电子支付账户,并存储所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述步骤:
    根据所述电子收费单据从所述非车主本人电子支付账户中扣除费用。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为执行所述指令,以执行下述步骤:
    接收所述车主通信终端发送的支付解绑定请求,从所述支付解绑定请求中提取出所述非车主本人电子支付账户,解除所述车牌号与所述非车主本人电子支付账户的绑定关系。
