Description
図1(A)は、実施の形態1に係る車両用灯具の概略構造を示す水平断面図である。図1(B)は、実施の形態1に係る車両用灯具の概略構造を示す鉛直断面図である。図2(A)は、灯具ボディの概略構造を示す正面図である。図2(B)は、アウターカバーの概略構造を示す正面図である。本実施の形態に係る車両用灯具1は、車両前方側に開口部10aを有する灯具ボディ10と、灯具ボディ10の開口部10aを覆うように取り付けられるアウターカバー30とを備える。アウターカバー30が開口部10aを塞ぐことで、灯具ボディ10とアウターカバー30とにより灯室2が形成される。車両用灯具1は、図示しないエイミング機構を介して車体に取り付けられる。
実施の形態2に係る車両用灯具は、実施の形態1の車両用灯具1の外側に、灯具ボディとアウターカバーとを備える点が異なることを除き、実施の形態1の構成と共通する。以下、実施の形態2に係る車両用灯具について、実施の形態1と異なる構成を中心に説明する。

光源からの光を灯具前方に出射させるレンズ部材と、を備え、
光源台は、レンズ部材の支持部を有し、
レンズ部材は、光源台に向けて延出し、その端部が支持部に支持される脚部を有し、
支持部は、脚部が支持部に支持された状態で脚部に当接して、レンズ部材を光軸方向について位置決めする3つの突起部を有し、
3つの突起部は、3つの突起部を頂点とする三角形の延在範囲内に光源の少なくとも一部が重なるように、互いの位置関係が定められていることを特徴とする車両用灯具。

第1位置決め機構は位置決めピンであり、第2位置決め機構は位置決めピンが挿通される位置決め孔であり、第1位置決め機構と第2位置決め機構との係合により、光源台とレンズ部材とが、車両用灯具の光軸方向に対して直交する面方向について位置決めされる項目1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。

光源台は、車両用灯具の外形を構成する灯具ボディであり、
レンズ部材は、灯具ボディとともに車両用灯具の外形を構成するアウターカバーである項目1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
(項目6)
開口部を有する灯具ボディと、開口部を塞いで灯具ボディとともに灯室を形成する、透光性を有するアウターカバーと、を備える車両用灯具であって、
灯具ボディは、溝部及び当該溝部に挿入される係合部のうちの一方を開口部に沿って有し、
アウターカバーは、灯室内に配置される光源からの光を屈折させて灯具前方に照射するレンズ部と、当該レンズ部の周縁から灯具ボディに向けて延出し、その端部に溝部及び係合部のうちの他方を有する脚部と、を有し、
溝部に係合部が挿入されることで灯室が封止され、
灯具ボディは、溝部に係合部が挿入された状態で互いに係合する第1位置決め機構及び第2位置決め機構のうちの一方を有し、
アウターカバーは、第1位置決め機構及び第2位置決め機構のうちの他方を脚部に有することを特徴とする車両用灯具。

突起部及び突起受面をそれぞれ複数備え、
各突起部と各突起受面の当接部はそれぞれ、灯具ボディに対する光源の位置を定める所定の基準点からの光軸方向の距離が等しい項目8に記載の車両用灯具。
(項目10)
第1位置決め機構及び第2位置決め機構をそれぞれ少なくとも2つ備え、
各第1位置決め機構は、車両用灯具の光軸方向に対して直交する方向に対して直交する第2方向について、灯具ボディに対する光源の位置を定める所定の基準点からの距離が等しい項目6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の車両用灯具。
(項目11)
各第1位置決め機構は、2つの第1位置決め機構を結ぶ直線上に基準点が位置するよう配置される項目10に記載の車両用灯具。

- 光源と、
光源搭載部を有する金属製の光源台と、
前記光源からの光を灯具前方に出射させるレンズ部材と、を備え、
前記光源台は、前記レンズ部材の支持部を有し、
前記レンズ部材は、前記光源台に向けて延出し、その端部が前記支持部に支持される脚部を有し、
前記支持部は、前記脚部が前記支持部に支持された状態で前記脚部に当接して、前記レンズ部材を光軸方向について位置決めする3つの突起部を有し、
前記3つの突起部は、3つの突起部を頂点とする三角形の延在範囲内に前記光源の少なくとも一部が重なるように、互いの位置関係が定められることを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記光源は、光出射面を有し、
前記レンズ部材は、灯室内に配置される光源からの光を屈折させて灯具前方に照射するレンズ部を有し、
