Abstract

L'invention concerne une capsule (1) permettant de préparer des boissons infusées, en particulier du café, du lait chocolaté et d'autres substances solubles, et qui comprend un corps de contenant (3) comportant une base (5). Le corps de contenant (3) comprend un volume interne (V) conçu pour contenir une substance à infuser ou à faire fondre, la base (5) étant pourvue d'une buse de sortie (4) destinée à la boisson provenant du volume interne (V), et étant équipée d'un système anti-gouttes qui comprend une surface interne comportant une partie en relief (7', 7'', 7''') entourant l'intérieur de la buse (4), ledit système incluant une ou plusieurs ouvertures (9', 9'', 9''') conçue(s) pour permettre l'écoulement (F) de la boisson à partir du volume interne (V) du corps de contenant (3) en direction de la buse (4), sous l'action d'une pression exercée par un flux d'infusion fourni par un ensemble d'infusion d'une machine de préparation, et pour empêcher le passage de liquides, par un effet de capillarité, du volume (V) du corps (3) vers la buse (4) quand la pression décroît au-dessous d'une valeur de seuil.
