- 제1 전극; 상기 제1 전극과 대향하여 구비된 제2 전극; 및 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 구비된 1층 이상의 유기물층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자로서, 상기 유기물층 중 1층 이상은 청구항 1 내지 10 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 화합물을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 화합물을 포함하는 유기물층은 정공주입층, 정공수송층 또는 정공 주입과 정공 수송을 동시에 하는 층인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 화합물을 포함하는 유기물층은 전자주입층, 전자수송층 또는 전자 주입과 전자 수송을 동시에 하는 층인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 화합물을 포함하는 유기물층은 발광층인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
