- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 화합물을 포함하는 유기물층은 전자주입층; 전자수송층; 또는 전자 주입과 전자 수송을 동시에 하는 층인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 16에 있어서, 상기 화합물을 포함하는 유기물층은 발광층인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
