车辆行驶于道路上的停等不怠速技术课题, 除了应用于怠速熄火与启动方 法及装置的技术研发有待精进外, 影响交通安全的潜在因素更是值得关切的技 术问题, 其中, 有些车辆在引擎熄火时车灯会全熄灭, 行驶于道路上的这类型 车辆其怠速熄火时, 处于昏暗环境下车辆位置显示的警示问题, 更是须注重的 研发重点所在。
有些欧美国家立法规范, 要求车辆行驶中必须开启头灯, 这就有强制车辆 位置显示的警示意图, 主要在防范驾驶车辆进入隧道、 昏暗环境或有雾的天候 下, 因驾驶人疏忽开启头灯以凸显车身位置, 导致其他车辆驾驶人不注意而发 生交通事故。
这种驾驶人疏忽开启头灯的情况也可能发生于夜间; 用路人都会有一种共 同的驾驶经验, 那就是在浓雾或夜间驾驶时, 突然发现没开车灯的车辆迎面而 来的惊悚经历, 不论没开车灯的车辆是转弯、 同向或对向, 这种情况都会令人 捏一; ί巴冷汗。
由于市区公共照明的密集与明亮, 常让用路人在自然光线昏暗时忘记开启 车灯; 熟知一定环境照度之下, 人类的疲劳感加剧、反应力与精神力渐渐渙散, 因而未开启显示车辆位置的灯具来凸显车辆位置, 将造成险象环生的交通状态; 这种忘记开灯的情况, 会发生在每一个一时疏忽的驾驶人身上, 不论他是驾驶 机车或汽车; 尤其人力车、 自行车更是夜间无灯的危险一族。
当前各汽机车厂商皆以配置日行灯为主要因应手段, 亦是因应前述问题与 法规的主要技术; 日行灯虽普遍采用较省电的 LED灯泡,然阳光充足下点亮着, 依然无意义的消耗蓄电瓶有限的电力及产生能源浪费的碳足迹; 而自行车等无 电力配备的车辆, 则通常以内含电池的单体警示灯为装置, 来提供其夜间的位 置警示照明, 这是手动开启位置灯的简单装置。
有的类型车辆电路设计, 当引擎熄火时会停止车灯的电源供应, 以避免电 瓶过度放电,影响再启动的电力;这类型车辆行驶于道路上操作停等不怠速时, 造成当车辆是在黑暗处熄火停等, 形成灯光全灭, 便无法有效显示车辆位置, 而有被其他车辆碰撞的安全顾虑。
车辆于交通道路上,环境昏暗的照度下,驾驶人疏忽手动开启车灯的问题、 操作停等熄火夜间无照明的安全问题、 全时开启头灯的白天虚耗电能问题、 引 擎没发动而开启的灯具对蓄电瓶的耗电影响…, 是否能有一万全之策, 来解决 上述所有问题, 在个人研发车辆怠速熄火相关技术时, 是不断思索与寻求突破 的要点; 所发展的新技术若更进一步亦能运用于现有车辆群, 则对于交通安全 上的贡献会更为宏大。
安装于新生产车辆, 通过新车的设计比较容易完成, 上述现有技术装置的 应用, 大多仅限于新设计生产的车辆; 若期望亦可运用于现有庞大数量的车辆 群, 在不影响车辆原结构与性能及兼具实用与安全需求考量, 并以简易加装便 可实施, 来提供车辆更佳的引擎熄火与启动方法及显示车辆位置灯具照明的技 术, 将是严峻的研发课题。
基于此, 一种符合安全性高、 作用确实、 价格低廉、 改装容易、 操作简捷、 控制确实且可应用于现有车辆改装的 r引擎熄火与启动及自动开启显示车辆位 置灯具照明的控制方法与装置』 , 将是新颖、 创造且可有效施行于产业上的发 明。 发明内容
本发明是一种车辆引擎熄火与启动及自动开启显示车辆位置的灯具的控制 方法及实现本方法的控制装置, 可有效解决前述所面临的待解决问题; 车辆引 擎熄火与启动控制方法的特征为:基于不同类型车辆的操控特性, 诸如机车有打 档车、 不用打档的速克达…等, 汽车有自排、 手排、 手自排…等, 依车辆的不 同特性选用车辆的二个或多个合宜的车辆操控装置:如刹车、 离合器、 各档位… 等等作为电气信号源, 并将的规划整合成可明显区别为二选择信号的电气信号 源组合, 将所选用信号源的操控装置电器设备耦接至一整合控制器, 以作为引 擎熄火或启动引擎控制目的的选择信号来源; 驾驶人进行自然操控车辆的时候, 当操控装置状态达成所规划产生选择信号的状态时, 便产生该状态所对应的选 择信号; 该二选择信号产生时的目的分别定义:一为启动引擎、 一为引擎熄火。
一确认信号源, 可为一电气按钮开关所产生的信号, 该电气按钮开关与该 整合控制器耦接; 车辆驾驶人在驾驶车辆过程中, 欲操作启动引擎或引擎熄火 的目之时, 在符合其控制目的的已定义产生选择信号的操控装置状态下, 按压 按钮开关发出确认信号; 整合控制器同时接收其选择信号与该确认信号时, 便 将该选择信号所定义的目的, 通过已和整合控制器耦接的车辆原足令引擎熄火 与足以启动引擎的车辆装置设备, 来完成选择信号目的的操作; 选择信号定义 操作目的, 确认信号将选择信号的目的确认并由整合控制器驱动执行, 所以, 确认信号是选择信号目的确认执行的安全机制。
本发明提供简易、 安全、 作用确实的引擎启动与熄火控制方法, 让驾驶人 能自主地快速操作其目的, 这方法尤其适用于当驾驶人想进行在交通道路上停 等不怠速时, 是操作引擎熄火及再启动控制的最佳模式; 特别是一种关于机车 的熄火及启动控制方法:是分离机车电路先前技术中, 前、 后轮刹车制动拉把电 气开关的并联电路, 断开使形成为各自独立的控制装置信号源, 以分别成为该 二组启动引擎或引擎熄火目的的选择信号源; 再运用机车的前、 后轮二个刹车 式, 来执行引擎熄火或启动的控制方法, 由此让机车驾驶者在停等红灯及平交 道时, 便于控制机车熄火停等, 避免停等时怠速的能源虚耗与空气污染, 亦可 快速启动引擎接续行程, 以达到节省能源、 减少碳排放及减少空气污染的环保 目的。
以及, 一种由一环境照度侦测器, 是光源、 照度的感应元件或侦测装置, 设置于足以感测车辆环境照度之处, 用以侦测车辆所处环境照度的强弱并产生 对应的参数信号; 该环境照度侦测器耦接至一由电子元件与逻辑电路所组成的 位置灯控制器, 该位置灯控制器与用以显示车辆位置的灯具耦接; 本文所言灯 具表示为任一经通导电流便会发光的元件或包含一或多个发光元件的装置, 若 发光元件需驱动装置才能作用, 亦包含其驱动装置。
该位置灯控制器在所接收到环境照度侦测器的参数值满足参数设定值时, 接通已耦接的灯具电源以点亮的; 接收到的参数值不满足设定值, 则为关闭通 往灯具电源的状态, 使具自动开启足供车辆显示位置的灯具; 以提供一种当车 辆驶入隧道、 地下道、 林荫, 及天候阴雨、 有雾或黎明、 黄昏、 黑夜…等, 车 辆所处环境照度不佳时, 自动开启显示车辆位置的照明, 凸显车身位置, 有效 提醒来车及其他用路人注意, 让其他车辆驾驶人能清楚看到己方的车辆, 以防 止因他人疏忽而酿成交通安全的危害, 避免行车危险, 保障行车与停等时的安 全装置。
在车辆领域的运用, 提供包含引擎车辆、 电动车辆、 人力车辆、 自行车… 等各型车辆的自动显示位置灯用途。
本发明特点综述如下
以一个产生确认信号的电气开关为安全机制, 来促发二个各定义为引擎熄 火及引擎启动的选择信号目的执行完成, 控制手段简易、 控制过程安全、 控制 结果确实而有效率。
选择信号:依各类型车辆的特性, 着眼于符合人因工程、 驾驶习惯与安全性 考虑, 选用原车辆控制装置, 如刹车、 离合器、 各档位…等, 组合成所需的最 佳二组选择信号来源。
确认信号:以车辆原有启动按钮或另增设的按钮开关来产生确认信号, 通过 驾驶人意念的目的进行确认控制, 为本发明控制方法具有安全机制的设计概念; 于此, 选择信号与确认信号组合后, 整合控制器才会发出动作指令, 驱动车辆 原执行该动作的机制实际执行的。
以车辆钥匙主开关为开闭整合控制器的机制, 主开关 ON整合控制器才有作 用; 整合控制器做控制信号处理, 实际需运用高电流的引擎启动与引擎熄火动 作由车辆的原机制来执行, 不会产生车辆电路安全的顾虑。
提供机车驾驶人一种明确、 安全、 简捷且动作确实的引擎控制技术。
利于车辆操作引擎不怠速, 是一种简捷、 安全、 有效的控制模式, 当车辆 原性能足够, 可由驾驶人自主执行车辆引擎即停、 即启的控制, 停等不需读秒 及判断程序, 不产生自动怠速熄火***所带给驾驶人的困扰, 车辆不怠速节能 效率更优, 降低空气污染更确实;
解决各类型引擎车辆于交通道路上操作停等不怠速时机, 车辆位处环境照 度不佳时, 最佳的位置照明控制方法。
解决环境照度不佳时, 驾驶人未开车灯的行车安全问题, 是在于车辆位置 显示用途技术上的最佳实用方式。
提供无电力设备车辆一种显示车辆位置, 维护安全的最佳模式。
可生产出方法实用、 作用确实、 改装简单、 价格低廉的商品。

兹以应用于速克达系列机车为例, 说明本发明的创作内涵:
机车手把上有左手及右手刹制动器拉把, 分别控制后轮(左)及前轮(右)刹 车制动器并产生刹车信号, 如图 1现行机车其一电路技术, 左 21、 右 22刹车制 动器拉把并联耦接, 任一刹车拉把动作时, 均会导通刹车灯 43电源使刹车灯 43 点亮; 按压启动按钮 31, 导通接地信号, 使启动继电器 51产生作用, 起动马达 动作而发动引擎; 钥匙主开关 1 10FF , CDI 电子点火*** 61获得接地信号, 执 行断油或断电, 使引擎熄火。
如图 2 本发明的整合控制器电路示意图, 分离机车先前电路技术中, 左、 右刹车制动器拉把电气开关的并联电路, 断开使形成为各自独立的控制装置信 号源, 并分别与整合控制器 01耦接, 使作为本发明中的二选择信号; 刹车灯 43 亦与整合控制器 01耦接, 藉以保持机车原技术状态的功能。
定义该二选择信号, 机车手把上的左手刹车制动器拉把 21所产生的选择信 号目的为启动引擎; 机车手把上的右手刹车制动器拉把 22所产生的选择信号目 的为引擎熄火。 (注:做上迷刹车制动器拉把信号源的选择信号定义, 在于统一 操作模式的规范, 使任何厂牌机车及任何驾驶人能有固定、 易懂、 单纯、 最佳 的标准操作模式, 非为限制本发明的范围。 )
整合控制器 01耦接钥匙主开关 1 10N所接通的导线, 以作为开启整合控制 器 01功能,并作为供应点亮灯具时的电流源;整合控制器 01耦接启动按钮 31, 以接收确认信号; 整合控制器 01耦接启动继电器 51, 以发出启动引擎指令驱使 完成启动引擎的动作; 整合控制器 01耦接钥匙主开关 110FF与 C. D. 161接脚连 接的导线, 以发出引擎熄火指令驱使完成引擎熄火的动作。 机车钥匙开启钥匙主开关 1 10N , 整合控制器 01电路进入待命状态。 当拉压 左刹车制动器拉把 21时,便产生启动引擎的选择信号,并接通刹车灯 43电源, 点亮刹车灯 43 ; 若驾驶人欲操作启动引擎的目的, 同时按压启动按钮 31 , 整合 控制器 01便会产生一信号至启动继电器 51 , 以驱使完成引擎启动。
当驾驶人欲操作引擎熄火的控制目的, 则拉压右刹车制动器拉把 22 , 便产 生引擎熄火的选择信号, 并接通刹车灯 43电源, 点亮刹车灯 4 3, 此时按压启动 按钮 31 , 整合控制器 01便会产生一信号至 C. D. 161, 由 C. D. 161进行引擎熄火 的动作。
当同时按压左刹车制动器拉把 21与右刹车制动器拉把 22 ,二者同样产生信 号, 再按压启动按鈕 31时, 整合控制器 01只会执行右刹车制动器拉把 22产生 的引擎熄火选择信号,产生一信号至 C. D. 1 61,由 C. D. 161完成引擎熄火的动作。
欲再启动引擎, 执行(左刹车) + (启动钮)动作, 便可使引擎启动; 欲再引擎 熄火, 执行(右刹车) + (启动钮)动作, 便可使引擎熄火; 提供机车驾驶人一个非 常明确且简捷的引擎启动与熄火控制技术。
不论如何操作刹车拉把, 均需搭配按压启动按钮接通其电气开关的确认信 号后, 整合控制电路才会发出执行引擎熄火或启动的控制行为, 便可安全、 确 实且简易地操作引擎熄火与启动的控制手段; 若该二待命状态并未搭配按压启 动按钮接通其电气开关, 则仅为制动车轮转动并点明刹车灯的机车原有功能及 特征的状态。
以此表达本发明 「车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制方法」 的控制模式与功能及 技术意涵; 此种车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制技术, 便可使驾驶人遂行其意志操 作引擎的熄火或启动, 达到安全、 简捷的启动引擎或引擎熄火的目的。
此即本发明 「引擎熄火与启动的控制方法』 的机车最佳应用模式。 故依此 模式简言之:
启动引擎动作: (左刹车) + (启动钮); 引擎熄火动作: (右刹车) + (启动钮)或
(右刹车) + (左刹车) + (启动钮); 机车的其余原有传统操作功能及性能不变。
依本发明概念在汽车的应用上, 因汽车只有一组刹车信号, 以自排汽车最 佳例的控制信号可包含刹车信号、 N档信号、 D档信号及增设的按钮信号等四种; 将刹车、 N档、 D档这三种信号整合成二组选择信号状态组合, 再以按钮信号为 确认信号执行, 做交互搭配应用。
自排汽车的最佳实施例的应用模式简言之: (刹车) + (N 档)产生启动选择信号, 再 + (按鈕)便执行引擎启动动作; (刹 车) + (D档)产生熄火选择信号, 再 + (按钮)便执行引擎熄火动作; 自排汽车的其 余原有传统操作功能及性能不变。
手排汽车最佳例的控制信号可包含刹车信号、 空档信号、 离合器开关信号 及增设的按钮信号等四种, 将刹车、 空档、 离合器开关等三种信号整合成二组 选择信号产生状态, 再以按钮信号为确认信号执行, 做交互搭配应用。
手排汽车的最佳实施例的应用模式简言的:
(刹车) + (空档)(有无离合器信号无关系)为产生启动选择信号状态, 再 + (按 钮)为执行引擎启动动作; (刹车) + (离合器)(非空档)为产生熄火选择信号状态, 再 + (按钮)为执行引擎熄火动作; 手排汽车的其余原有传统操作功能及性能不变。
通过上述最佳的机车实施例及手、 自排汽车的应用方式, 揭示本创新发明 的意涵精神, 说明可因应不同类型车辆的不同特性加以设计, 取用二组或多组 最合宜的现有装置所产生的电气信号, 将的整合成二组选择信号, 并搭配一组 既有或新增按钮的确认信号, 来执行引擎熄火或启动的控制目的。
执行确认信号的按钮开关, 于机车的应用上, 可取用机车原有用于启动的 启动按钮开关; 在汽车的应用上, 则将按钮开关装置于排档杆上方, 驾驶人操 控排档的排档头上, 置于驾驶人操作排档时食指或中指可方便按压的位置, 以 便捷驾驶人执行引擎启动与熄火功能时的操作。 且为控制安全的考虑, 按钮开 关应为有感按压设计, 使驾驶人为有意识的按压, 避免会被误触的不当设计。
基于汽车启动性能的考虑, 汽车执行怠速熄火的同时, 本发明的控制装置 执行引擎熄火, 并自动关闭使用中的高耗电能或有妨碍引擎再启动性能的电器 设备, 如大灯、 雾灯、 空调压缩机离合器…等的电源供应, 以减少引擎熄火时 电瓶电能的消耗及减轻引擎再启动时的负载, 利于引擎的再启动。 当引擎再重 新启动后, 将自动回复引擎熄火前的电气使用状态。
实现 「 自动开启位置灯以显示车辆位置」 的主要元件包括 「位置灯控制器
02 J 与 「环境照度侦测器 03」 两个部分, 是由侦测装置、 电子元件与逻辑电路 所组成。
兹以图 3 有配备蓄电池车辆的位置灯控制整合应用示意图为例, 说明本创 作的内涵:位置灯控制器 02耦接车辆钥匙主开关 11 ON所接通的电线作为电流 源, 藉以车辆钥匙主开关 11当做开启或关闭本控制装置功能的手段。
环境照度侦测器 03耦接位置灯控制器 02; 环境照度侦测器 03是光源、 照 度的感应元件或侦测装置, 设置于足以感测车辆环境照度之处, 用以侦测车辆 所处环境照度的强弱并产生相对应的参数信号给位置灯控制器 02。
位置灯控制器 02耦接车辆上用于显示车辆位置的一或多个灯具, 如车辆前 位置灯 41、车辆后灯 42 ,或其他如眉灯、装饰灯、甚至方向灯…等耗电功率低, 可用于有效显示车辆位置的灯具; 若车辆原配置灯具不足以满足安全凸显车辆 位置的目的, 亦可以一或多个外接式位置灯具 44的方式, 增强其显示车辆位置 照明的意图。
车辆钥匙开启钥匙主开关 11为 ON的同时, 位置灯控制器 02与环境照度侦 测器 03即进入运作状态。 环境照度侦测器 03依感应环境照度的强弱产生的参 数值传至位置灯控制器 02 ,当参数值满足预设值(即天候有雾、阴雨、天色昏黑… 等, 或车辆驶入地下道、 隧道、 林荫茂密区时, 环境照度不佳状态下的参数设 定值), 位置灯控制器 02便接通前位置灯 41及后灯 42, 或包括其他外接式位置 灯 44的电源以点亮的; 若非设定的参数条件, 位置灯控制器 02与前位置灯 41 及后灯 42、 外接式位置灯 44的电路为电源断路状态; 而其中车灯开关 12的原 功能不变亦完全无影响。
使车辆保留车辆原车灯开关的功能, 继而具备车辆环境照度不佳、 满足位 置灯控制器 02执行功能条件时, 自动强制开启被选用的灯具, 以满足本发明对 交通安全的目标。
如此的发明设计, 使车辆处于环境照度充足时, 不必耗费车辆有限的蓄电 池电能, 亦即减少不必要浪费的碳足迹, 并且解决了车辆于环境照度不佳时显 示车辆位置的照明问题。
应用于无蓄电池如人力车、 自行车…等车辆上, 可以单体的自动光感应位 置灯具来设计, 也就是用一外壳, 将位置灯控制器 02、 环境照度侦测器 03、 灯 具 44、 设计整合成一体, 并以可携式电池为其电流源, 整合设计于外壳内或为 外接型式, 藉以作为位置灯控制器 02动作及点亮灯具 44 的电源; 位置灯控制 器 02与电流源之间设置一开关, 以作为开闭该单体式自动光感应位置灯启用与 否的手段; 该开关可设计于外壳上, 使成为具完整功能的单体自动光感应车辆 位置灯。
继而更进步的设计是:开关不与外壳设计在一起, 而是配置于车辆适当位置, 如控制车辆的手^ ί巴、 ^"板或坐位上, 并为侦测式或感应式开关, 如红外线侦测 或静电感应开关等, 与位置灯控制器 02为耦接或无线信号连结, 藉以侦测或感 应驾驶人于车辆的就位状况, 当驾驶人为在车辆就位状态, 便开启本控制装置 的功能。
上揭说明了 「 自动开启位置灯以显示车辆位置」 本发明应用于有配备蓄电 池车辆与无蓄电池配备的人力车、 自行车…等车辆上的实施应用模式。
于此, 以与速克达系列机车的其一电路整合为例,将「 01 整合控制器」 r 02 位置灯控制器」及「 03 环境照度侦测器」 与车辆电路整合成一体, 如图 4完整 技术的整合应用示意图, 使具备 「车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制方法」 及 「 自动 开启位置灯以显示车辆位置」 的完整功能; 如此便可提供行驶于交通道路上操 作红灯停等熄火不怠速的车辆, 一种最佳的引擎熄火与启动控制模式, 并解决 停等车辆在环境照度不佳时的安全警示照明问题; 且不限于车辆的怠速停等运 用, 更适合任何有需要时进行车辆的启动引擎或引擎熄火操作, 及最妥善的车 辆安全警示照明的方法, 可完全满足车辆引擎不怠速「一停即熄火、 要走即启 动 J 的引擎操作目的, 实现车辆无引擎怠速的可能; 藉以揭露表达本发明创作 的完整内涵。
本节所述实施例并非限定本发明的范围, 任何熟习相关技艺者, 在不脱本 发明的精神与范围, 相对上述本发明所阐明的各项特点与用途, 进行的各种调 整、 更动与修改, 仍属本发明所保护的技术范畴。

1. 一种车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制方法, 其特征在于, 基于不同类型车辆 的操控特性, 依车辆的不同特性选用车辆的二个或多个合宜的车辆操控装置作 为电气信号源, 规划整合成可明显区别为二选择信号的电气信号源组合, 使操 控装置状态达成所规划选择信号的条件, 便产生对应的选择信号; 该二选择信 号产生时的目的分别定义:一为启动引擎、 一为引擎熄火; 以及
一确认信号, 为一电气开关所产生的信号; 作为选择信号目的的确认并驱 动工作元件执行, 以完成选择信号目的的操作;
选择信号定义操作目的, 确认信号将选择信号的目的确认并驱动工作元件 执行, 以作为车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制方法。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制方法, 其特征在于, 特 别是一种关于机车的熄火与启动控制方法, 分离机车先前电路技术中, 前、 后 轮刹车制动控制器电气开关的并联电路, 断开使形成各自独立的二控制装置信 号源, 成为该二选择信号源。
3. 如权利要求 1或 1所述的车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制方法,其特征在于, 包含: 一整合控制器, 是由电子元件与逻辑电路所组成, 该整合控制器耦接该 二选择信号的电气信号源、 该确认信号的电气信号源、 足令引擎熄火的工作元 件、 足以启动引擎的工作元件等装置或设备; 用以实际接收选择信号及确认信 号, 并依信号目的驱动车辆的工作元件完成目的执行操作, 作为车辆启动引擎 与引擎熄火的控制装置。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的车辆引擎熄火与启动的控制方法, 其特征在于, 包 含一整合控制器, 其包括:执行引擎熄火, 可自动关闭车辆正使用中的高耗电能 或有妨碍引擎的再启动性能的电器设备的电源; 当引擎再重新启动后, 自动回 复该些电器设备的电源。
5. 一种自动开启显示车辆位置的灯具的控制装置, 其特征在于, 其包含: 一环境照度侦测器, 是光源、 照度的感应元件或侦测装置, 设置于足以感 测车辆环境照度之处, 用以侦测车辆所处环境照度的强弱并产生相对应的参数 信号; 以及
一位置灯控制器, 由电子元件与逻辑电路所组成, 该位置灯控制器与该环 境照度侦测器及用以显示车辆位置的一个或多个车辆原有工作灯具耦接; 该位置灯控制器在所接收到的参数值满足参数设定值, 接通已耦接的工作 灯具电源以点亮; 接收到的参数值不满足设定值, 则为关闭通往工作灯具电源 的状态, 使具自动开启足供车辆显示位置的灯具。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的自动开启显示车辆位置的灯具的控制装置, 其特征 在于, 该位置灯控制器以外接方式耦接一或多个灯具以作为辅助照明。
7. 如权利要求 5或 6所述的自动开启显示车辆位置的灯具的控制装置, 其 特征在于, 该位置灯控制器的电源系耦接自车辆钥匙主开关 ON所接通的电源为 电流源, 以车辆钥匙主开关作为开启或关闭该位置灯控制器功能的手段, 及提 供灯具点亮的电流源。
8. 如权利要求 5或 6所述的自动开启显示车辆位置的灯具的控制装置, 其 特征在于, 其包括:
一电流源, 为各形态、各类别的可携式电池, 作为内置式或外接式电流源; 一开关, 耦接于该位置灯控制器与该电流源之间, 作为开启或关闭该位置 灯控制器功能的手段, 开启时提供该位置灯控制器的电流源;
—外壳, 用以容纳该环境照度侦测器、 该位置灯控制器、 该开关及该内置 式可携式电池, 使成为车辆位置灯控制器单体, 通过外接灯具, 以自动控制该 灯具的明暗。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的自动开启显示车辆位置的灯具的控制装置, 其特征 在于, 其开关单独置于外壳之外, 配置于车辆适当位置, 为侦测式或感应式开 关, 通过侦测或感应驾驶人于车辆的就位状况; 当驾驶人为在车辆就位状态, 便开启该位置灯控制器。
10. 如权利要求 8或 9所述的自动开启显示车辆位置的灯具的控制装置, 其特征在于, 其包含一灯具, 与外壳设计整合成一体, 使成为具完整功能的自 动开启车辆位置灯单体。
