智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法是:制造内胎3时,将第二内胎5安装于第一内胎4内;安装外胎2时,先将内胎3安装于外胎2内,再将外胎2安装于轮圈1上,然后将轮圈1与机动车的车轮轴连接;使用时,利用压缩空气源装置通过轮圈1的气嘴31向外胎2的外胎型腔9充气,当外胎型腔9内的气压达到设定的气压时,第一内胎4的第一单向阀6打开,压缩空气由第一单向阀6进入到第一内胎4的第一型腔11,当第一型腔11内的气压达到设定的气压时,第二内胎5的第二单向阀7打开,压缩空气由第二单向阀7进入到第二内胎5的第二型腔14;当外胎型腔9、第一型腔11以及第二型腔14的气压达到充气上限时,压缩空气源装置自动停止充气,气嘴31将压缩空气封闭在外胎型腔9、第一型腔11以及第二 型腔14内;机动车在行驶的过程中,万一外胎2被利器扎穿时,外胎型腔9失压,第一单向阀6处于关闭状态,第一内胎4保持原有的充压状态,第一内胎4通过第一外支撑柱17与外胎2接触,第一内胎4通过第一内支撑柱18与轮圈1接触,智能网络防爆胎装置通过第一内胎4支撑机动车,外胎2外径的变化维持在允许的范围内,车轮轴的轴线到地面的距离保持在允许的范围内,有效地减少或者防止爆胎事故的发生;外胎2失压时,智能网络防爆胎装置TPMS装置92的胎压传感器93通过无线电将信息传输到TPMS装置92的监视器93,监视器93报警提示驾驶人员减速以及刹车;监视器93通过其胎压数据输出接口以及机动车的控制器93的胎压数据输入接口将信息传输到机动车的控制器93,控制器93通过其胎压数据输出接口以及机动车的卫星定位装置96的胎压数据输入接口将信息传输到机动车的卫星定位装置96,该机动车的卫星定位装置96将信息传输到互联网,互联网将信息传输到跟随该机动车后面的其他机动车的卫星定位装置,跟随该机动车后面的其他机动车的卫星定位装置报警提示该车的驾驶人员减速以及刹车;或者,该机动车的控制器93切断其发动机的点火电路以及控制其主动刹车装置刹车;跟随该机动车后面的机动车的控制器93切断其发动机的点火电路以及控制其主动刹车***刹车;减少交通事故的发生。
为了实施减少外胎2失压后的外径的变化,每个第一外支撑柱17的高度相同,充气后的第一内胎4的轴线与轮圈1轴线以及外胎2轴线相同;每个第二外支撑柱19的高度相同,充气后的第二内胎5的轴线与轮圈1的轴线以及外胎2的轴线相同。
外胎2以及第一内胎4处于充压状态时,第一内胎4通过多个第一外支撑柱17与外胎2的外凹槽28连接在一起,外胎2的外凹槽28与外胎2的胎面32连接在一起,以及第一内胎4通过多个第一内支撑柱18与轮圈1的内凹槽27连接在一起。
外胎2失压时,第一内胎4维持在充压状态,第一内胎4通过多个第一外支撑柱17与外胎2的外凹槽28连接在一起,外胎2的外凹槽28与外胎2的胎面32连接在一起,以及第一内胎4通过多个第一内支撑柱18与轮圈1的内凹槽27连接在一起;利用第一外支撑柱17、第一内支撑柱18、内凹槽27以及外凹槽28将第一内胎4与外胎2连接在一起。外胎 2失压时,第一内胎4维持在充压状态,第一内胎4维持在与轮圈1以及外胎2同轴连接的状态。
机动车在行驶的过程中,万一外胎2以及第一内胎4都被利器扎穿时,外胎型腔9以及第一内胎4失压,第二单向阀7处于关闭状态,第二内胎5保持原有的充压状态,第二内胎5的第二外支撑柱19与第一内胎4的第一外支撑柱17连接,第一外支撑柱17与外胎2连接;第二内胎5的第二内支撑柱20与第一内胎4的第一内支撑柱18连接,第一内支撑柱18与轮圈1连接,防爆胎通过第二内胎5支撑机动车,使外胎2的外径不跟随外胎2以及第一内胎4的爆胎而急激变小,车轮轴的轴线到地面的距离维持在机动车安全行驶的范围,避免外胎2凹陷,避免爆胎交通事故的发生。
外胎2、第一内胎4以及第二内胎5维持在充压状态时,第二内胎5通过多个第二外支撑柱19与第一内胎4的第二外凹槽30连接在一起;第二内胎5通过多个第二内支撑柱20与第一内胎4的第二内凹槽29连接在一起。
外胎2以及第一内胎4失压时,第二内胎5维持在充压状态,第二内胎5通过多个第二外支撑柱19与第一内胎4的第二外凹槽30连接在一起;第二内胎5通过多个第二内支撑柱20与第一内胎4的第二内凹槽29连接在一起;第二内胎5维持在与轮圈1以及外胎2同轴连接的状态;利用第一外支撑柱17、第一内支撑柱18、内凹槽27以及外凹槽28将第一内胎4与外胎2连接在一起;利用第二外支撑柱19、第二内支撑柱20、第二外凹槽30以及第二内凹槽29将第一内胎4与第二内胎5连接在一起。

智能网络防爆胎装置的单向阀的使用方法是:外胎2充压达到设定的压力后,外胎2内的压缩空气作用于第一单向阀6的第一驱动盘41,使第一阀芯39受到的驱动力大于第一弹簧40施加于第一阀芯39的弹力,使第一阀芯39向打开第一单向阀6的方向移动,第一阀芯39克服第一弹簧40的弹力打开第一单向阀6,使第一阀芯39与第一导气通道33出现导气间隙;第一单向阀6打开后,外胎2内的压缩空气由第一单向阀6的第 一进气口34进入,外胎2的压缩空气经第一阀芯39与第一导气通道33之间导气间隙进入,由第一导气通道33的第一出气口46进入到第一内胎4内;当第一内胎4的压力达到设定的压力后,第一内胎4内的压缩空气作用于第二单向阀7的第二驱动盘45,使第二阀芯43受到的驱动力大于第二弹簧44施加于第二阀芯43的弹力,使第二阀芯43向打开第二单向阀7的方向移动,第二阀芯43克服第二弹簧44的弹力打开第二单向阀7,使第二阀芯43与第二导气通道49出现导气间隙;第二单向阀7打开后,第一内胎4内的压缩空气由第二单向阀7的第二进气口52进入,压缩空气经第二阀芯43与第二导气通道49之间导气间隙进入,由第二导气通道49的第二出气口53进入到第二内胎5;当第二内胎5的压力达到设定的压力后,第二阀芯43在第二弹簧44弹力的作用下关闭第二单向阀7;第二单向阀7关闭后,第一单向阀6在第一弹簧40弹力的作用下关闭;当外胎2被利器扎穿失压时,第一单向阀6关闭,第一内胎4维持在充压状态,第一内胎4通过第一外支撑柱17与外胎2接触,第一内胎4通过第一内支撑柱18与轮圈1接触,防爆胎通过第一内胎4支撑机动车,避免或者减少偏胎事故的发生;当外胎2、第一内胎4被利器扎穿失压时,第二内胎5维持在充压状态,第二内胎5的第二外支撑柱19与第一内胎4的第一外支撑柱17连接,第一外支撑柱17与外胎2连接;第二内胎5的第二内支撑柱20与第一内胎4的第一内支撑柱18连接,第一内支撑柱18与轮圈1连接,防爆胎通过第二内胎5支撑机动车,避免或者减少偏胎事故的发生。
外胎2充气后,压缩空气由外胎2经第一导套56的第一导孔57进入,压缩空气经第一阀芯39的第一环形上凸弧面61与第一阀体38的第一环形上凹弧面59之间的导气间隔,以及经过第一阀芯39的第一环形下凸弧面62与第一阀体38的第一环形下凹弧面60导气间隔,再由第一导气通道33的第一出气孔70进入第一内胎4。
外胎2充气时,第一内胎4充气后,压缩空气由第一内胎4经第二导套63的第二导孔64进入,经第二阀芯43的第二环形上凸弧面67与第二阀体42的第二环形上凹弧面65的导气间隔,以及经第二阀芯43的第二环形下凸弧面68与第二阀体42的第二环形下凹弧面66的导气间隔,再由第二导气通道49的第二出气孔72进入第二内胎5。
为了调节第一弹簧40弹力,控制第一单向阀6在设定的压力条件下打开,第一单向阀6的第一导气通道33的第一底部69设有第一螺栓孔82,第一螺栓孔82设有第一螺栓83,第一螺栓83通过螺纹与第一螺栓孔82连接;第一弹簧40的上端与第一阀芯39接触,第一弹簧40的下端与第一螺栓83的第一弹簧座板84接触,第一弹簧座板84位于第一导气通道33内;第一螺栓83固定连接有第一定位板85,第一定位板85通过第一定位螺丝86与第一阀体38固定连接。
第一单向阀6调节时,将第一单向阀6的第一进气口34与压力装置的接口封闭连接,将压力装置的压力调节到设定的压力范围,通过第一螺栓83调节第一弹簧40的弹力,使第一单向阀6在设定压力条件下导通,然后利用第一定位板85将第一定位螺丝86与第一阀体38固定连接。
为了调节第二弹簧44弹力,控制第二单向阀7在设定的压力条件下打开,第二单向阀7的第二导气通道49的第二底部71设有第二螺栓孔87,第二螺栓孔87设有第二螺栓88,第二螺栓88通过螺纹与第二螺栓孔87连接;第二弹簧44的上端与第二阀芯43接触,第二弹簧44的下端与第二螺栓88的第二弹簧座板89接触,第二弹簧座板89位于第二导气通道49内;第二螺栓88固定连接有第二定位板35,第二定位板35通过第二定位螺丝36与第二阀体42固定连接。
第二单向阀7调节时,将第二单向阀7的第二进气口52与压力装置的接口封闭连接,将压力装置的压力调节到设定的压力范围,通过第二螺栓88调节第二弹簧44的弹力,使第二单向阀7在设定压力条件下导通,然后利用第二定位板35将第二定位螺丝36与第二阀体42固定连接。
为了控制第一阀芯39的行程,第一单向阀6的第一下凹槽74的下端到第一阀体38上端之间的第一限位间隔73与第一阀芯39移动的行程相等;当第一阀芯39向下移动时,第一下凹槽74的下端接触到第一阀体38的上端时,第一阀芯39停止向下移动。
为了控制第二阀芯43的行程,第二单向阀7的第二下凹槽78的下端到第二阀体42上端之间的第二限位间隔77与第二阀芯43移动的行程相等;当第二阀芯43向下移动时,第二下凹槽78的下端接触到第二阀体42的上端时,第二阀芯43停止向下移动。

Claims (10)

  1. 智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,智能网络防爆胎装置包括有轮圈(1)、外胎(2)、内胎(3)、TPMS装置(92)、气嘴(31)以及单向阀(37),TPMS装置(92)与机动车的控制器(93)连接,单向阀(37)包括有第一单向阀(6)以及第二单向阀(7),外胎(2)与轮圈(1)连接,内胎(3)位于外胎(2)内;内胎(3)设有多个,内胎(3)包括有第一内胎(4)以及第二内胎(5),第一单向阀(6)设于第一内胎(4),第一单向阀(6)与第一内胎(4)密封连接,第二单向阀(7)设于第二内胎(5),第二单向阀(7)与第二内胎(5)密封连接;第一单向阀(6)的第一进气口(8)位于外胎(2)的外胎型腔(9)内,第一单向阀(6)的第一出气口(10)位于第一内胎(4)的第一型腔(11)内;第二单向阀(7)的第二进气口(12)位于第一内胎(4)的第一型腔(11)内,第二单向阀(7)的第二出气口(13)位于第二内胎(5)的第二型腔(14)内;第一内胎(4)设有第一外支撑柱(17)以及第一内支撑柱(18),第一外支撑柱(17)位于与第一内胎(4)与外胎(2)之间,第一内支撑柱(18)位于第一内胎(4)与轮圈(1)之间;第二内胎(5)设有第二外支撑柱(19)以及第二内支撑柱(20),第二外支撑柱(19)以及第二内支撑柱(20)位于第一内胎(4)与第二内胎(5)之间;TPMS装置(92)包括有胎压传感器(94)以及监视器(95),TPMS装置(92)的监视器(95)的胎压数据输出接口与机动车的控制器(93)的胎压数据输入接口连接;机动车设有卫星定位装置(96),控制器(93)的胎压数据输出接口与卫星定位装置(96)胎压数据输入接口连接,该机动车的卫星定位装置(96)与互联网连接,互联网与跟随该机动车后面其他的机动车的卫星定位装置连接;该机动车的控制器(93)设有发动机点火电路控制装置以及设有主动刹车装置;跟随该机动车后面其他的机动车设有智能网络防爆胎装置;其特征在于:所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法是:制造内胎(3)时,将第二内胎(5)安装于第一内胎(4)内;安装外胎(2)时,先将内胎(3)安装于外胎(2)内,再将外胎(2)安装于轮圈(1)上,然后将轮圈(1)与机动车的车轮轴连接;使用时,利用压缩空气源装置通过轮圈(1)的气嘴(31)向外胎(2)的外胎型腔(9)充气,当外胎型腔(9)内的气压达到设定的气压时,第一内胎(4)的第一单向阀(6)打开,压缩空气由第一单向阀(6)进入到第一内胎(4)的第一型腔(11),当第一型腔(11) 内的气压达到设定的气压时,第二内胎(5)的第二单向阀(7)打开,压缩空气由第二单向阀(7)进入到第二内胎(5)的第二型腔(14);当外胎型腔(9)、第一型腔(11)以及第二型腔(14)的气压达到充气上限时,压缩空气源装置自动停止充气,气嘴(31)将压缩空气封闭在外胎型腔(9)、第一型腔(11)以及第二型腔(14)内;机动车在行驶的过程中,万一外胎(2)被利器扎穿时,外胎型腔(9)失压,第一单向阀(6)处于关闭状态,第一内胎(4)保持原有的充压状态,第一内胎(4)通过第一外支撑柱(17)与外胎(2)接触,第一内胎(4)通过第一内支撑柱(18)与轮圈(1)接触,防爆胎通过第一内胎(4)支撑机动车,外胎(2)外径的变化维持在允许的范围内,车轮轴的轴线到地面的距离保持在允许的范围内,有效地减少或者防止爆胎事故的发生;该机动车的外胎(2)失压时,智能网络防爆胎装置TPMS装置(92)的胎压传感器(93)通过无线电将信息传输到TPMS装置(92)的监视器(93),监视器(93)报警提示驾驶人员减速以及刹车;监视器(93)通过其胎压数据输出接口以及机动车的控制器(93)的胎压数据输入接口将信息传输到机动车的控制器(93),控制器(93)通过其胎压数据输出接口以及机动车的卫星定位装置(96)的胎压数据输入接口将信息传输到机动车的卫星定位装置(96),该机动车的卫星定位装置(96)将信息传输到互联网,互联网将信息传输到跟随该机动车后面的其他机动车的卫星定位装置,跟随该机动车后面的其他机动车的卫星定位装置报警提示该车的驾驶人员减速以及刹车;或者,该机动车的控制器(93)切断其发动机的点火电路以及控制其主动刹车装置刹车;跟随该机动车后面的机动车的控制器(93)切断其发动机的点火电路以及控制其主动刹车***刹车;减少交通事故的发生。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,第一外支撑柱(17)设有多个,第一内支撑柱(18)设有多个,其特征在于:每个第一外支撑柱(17)的高度相同,充气后的第一内胎(4)的轴线与轮圈(1)轴线以及外胎(2)轴线相同;每个第二外支撑柱(19)的高度相同,充气后的第二内胎(5)的轴线与轮圈(1)的轴线以及外胎(2)的轴线相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的外胎(2)以及第一内胎(4)处于充压状态时,第一内胎(4) 通过多个第一外支撑柱(17)与外胎(2)的外凹槽(28)连接在一起,外胎(2)的外凹槽(28)与外胎(2)的胎面(32)连接在一起,以及第一内胎(4)通过多个第一内支撑柱(18)与轮圈(1)的内凹槽(27)连接在一起。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的外胎(2)失压时,第一内胎(4)维持在充压状态,第一内胎(4)通过多个第一外支撑柱(17)与外胎(2)的外凹槽(28)连接在一起,外胎(2)的外凹槽(28)与外胎(2)的胎面(32)连接在一起,以及第一内胎(4)通过多个第一内支撑柱(18)与轮圈(1)的内凹槽(27)连接在一起;利用第一外支撑柱(17)、第一内支撑柱(18)、内凹槽(27)以及外凹槽(28)将第一内胎(4)与外胎(2)连接在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的外胎(2)失压时,第一内胎(4)维持在充压状态,第一内胎(4)维持在与轮圈(1)以及外胎(2)同轴连接的状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的机动车在行驶的过程中,万一外胎(2)以及第一内胎(4)都被利器扎穿时,外胎型腔(9)以及第一内胎(4)失压,第二单向阀(7)处于关闭状态,第二内胎(5)保持原有的充压状态,第二内胎(5)的第二外支撑柱(19)与第一内胎(4)的第一外支撑柱(17)连接,第一外支撑柱(17)与外胎(2)连接;第二内胎(5)的第二内支撑柱(20)与第一内胎(4)的第一内支撑柱(18)连接,第一内支撑柱(18)与轮圈(1)连接,防爆胎通过第二内胎(5)支撑机动车,使外胎(2)的外径不跟随外胎(2)以及第一内胎(4)的爆胎而急激变小,车轮轴的轴线到地面的距离维持在机动车安全行驶的范围,避免外胎(2)凹陷,避免爆胎交通事故的发生。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,第二外支撑柱(19)以及第二内支撑柱(20)设有多个,其特征在于:所述的外胎(2)、第一内胎(4)以及第二内胎(5)维持在充压状态时,第二内胎(5)通过多个第二外支撑柱(19)与第一内胎(4)的第二外凹槽(30)连接在一起;第二内胎(5)通过多个第二内支撑柱(20)与第一内胎(4)的第二内凹槽(29)连接在一起。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的外胎(2)以及第一内胎(4)失压时,第二内胎(5)维持在充压状态,第二内胎(5)通过多个第二外支撑柱(19)与第一内胎(4)的第二外凹槽(30)连接在一起;第二内胎(5)通过多个第二内支撑柱(20)与第一内胎(4)的第二内凹槽(29)连接在一起;第二内胎(5)维持在与轮圈(1)以及外胎(2)同轴连接的状态;利用第一外支撑柱(17)、第一内支撑柱(18)、内凹槽(27)以及外凹槽(28)将第一内胎(4)与外胎(2)连接在一起;利用第二外支撑柱(19)、第二内支撑柱(20)、第二外凹槽(30)以及第二内凹槽(29)将第一内胎(4)与第二内胎(5)连接在一起。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的外胎(2)、第一内胎(4)以及第二内胎(5)充压后,第一内胎(4)的第一左支撑柱(21)与外胎(2)的左内侧接触,第一内胎(4)的第一右支撑柱(22)与外胎(2)的右内侧接触;第二内胎(5)的第二左支撑柱(25)与第一内胎(4)的左内侧接触,第二内胎(5)的第二右支撑柱(26)与第一内胎(4)的右内侧接触;利用第一左支撑柱(21)、第一右支撑柱(22)、第二左支撑柱(25)以及第二右支撑柱(26)将外胎(2)、第一内胎(4)以及第二内胎(5)紧密连接在一起。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能网络防爆胎装置的使用方法,其特征在于:所述的第一内胎(4)以及第二内胎(5)制造时,于第一内胎(4)留出第一工艺封口,于第二内胎(5)留出第二工艺封口;将第二内胎(5)于第一内胎(4)的第一工艺封口放入第一内胎(4)内,并使第二内胎(5)的第二工艺封口位于第一内胎(4)的第一工艺封口外,于第一工艺封口外将第二内胎(5)的第二工艺封口封闭,第二工艺封口封闭后,再将第二内胎(5)放入第一内胎(4)内,然后将第一内胎(4)的第一工艺封口封闭。
