이하, 본 발명을 한정하지 않는 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1 및 도 2는 각각 본 발명에 의한 수분 퍼머용 헤어 롯드의 분리상태를 와 결합상태를 도시한 사시도와 단면도이고, 도 3은 도 2의 A - A선 단면도이다.
도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 헤어 롯드는 도시 안 된 전원코드가 분리가능하게 접속되는 플러스(+) 및 마이너스(-) 단자(1)가 형성된 히터봉(2); 상기 히터봉(2)의 외부에 씌워지는 내부 타공관(3); 상기 히터봉(2)과 내부 타공관(3)이 끼워질 수 있도록 내부에 수용공간(4)이 형성되며, 좌우측 양단에 손잡이(5)가 형성된 외부 타공관(6); 및 수분이나 모발 영양제를 흡수할 수 있도록 부직포나 솜으로 이루어지며 상기 내부 타공관(3)과 외부 타공관(6) 사이에 분리가능하게 끼워져 외부 타공관(6)의 수용공간(4)에 삽입되는 흡수성 엘리먼트(7); 를 포함하여 이루어져 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 히터봉(2)은 외부 타공관(6)의 일측에 요철결합방식으로 분리가능하게 결합되도록 되어 있는데, 이는 히터봉(2)의 일측에 플랜지부(2a)가 형성되고, 이 플랜지부(2a)의 외측에 결합돌기(2b)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 외부 타공관(6)의 일측 손잡이(5) 내측에는 관통구멍(5a)이 형성되어 있고, 이 관통구멍(5a)의 외측에는 상기 히터봉(2)의 플랜지부(2a) 외곽에 형성된 결합돌기(2b)에 대응되는 위치에 결합홈(5b)이 형성되어 있어, 상기 히터봉(2)을 외부 타공관(6)에 끼운 상태에서 히터봉(2)의 플랜지부(2a)를 결합홈(5b)에 끼운 후 일측으로 회전시키면 히터봉(2)의 결합돌기(2b)가 관통구멍(5a)의 내측에 걸려 이탈되지 않게 되는 것이며, 히터봉(2)을 분리하고자 할 경우에는 상기와 반대 방향으로 히터봉(2)을 돌려주면 관통구멍(5a)의 내측에 걸려 있던 결합돌기(2b)가 결합홈(5b)을 통해 외부로 이탈되므로 상호 분리될 수 있게 된다.
본 발명은 상기한 결합방식에만 한정되지 않으며, 히터봉과 외부 타공관 사이의 결합방식은 어떠한 방식을 사용하여도 무방하다.
첨부된 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명에서 상기 흡수성 엘리먼트(7)는 그 좌우측 양단에 흡수성 엘리먼트(7)를 이루는 부직포나 솜의 형태가 흐트러지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 내열성 실리콘 재질의 리테이너(7a)가 끼워져 있는데, 이 리테이너(7a)는 엘리먼트(7) 자체의 흐트러짐을 방지하는 기능 외에도 내,외부 타공관(3,6)에 끼우거나 빼는 작업을 할 때 엘리먼트(7)가 원형(圓形)을 유지하도록 형태를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 사용된다.
상기 흡수성 엘리먼트(7)는 부직포 또는 솜(탈지면)이나 면 등으로 이루어져 있으므로 퍼머시 물 또는 액상의 모발 영양제를 흡수한 상태에서 롯드 내부에 설치된 히터봉(2)에 전원이 인가되어 가열되면 증발되면서 외부 타공관(6)에 천공된 구멍(h)을 통해 방사상으로 외부로 배출되며, 이에 의해 롯드에 말려있던 모발에 수분과 영양성분의 공급이 적절하게 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 흡수성 엘리먼트(7)는 퍼머를 하고 난 후 오염이 되었을 경우에는 물에 세척하여 건조한 후 재사용하면 되며, 그 표면에는 면이나 실크 등의 얇은 피복을 씌워주는 것이 내구성을 유지하는데 바람직하다.
도 4는 본 발명의 롯드에 머리카락을 말고 집게로 고정한 상태를 도시한 것이고, 도 5는 도 4의 B - B선 단면도로써, 퍼머시에는 도시 안 된 빗 등을 사용하여 퍼머약을 머리카락(H)에 도포한 후, 퍼머약이 도포된 머리카락을 본 발명의 롯드에 감아주고 그 외부에 집게(8)를 집어서 말린 상태가 흐트러지지 않게 한 다음, 롯드 내부에 삽입된 히터봉(2)에 도시 안 된 전원코드를 연결해주면 히터봉(2)이 가열되게 되는데, 이때 상기 롯드의 내부에 수용된 흡수성 엘리먼트(7)에 물이나 액상 모발 영양제를 적셔주면 엘리먼트(7)가 물 또는 액상의 모발 영양제를 흡수한 상태에서 히터봉(2)의 발열에 의해 증발되면서 외부 타공관(6)에 천공된 구멍(h)을 통해 방사상으로 외부로 배출되며, 이에 의해 롯드에 말려있던 머리카락(H; 모발)에 수분과 영양성분의 공급이 적절하게 이루어지면서 퍼머가 이루어지게 되는 것이다.
본 발명의 퍼머용 헤어 롯드는 기존의 스팀공급식이나 수통식 롯드에 비하여 무게가 가벼워 사용시 피시술자가 그다지 무겁다는 느낌을 갖지 않으므로 피로가 적고, 롯드의 구조도 간단하여 제작이 용이하며, 사용 후에는 히터봉과 흡수성 엘리먼트를 간단하게 분리하여 세척 보관하고 이를 재사용할 수 있으므로 위생적이고 안전하게 퍼머를 할 수 있어 기존의 헤어 롯드를 대신하여 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전원코드가 분리가능하게 접속되는 단자(1)가 형성된 히터봉(2);
    상기 히터봉(2)이 끼워질 수 있도록 내부에 수용공간(4)이 형성되며, 좌우측 양단에 손잡이(5)가 형성된 외부 타공관(6); 및
    수분이나 액상 모발 영양제를 흡수할 수 있도록 부직포나 솜으로 이루어지며 상기 히터봉(2)과 외부 타공관(6) 사이에 분리가능하게 끼워져 외부 타공관(6)의 수용공간(4)에 삽입되는 흡수성 엘리먼트(7); 를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 히터봉(2)은 외부 타공관(6)의 일측에 요철결합방식으로 분리가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼머용 헤어 롯드.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 흡수성 엘리먼트(7)는 좌우측 양단에 흡수성 엘리먼트를 이루는 부직포나 솜의 형태가 흐트러지는 것을 방지하기 위한 금속 또는 수지재질의 리테이너(7a)가 끼워진 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼머용 헤어 롯드.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 히터봉(2)의 일측에는 플랜지부(2a)가 형성되고, 이 플랜지부(2a)의 외측에 결합돌기(2b)가 형성되며, 상기 외부 타공관(6)의 일측 손잡이(5) 내측에는 관통구멍(5a)이 형성되고, 이 관통구멍(5a)의 외측에는 상기 히터봉(2)의 플랜지부(2a) 외측에 형성된 결합돌기(2b)에 대응되는 위치에 결합홈(5b)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼머용 헤어 롯드.
