Abstract

一种轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,包括控制机构(1)、驱动机构(2)、承载机构(3)、压紧机构(4)、导向滑槽(5)和门扇(7);所述承载机构(3)包括两个导向柱(10)、两个套筒(11)、连接杆(12)、滑块(13)和导向轮(14);所述控制机构(1)分别与驱动机构(2)和压紧机构(4)相连。该装置结合了外摆塞拉门和内藏侧拉门的长处,通过塞拉运动解决内藏侧拉门外观平顺问题,从而减小了高速运行压力波对门扇的影响,减小了高速运行的噪音,车体能够比使用外摆塞拉门的车体宽140mm,而且门扇塞拉过程结束时门扇被压紧在车体上,完全限制了门扇向外脱落的可能性,因此提高了安全性和密封的可靠性。

Description

轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置 技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种轨道车辆使用的门装置,尤其涉及的是一种轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置。
背景技术
目前,国内外的高速列车、干线列车和城市轨道列车的入口自动门***基本分为外摆式塞拉门、内藏式侧拉门和外挂移门三大类。如图1所示,外摆式塞拉门主要通过驱动装置带动门扇1’的打开和关闭,关键特征是:门关闭时门扇1’的外侧与车辆外侧齐平,门打开时向车体2’外部(Y方向)摆出,通常约70mm,图中3’为门扇1’的运动轨迹。
外摆式塞拉门的使用存在下列问题:(1)减小了车体2’宽度:通常铁路车辆两侧对称设有自动门***,因此在两侧因为门的摆出而占有约140mm空间。通常站台和建筑物到车辆突出部分的距离是被严格控制以防止车辆运行时超过站台和建筑物的界线,因此外摆塞拉门的车体2’宽度受到门的影响。车体2’宽度主要影响座椅或座椅间过道的宽度进而影响乘坐舒适性;(2)增加了行车隐患:由于外摆塞拉门向车外开启,特别在高速运行时,由于两车相会时受压力波影响,门扇1’存在向外脱落的可能性,这样的例子在国外高速铁路车辆运行时发生过,因此对门***安全性要求高,对于锁闭***的依赖程度高;(3)密封性能较差:外摆塞拉门的密封通过锁闭装置向车内拉紧门扇1’而压缩密封胶条实现密封,因此在高速会车或隧道内由于负压影响,存在漏气现象,从而造成乘客耳膜压迫的不适现象。
如图2所示,内藏式侧拉门通过驱动装置带动门扇1’的打开和关闭,关键特征是:关闭时门扇1’与车体2’外侧墙面存在约35mm台阶高度,门打开时藏在车体2’和侧墙间壁4’内,图中3’为门扇1’的运动轨迹(仅沿着X方向运动)。该方案满足宽车体2’和安全性要求,但是仍有以下问题:(1)高速运行,特别是运行速度大于250km/h时空气动力学特性差,运行阻力大,能耗高;(2)外观不平顺,高度差的存在使得运行时气动噪音较大;(3)由于门扇1’与外侧墙面有一定高度的台阶,影响整车美观;(4)安装内藏式侧拉门的车辆在门区域清洗时不适合机械化操作。
外挂移门在开关门的过程中门扇置于车体外侧,距外侧墙面一定距离,通常约50mm。由于门扇凸出在车体外,因此存在以下问题:(1)车辆运行时空气动力学特性差,高速时噪音较大;(2)凸出的门扇占用了车辆与站台的间隙,使得车体的宽度受到影响,车体不能太宽。因此外挂移门通常用于运行速度较低城市轨道车辆。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,通过对承载机构、驱动机构、密封机构、压紧机构的改进,实现将门扇内置于车体内侧,并能够保证轨道车辆运行的安全性和气密性能。
技术解决方案
本发明包括控制机构、驱动机构、承载机构、压紧机构、导向滑槽和门扇;其特征在于:所述承载机构包括导向柱、两个套筒、连接杆、滑块和导向轮;其中:滑块的顶端和门扇固定相连,滑块的底端和驱动机构相连,滑块套设在连接杆上并沿连接杆移动,两个套筒分别固定在连接杆的两端,套筒套设在导向柱上并沿导向柱移动,导向轮固定在滑块上,导向轮设置在导向滑槽内,导向轮和导向滑槽配合使用;所述控制机构分别与驱动机构和压紧机构相连。
所述导向滑槽包括直线槽和弧线槽,直线槽沿横向设置,弧线槽沿纵向设置,弧线槽的底端和直线槽连通。
所述滑块上设有基座、滑杆和倾斜凹槽,基座位于滑块的底端, 基座和驱动机构相连,滑杆的一端固定在基座上,滑杆的另一端设置在倾斜凹槽内,倾斜凹槽位于滑块上,滑杆和倾斜凹槽的配合使用,驱动机构只要提供一个方向的动力即可实现滑块的横向和纵向的运动,使得驱动机构更为简单,整个装置也更简便。
为了使得动力能够被顺利的传递,所述倾斜凹槽与横向的夹角为20~70度。
本装置还包括密封机构,密封机构设置在门扇的外周,设置在门扇的外周开门时不会受到乘客的踩踏,延长使用寿命。
为了使密封机构通过自身的变形,使其贴合于车体的阶梯的,也可以弥补因为车体制造上的误差或高速运行产生的变形,所述密封机构选用可压缩变形的密封橡胶条。
所述门扇的端部设有用于防止门扇滑动的阶梯,门扇上的阶梯上设有密封机构,门扇上的阶梯上设有密封机构,阶梯的存在可以使得关门后,门扇由于受到阶梯的作用,不会滑落到车体的外侧。
所述压紧机构包括转轴、压紧轮、转臂、支撑轴、支架、驱动器和销轴;其中:驱动器和控制机构相连,驱动器固定在支架上,转臂通过支撑轴和支架相连,压紧轮通过转轴和转臂的顶端相连,驱动器通过销轴连接在转臂的底端并驱动转臂绕支撑轴转动,在驱动器的作用下带动转臂的转动,使得压紧轮压紧门扇并保持在压紧位置不会被打开。
所述压紧机构还包括定位挡块,所述定位挡块固定在支架上。
本发明的工作原理是:开门动作:首先由控制机构控制压紧机构将门扇释放,随后控制机构控制驱动机构沿横向进行直线运动,由于承载机构的运动轨迹受导向滑槽的限制,在开门的初始阶段,承载机构带动门扇向纵向(车辆内侧)运动,至此完成向内“塞”的动作,当导向轮运动至导向滑槽的直线槽时,门扇随驱动机构沿横向进行直线运动,完成“拉”门的动作,开门时门扇置于车体和侧墙间壁构成的内部夹层中,完成开门塞拉过程。
关门动作:首先由控制机构控制驱动机构沿横向进行直线运动,当导向轮运动至导向滑槽的弧线槽时带动承载机构沿设定轨迹运行,直至将门扇运动到与车辆的外侧齐平后控制机构控制压紧机构将门扇压紧,完成关门塞拉门过程。
有益效果
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点,本发明结合了外摆塞拉门和内藏侧拉门的长处,同时避免了外挂移门的缺点,通过塞拉运动解决内藏侧拉门外观平顺问题,本发明的车体外侧更加平顺,减小了高速运行压力波对门扇的影响,通过有限元计算内置塞拉门(平顺)比内藏侧拉门(凹陷)平均压力减小47%,并能够减小风阻,节能环保;平顺的外侧表面,减小了高速运行的噪音,内置塞拉门(平顺)比内藏侧拉门(凹陷)平均噪声低7.5dB;本发明不占用车外空间,车体能够比使用外摆塞拉门的车体宽140mm,通过计算,车体宽度能够增加约4.2%,过道空间增加15%~20%, 提高了车内的通过性和乘坐舒适性;本发明的门扇塞拉过程结束时门扇被压紧在车体上,完全限制了门扇向外脱落的可能性,因此提高了安全性和密封的可靠性。

本发明的实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图3所示,本实施例包括控制机构1、驱动机构2、承载机构3、压紧机构4、导向滑槽5、侧墙间壁6、门扇7、车体8和密封机构9;侧墙间壁6位于车体8的内侧,侧墙间壁6和车体8之间形成夹层,夹层大小和门扇7相匹配;控制机构1、驱动机构2、承载机构3、压紧机构4和导向滑槽5位于车体8的内侧;承载机构3包括导向柱10、套筒11、连接杆12、滑块13和导向轮14;其中:滑块13的顶端和门扇7固定相连,滑块13的底端和驱动机构2相连,滑块13套设在连接杆12上并沿连接杆12横向移动,套筒11固定在连接杆12的两端,套筒11套设在导向柱10上并沿导向柱10纵向移动,导向柱10固定在车体8上,导向轮14固定在滑块13上,导向轮14设置在导向滑槽5,导向轮14和导向滑槽5配合使用,导向轮14的运动限制在导向滑槽5内,导向滑槽5包括直线槽15和弧线槽16,直线槽15沿横向设置,弧线槽16沿纵向设置,直线槽15和弧线槽16垂直,弧线槽16的底端和直线槽15连通,弧线槽16的顶端靠近门扇7,导向轮14在直线槽15内时,门扇7位于车体8的内侧,导向轮14在弧线槽16的顶端时,门扇7和车体8的外侧平齐;控制机构1分别与驱动机构2和压紧机构4相连;
承载机构3可沿横向(X方向)和纵向(Y方向)运动,用于承载门扇7传递的载荷。
滑块13上设有基座17、滑杆18和倾斜凹槽19,基座17位于滑块13的底端, 基座17和驱动机构2相连,滑杆18的一端固定在基座17上,滑杆18的另一端设置在倾斜凹槽19内,滑杆18和倾斜凹槽19配合使用,滑杆18的运动限制在倾斜凹槽19内,倾斜凹槽19位于滑块13上,滑杆18和倾斜凹槽19的配合使用,驱动机构2只要提供一个方向的动力即可实现滑块13的横向和纵向的运动,使得驱动机构2更为简单,整个装置也更简便。
倾斜凹槽19与横向(X方向)具有一定角度的夹角,本实施例中该夹角为35度,夹角的角度要确保动力被顺利传递,并能够在基座17的带动下将门扇7在关门到位时沿着弧线槽16向纵向(Y向)移动,使得门扇7的外侧面与车体8的外侧平齐,如图4所示。
驱动机构2通过非刚性的连接将驱动机构2的驱动力传递到承载机构3直至门扇7实现开关动作,特别是在接近关门位置时,由于导向滑槽5对导向轮14运动的限制,使得门扇7和承载机构3沿纵向运动实现“塞”的运动。
如图5所示,门扇7和车体8的端部分别设有相互配合使用的用于防止门扇滑动的阶梯,门扇7上的阶梯上设有密封机构9,阶梯的存在可以使得关门后,门扇7由于受到阶梯的作用,不会滑落到车体8的外侧,提高了整个装置在高速运行时的安全性。门扇7与车体8之间留有一定间隙,以防止开关门是相互干涉,门扇7靠近外侧设置的可变形的密封橡胶条用于填补间隙,使得车辆的外侧和门扇7的外侧实现平顺。
本实施例的密封机构9选用可压缩变形的密封橡皮条,密封橡皮条安装门扇7的外周,设置在门扇7上开门时不会受到乘客的踩踏,延长使用寿命。在其他实施例中,也可以选用充气膨胀式的密封机构。密封橡皮条与门扇7之间进行密封处理,关门过程中,在压紧机构4的作用下密封机构9随着门扇7沿着Y方向运动并被压紧在车体8的阶梯的横面20和纵面21上。密封橡皮条通过自身的变形,使其保证贴合于车体8的阶梯的横面20和纵面21上,因为有变形,同时也能弥补因为车体8制造上的误差或高速运行产生的变形。
如图3和图4所示,关门状态时,一套或多套压紧机构4由液压、气压、机械、电等方式对门扇7从内侧向外侧进行压紧,实现门扇7的外侧与车体8的外侧齐平,实现平顺的要求。
如图6和图7所示,压紧机构4包括转轴29、压紧轮22、转臂23、支撑轴24、支架25、驱动器26、销轴27和定位挡块28;其中:驱动器26和控制机构相连,驱动器26固定在支架25上,转臂23通过支撑轴24和支架25相连,定位挡块28固定在支架25上,压紧轮22通过转轴29和转臂23的顶端相连,驱动器26通过销轴27连接在转臂23的底端并驱动转臂23绕支撑轴24转动,在驱动器26的作用下带动转臂23的转动,使得压紧轮22压紧门扇并保持在压紧位置不会被打开。
如图6所示,压紧状态时,压紧轮22与门扇7的接触点、转轴29的中心点、支撑轴24的中心点转动至接近同一条直线上,接近于“死点”位置,因此能够在驱动器26的作用下保持在压紧位置不会被打开。压紧机构4上设置有可以调节位置的定位挡块28,用于方便调节,确保“死点”位置的存在,同时补偿各类制造误差。这种带有“死点”的压紧结构主要特点是不会因为被压紧设备的受力状态的变化而使压紧状态解除,但同时能够在驱动器26的作用下很轻松的解除压紧状态。如图7所示,在开门状态时,在驱动器26的作用下,转臂23逆时针转动一定角度,“死点”位置解除,可以进行开门。内置塞拉门的控制机构1可以是电子式、气动或其他控制方式实现控制,能够控制驱动机构2的线性、旋转或曲线运动以带动承载机构3的运动和压紧机构4上驱动器26的压紧或释放动作即可。
如图3所示,开门时,首先由控制机构1控制压紧机构4将门扇7释放,随后控制机构1控制驱动机构2沿横向进行直线运动,由于承载机构3的运动轨迹受导向滑槽5的限制,在开门的初始阶段,承载机构3带动门扇7向纵向即车辆内侧运动,至此完成向内“塞”的动作,当导向轮14运动至导向滑槽5的直线槽15时,门扇7随驱动机构2沿横向进行直线运动,完成“拉”门的动作,开门时门扇7位于车体8和侧墙间壁6构成的内部夹层中,完成开门塞拉过程,图上各组件上的箭头为各自的运动方向。
如图4所示,关门时,首先由控制机构1控制驱动机构2沿横向进行直线运动,当导向轮14运动至导向滑槽5的弧形槽时带动承载机构3沿设定轨迹运行,直至将门扇7运动到与车辆外侧齐平后,控制机构1控制压紧机构4将门扇7压紧,完成关门塞拉门过程,图上各组件上的箭头为各自的运动方向。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,包括控制机构(1)、驱动机构(2)、承载机构(3)、压紧机构(4)、导向滑槽(5)和门扇(7);其特征在于:
    所述承载机构(3)包括导向柱(10)、两个套筒(11)、连接杆(12)、滑块(13)和导向轮(14);其中:滑块(13)的顶端和门扇(7)固定相连,滑块(13)的底端和驱动机构(2)相连,滑块(13)套设在连接杆(12)上并沿连接杆(12)移动,两个套筒(11)分别固定在连接杆(12)的两端,套筒(11)套设在导向柱(10)上并沿导向柱(10)移动,导向轮(14)固定在滑块(13)上,导向轮(14)设置在导向滑槽(5)内,导向轮(14)和导向滑槽(5)配合使用;所述控制机构(1)分别与驱动机构(2)和压紧机构(4)相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:所述导向滑槽(5)包括直线槽(15)和弧线槽(16),直线槽(15)沿横向设置,弧线槽(16)沿纵向设置,弧线槽(16)的底端和直线槽(15)连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:所述滑块(13)上设有基座(17)、滑杆(18)和倾斜凹槽(19),基座(17)位于滑块(13)的底端, 基座(17)和驱动机构(2)相连,滑杆(18)的一端固定在基座(17)上,滑杆(18)的另一端设置在倾斜凹槽(19)内,倾斜凹槽(19)位于滑块(13)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:所述倾斜凹槽(19)与横向的夹角为20~70度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:还包括密封机构(9),密封机构(9)设置在门扇(7)的外周。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:所述门扇(7)的端部设有用于防止门扇(7)滑动的阶梯,门扇(7)上的阶梯上设有密封机构(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:所述密封机构(9)为可压缩变形的密封橡胶条。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:所述压紧机构(4)包括转轴(29)、压紧轮(22)、转臂(23)、支撑轴(24)、支架(25)、驱动器(26)和销轴(27);其中:驱动器(26)和控制机构(1)相连,驱动器(26)固定在支架(25)上,转臂(23)通过支撑轴(24)和支架(25)相连,压紧轮(22)通过转轴(29)和转臂(23)的顶端相连,驱动器(26)通过销轴(27)连接在转臂(23)的底端并驱动转臂(23)绕支撑轴(24)转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的轨道车辆用内置塞拉门装置,其特征在于:所述压紧机构还包括定位挡块(28),所述定位挡块(28)固定在支架(25)上。
