智能网络防漏轮胎装置的使用方法是:制造内胎3时,将第二内胎8安装于第一内胎7内;安装外胎2时,先将内胎3安装于外胎2内,再将外胎2安装于轮圈1上,然后将轮圈1与机动车的车轮轴连接;使用时, 利用压缩空气源装置通过轮圈1的气嘴78向外胎2、第一内胎7以及第二内胎8充气,当外胎2、第一内胎7以及第二内胎8气压达到设定的充气上限时,压缩空气源装置自动停止充气,气嘴78自动关闭,将压缩空气封闭在外胎2、第一内胎7以及第二内胎8充气,当外胎2、第一内胎7以及第二内胎8内;机动车在行驶的过程中,当外胎2被利器扎穿时,外胎2失压,在外胎2失压的瞬间,第一防漏阀5位置对面的外胎2位置压到第一防漏阀5的第一驱动头34,第一驱动头34带动第一驱动杆24以及第一阀芯23克服第一弹簧25的弹力向关闭第一防漏阀5的方向移动,使第一阀芯23与第一阀通道27密封连接,关闭第一防漏阀5,使第一内胎7维持在充压的状态,第一内胎7通过第一外支撑柱18与外胎2接触,第一内胎7通过第一内支撑柱19与轮圈1接触,智能网络防漏轮胎装置通过第一内胎7支撑机动车,使外胎2外径的变化控制在设定的范围内;在第一阀芯23与第一阀通道27密封连接的同时,第一锁芯柱29跟随第一阀芯23向下移动,使第一锁芯柱29的第一锁芯孔32正好对谁第一锁栓30,第一锁栓30在第一锁栓弹簧31的弹力的作用下***第一锁芯孔32,利用第一锁栓30锁住第一阀芯23,使第一阀芯23保持在与第一阀通道27密封连接的状态;外胎2外径的变化设定的范围为10毫米至20毫米。外胎2失压时,TPMS装置95的胎压传感器97通过无线电将信息传输到TPMS装置95的监视器98,监视器98报警提示驾驶人员减速以及刹车;监视器98通过其胎压数据输出接口以及机动车的控制器96的胎压数据输入接口将信息传输到机动车的控制器96,控制器96通过其胎压数据输出接口以及机动车的卫星定位装置99的胎压数据输入接口将信息传输到机动车的卫星定位装置99,该机动车的卫星定位装置99将信息传输到互联网,互联网将信息传输到跟随该机动车后面的其他机动车的卫星定位装置,跟随该机动车后面的其他机动车的卫星定位装置报警提示该车的驾驶人员减速以及刹车;或者,该机动车的控制器96切断其发动机的点火电路以及控制其主动刹车装置刹车;跟随该机动车后面的机动车的控制器96切断其发动机的点火电路以及控制其主动刹车***刹车;减少交通事故的发生。
当外胎2以及第一内胎7被利器扎穿失压时,在第一内胎7失压的瞬间,第一内胎7上的第一防漏阀5压到的第二防漏阀6的第二驱动头48, 第二驱动头48带动第二驱动杆38以及第二阀芯37克服第二弹簧39的弹力向关闭第二防漏阀6的方向移动,使第二阀芯37与第二阀通道41密封连接,关闭第二防漏阀6,是第二内胎8维持在充压状态;第二内胎8通过第二外支撑柱20以及第二内支撑柱21与第一内胎7接触,第一内胎7通过第一外支撑柱18与外胎2接触,第一内胎7通过第一内支撑柱19与轮圈1接触,第二内胎8通过第二外支撑柱20、第二内支撑柱21、第一外支撑柱18以及第一内支撑柱19支撑外胎2,使外胎2外径的变化控制在设定的范围内,防止或者减少漏胎事故的发生;在第二阀芯37与第二阀通道41密封连接的同时,第二锁芯柱43跟随第二阀芯37向下移动,使第二锁芯柱43的第二锁芯孔46正好对准第二锁栓44,第二锁栓44在第二锁栓弹簧45的弹力的作用下***第二锁芯孔46,利用第二锁栓44锁住第二阀芯37,使第二阀芯37保持在与第二阀通道41密封连接的状态。
外胎2失压时,第一驱动杆24沿第一上导套61的第一上导孔63向下移动,第一锁芯柱29的第一弹簧柱60沿第一下导套62的第一下导孔65向下移动,第一阀芯23的第一圆台体76跟随第一驱动杆24向下移动,使第一圆台体76与第一密封口33的圆台形型腔密封连接;与此同时,第一锁栓柱59上的第一锁芯孔32移动到对准第一锁栓30的位置时,第一锁栓30在第一锁栓弹簧31弹力的作用下***第一锁芯孔32,使第一圆台体76与第一密封口33的圆台形型腔固定在密封的位置,关闭第一防漏阀5。

外胎2失压时,第一内胎7维持在充压状态,第一内胎7维持在与轮圈1以及外胎2同轴连接的状态;第一内胎7通过多个第一外支撑柱18与外胎2的外凹槽56连接在一起;第一内胎7通过多个第一内支撑柱19 与轮圈1的内凹槽55连接在一起。外胎2以及第一内胎7失压时,第二内胎8维持在充压状态,第二内胎8维持在与轮圈1以及外胎2同轴连接的状态;第一内胎7通过多个第一外支撑柱18与外胎2的外凹槽56连接在一起;第一内胎7通过多个第一内支撑柱19与轮圈1的内凹槽55连接在一起;第二内胎8通过多个第二外支撑柱20与第一内胎7的第二外凹槽58连接在一起;第二内胎8通过多个第二内支撑柱21与第一内胎7的第二内凹槽57连接在一起。

所述的第一内胎7以及第二内胎8制造时,于第一内胎7留出第一工艺封口,于第二内胎8留出第二工艺接口;将第二内胎8于第一内胎7的工艺封口放入第一内胎7内,并使第二内胎8的第二工艺接口位于第一内胎7的第一工艺封口外,于第一工艺封口外将第二内胎8的第二工艺接口封闭,第二工艺接口封闭后,再将第二内胎8放入第一内胎7内,然后将第一内胎7的第一工艺封口封闭。

  1. 智能网络防漏轮胎装置,其特征在于:所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置包括有轮圈(1)、外胎(2)、内胎(3)TPMS装置(95)以及防漏阀(4),TPMS装置(95)与机动车的控制器(96)连接;防漏阀(4)包括有第一防漏阀(5)以及第二防漏阀(6),外胎(2)与轮圈(1)连接,内胎(3)位于外胎(2)内;内胎(3)设有多个,内胎(3)包括有第一内胎(7)以及第二内胎(8),第一防漏阀(5)设于第一内胎(7)上,第一防漏阀(5)与第一内胎(7)密封连接,第二防漏阀(6)设于第二内胎(8)上,第二防漏阀(6)与第二内胎(8)密封连接;第一防漏阀(5)的第一进气口(9)位于外胎(2)的外胎型腔(10)内,第一防漏阀(5)的第一出气口(11)位于第一内胎(7)的第一型腔(12)内;第二防漏阀(6)的第二进气口(13)位于第一内胎(7)的第一型腔(12)内,第二防漏阀(6)的第二出气口(14)位于第二内胎(8)的第二型腔(15)内;第一防漏阀(5)的中心线与第二防漏阀(6)的中心线相同;第一内胎(7)设有第一外支撑柱(18)以及第一内支撑柱(19),第一外支撑柱(18)以及第一内支撑柱(19)与第一内胎(7)固定连接,第一外支撑柱(18)位于与第一内胎(7)与外胎(2)之间,第一内支撑柱(19)位于第一内胎(7)与轮圈(1)之间;第二内胎(8)设有第二外支撑柱(20)以及第二内支撑柱(21),第二外支撑柱(20)以及第二内支撑柱(21)与第二内胎(8)固定连接,第二外支撑柱(20)以及第二内支撑柱(21)位于第一内胎(7)与第二内胎(8)之间;第一防漏阀(5)包括有第一阀体(22)、第一阀芯(23)、第一驱动杆(24)、第一弹簧(25)以及第一锁芯装置(26);第一阀体(22)设有第一阀通道(27)以及第一锁栓孔(28),第一阀通道(27)与第一锁栓孔(28)垂直;第一锁芯装置(26)包括有第一锁芯柱(29)、第一锁栓(30)以及第一锁栓弹簧(31),第一锁芯柱(29)设有第一锁芯孔(32);第一阀芯(23)、第一锁芯柱(29)以及第一弹簧(25)位于第一阀通道(27)内,第一阀芯(23)与第一阀通道(27)动配合连接,第一驱动杆(24)与第一阀芯(23)的上端连接,第一阀芯(23)的下端与第一锁芯柱(29)连接,第一锁芯柱(29)与第一弹簧(25)连接;第一锁栓(30)以及第一锁栓弹簧(31)位于第一锁栓孔(28)内,第一锁栓(30)与第一锁栓孔(28)动配合连接,第一锁栓(30)与第一锁栓弹簧(31)的左端连接,第一锁栓弹簧(31)的右端 与第一阀体(22)连接,第一锁栓(30)的左端与第一锁芯柱(29)接触;第一驱动杆(24)的第一驱动头(34)位于外胎(2)的胎面基部(35)的对面,第一防漏阀(5)的初始状态为导通状态;第二防漏阀(6)包括有第二阀体(36)、第二阀芯(37)、第二驱动杆(38)、第二弹簧(39)以及第二锁芯装置(40);第二阀体(36)设有第二阀通道(41)以及第二锁栓孔(42),第二阀通道(41)与第二锁栓孔(42)垂直;第二锁芯装置(40)包括有第二锁芯柱(43)、第二锁栓(44)以及第二锁栓弹簧(45),第二锁芯柱(43)设有第二锁芯孔(46);第二阀芯(37)、第二锁芯柱(43)以及第二弹簧(39)位于第二阀通道(41)内,第二阀芯(37)与第二阀通道(41)动配合连接,第二驱动杆(38)与第二阀芯(37)的上端连接,第二阀芯(37)的下端与第二锁芯柱(43)连接,第二锁芯柱(43)与第二弹簧(39)连接;第二锁栓(44)以及第二锁栓弹簧(45)位于第二锁栓孔(42)内,第二锁栓(44)与第二锁栓孔(42)动配合连接,第二锁栓(44)与第二锁栓弹簧(45)左端连接,第二锁栓弹簧(45)右端与第二阀体(36)连接,第二锁栓(44)的左端与第二锁芯柱(43)接触;第二驱动杆(38)的第二驱动头(48)位于第一防漏阀(5)的第一出气口(11)的对面,第二防漏阀(6)的初始状态为导通状态;TPMS装置(95)包括有胎压传感器(97)以及监视器(98),TPMS装置(95)的胎压传感器(97)安装于机动车的轮圈(1)上,监视器(98)安装于驾驶室内,胎压传感器(97)通过无线电与监视器(98)连接;监视器(98)设有胎压数据输出接口,机动车的控制器(96)设有胎压数据输入接口以及胎压数据输出接口,TPMS装置(95)的监视器(98)的胎压数据输出接口与机动车的控制器(96)的胎压数据输入接口连接;机动车设有卫星定位装置(99),卫星定位装置(99)包括有GPS或者BD,卫星定位装置(99)设有胎压数据输入接口,控制器(96)的胎压数据输出接口与卫星定位装置(99)胎压数据输入接口连接,该机动车的卫星定位装置(99)与互联网连接,互联网与跟随该机动车后面其他的机动车的卫星定位装置连接;该机动车的控制器(96)设有发动机点火电路控制装置以及设有主动刹车装置;跟随该机动车后面其他的机动车设有智能网络防爆胎装置;第一防漏阀(5)的第一阀通道(27)设有第一密封口(33),第一弹簧(25)以及第一锁栓弹簧(31)为压缩弹簧;第一防漏阀(5)的初始状态是: 第一弹簧(25)处于未压缩状态,第一阀芯(23)与第一密封口(33)之间有间隙,使第一防漏阀(5)处于导通状态;第一锁栓弹簧(31)处于被压缩状态,第一锁芯柱(29)的第一锁芯孔(32)位于第一锁栓(30)的上方,第一锁栓(30)未***第一锁芯孔(32),第一锁芯柱(29)以及第一阀芯(23)处于能移动状态;第二阀通道(41)设有第二密封口(47),第二弹簧(39)以及第二锁栓弹簧(45)为压缩弹簧,第二防漏阀(6)的初始状态是:第二弹簧(39)处于未压缩状态,第二阀芯(37)与第二密封口(47)之间有间隙,使第二防漏阀(6)处于导通状态;第二锁栓弹簧(45)处于被压缩状态,第二锁芯柱(43)的第二锁芯孔(46)位于第二锁栓(44)的上方,第二锁栓(44)未***第二锁芯孔(46),第二锁芯柱(43)以及第二阀芯(37)处于能移动状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,其特征在于:所述的第一内胎(7)为环形的密封内胎,第一内胎(7)环绕于外胎(2)的外胎型腔(10)内;第二内胎(8)为环形的密封内胎,第二内胎(8)环绕于第一内胎(7)的第一型腔(12)内;第一防漏阀(5)的第一进气口(11)朝向外胎(2)的胎面基部(35),第一驱动头(34)与外胎(2)的胎面基部(35)之间留有间隔,避免外胎(2)处于非失压状态下与第一驱动头(34)接触;第二防漏阀(6)的第二进气口(13)朝向外胎(2)的胎面(35)基部,第二驱动头(48)与第一防漏阀(5)的第一出气口(11)之间留有间隔,第一内胎(7)处于非失压状态下,避免第一防漏阀(5)与第二驱动头(48)接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,其特征在于:所述的第一外支撑柱(18)以及第一内支撑柱(19)设有多个,多个第一外支撑柱(18)以及多个第一内支撑柱(19)均布于第一内胎(7)上,多个第一外支撑柱(18)均布于第一内胎(7)与外胎(2)之间,多个第一内支撑柱(19)均布于第一内胎(7)与轮圈(1)之间;第二外支撑柱(20)以及第二内支撑柱(21)设有多个,多个第二外支撑柱(20)以及多个第二内支撑柱(21)均布于第一内胎(7)与第二内胎(8)之间;第一内胎(7)设有第一左支撑柱(49)以及第一右支撑柱(50),第一左支撑柱(49)位于外胎(2)的左胎侧(51)与第一内胎(7)之间,第一右支撑柱(50)位于外胎(2)的右胎侧(52)与第一内胎(7)之间;第二内胎(8)设 有第二左支撑柱(53)以及第二右支撑柱(54),第二左支撑柱(3)以及第二右支撑柱(54)位于第一内胎(7)与第二内胎(8)之间;第一内胎(7)的第一外支撑柱(18)与外胎(2)接触,第一内支撑柱(19)与轮圈(1)接触,第二内胎(8)的第二外支撑柱(20)以及第二内支撑柱(21)与第一内胎(7)接触;第一左支撑柱(49)以及第一右支撑柱(50)与外胎(2)接触,第二左支撑柱(53)以及第二右支撑柱(54)与第一内胎(7)接触;轮圈(1)设有内凹槽(55),外胎(2)设有外凹槽(56),第一内胎(7)设有第二内凹槽(57)以及第二外凹槽(58)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,特征在于:所述的外胎(2)的外凹槽(56)的数量与第一外支撑柱(18)的数量相同,轮圈(1)的内凹槽(55)数量与第一内支撑柱(19)的数量相同,第一内胎(7)的第二外凹槽(58)的数量与第二外支撑柱(20)数量相同,第一内胎(7)的第二内凹槽(57)数量与第二内支撑柱(21)的数量相同;第一内胎(7)的第一外支撑柱(18)与外胎(2)的外凹槽(56)连接,第一内胎(7)的第一内支撑柱(19)与轮圈(1)的内凹槽(55)连接;第二内胎(8)的第二外支撑柱(20)与第一内胎(7)的第二外凹槽(58)连接,第二内胎(8)的第二内支撑柱(21)与第一内胎(7)的第二内凹槽(57)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,特征在于:所述的第一防漏阀(5)的中心线与第二防漏阀(6)的中心线相同,第一外支撑柱(18)的中心线与第二外支撑柱(20)的中心线相同,第一内支撑柱(19)的中心线与第二内支撑柱(21)的中心线相同;第一防漏阀(5)位于相邻的两个第一外支撑柱(18)之间,第二防漏阀(6)位于相邻的两个第二外支撑柱(20)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,特征在于:所述的第一防漏阀(5)的第一阀通道(27)、第一阀芯(23)、第一驱动杆(24)以及第一锁芯柱(29)的轴线线相同,第一锁栓孔(28)与及第一锁栓(30)的轴线相同,第一阀通道(27)的轴线与第一锁栓孔(28)的轴线垂直;第一锁芯柱(29)由一体的第一锁栓柱(59)与第一弹簧柱(60)构成,第一弹簧柱(60)位于第一锁栓柱(59)的下方,第一弹簧(25)套在第一弹簧柱(60)外,第一锁栓孔(28)设于第一锁栓柱(59)上,第一锁 栓(30)与第一锁栓柱(59)接触;第一阀芯(23)设有第一上导套(61)以及第一下导套(62),第一上导套(61)设有第一上导孔(63)以及第一上导气孔(64),第一下导套(62)设有第一下导孔(65)以及第一下导气孔(66);第一驱动杆(24)与第一上导孔(63)动配合连接,第一弹簧柱(60)与第一下导孔(65)动配合连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,特征在于:所述的第二防漏阀(6)的第二阀通道(41)、第二阀芯(37)、第二驱动杆(38)以及第二锁芯柱(43)的轴线线相同,第二锁栓(44)与第二锁栓孔(42)的轴线相同,第二阀通道(41)的轴线与第二锁栓孔(42)的轴线垂直;第二锁芯柱(43)由一体的第二锁栓柱(67)与第二弹簧柱(68)构成,第二弹簧柱(68)位于第二锁栓柱(67)的下方,第二弹簧(39)套在第二弹簧柱(68)外,第二锁栓孔(42)设于第二锁栓柱(67)上,第二锁栓(44)与第二锁栓柱(67)接触;第二阀芯(37)设有第二上导套(69)以及第二下导套(70),第二上导套(69)设有第二上导孔(71)以及第二上导气孔(72),第二下导套(70)设有第二下导孔(74)以及第二下导气孔(75);第二驱动杆(38)与第二上导孔(71)动配合连接,第二弹簧柱(68)与第二下导孔(74)动配合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,特征在于:所述的第一阀通道(27)的第一密封口(33)的型腔形状为圆台形,第一阀芯(23)设有第一圆台体(76)的形状为圆台形,第一密封口(33)型腔的形状与第一圆台体(76)的形状相同,第一密封口(33)型腔的圆锥度与第一圆台体(76)的圆锥度相同,第一密封口(33)型腔的锥度方向与第一圆台体(76)的锥度方向相同;第一密封口(33)圆台形型腔的上底面半径大于第一圆台体(76)的上底面半径,第一密封口(33)圆台形型腔的下底面半径小于于第一圆台体(76)的下底面半径。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能网络防漏轮胎装置,特征在于:所述的第二阀通道(41)的第二密封口(47)的型腔形状为圆台形,第二阀芯(37)设有第二圆台体(77)的形状为圆台形,第二密封口(47)型腔的形状与第二圆台体(77)的形状相同,第二密封口(47)型腔的圆锥度与第二圆台体(77)的圆锥度相同,第二密封口(47)型腔的锥度方向与第二圆台体(77)的锥度方向相同;第二密封口(47)圆台形型腔的上底面半径大 于第二圆台体(77)的上底面半径,第二密封口(47)圆台形型腔的下底面半径小于于第一圆台体(77)的下底面半径。
