Abstract

 本発明は入力電流波形の歪みを抑制しつつも簡単にキャリヤを生成できる電力変換装置である。キャリヤ生成部は、時間に対する傾斜が一定である波形を呈し、当該波形の振幅を、コンバータの通流比に内分する位置を基準とするキャリヤを生成する。コンバータ側において、相電圧の絶対値が最も大きい相については、スイッチ素子を常に導通させ、その他の相については、キャリヤと基準との比較に基づいてスイッチ素子の導通/非導通を制御する。インバータ側においては、出力電圧指令に、その他の相の通流比をそれぞれ掛け合わせ、それらの結果とキャリヤとの比較に基づいてスイッチ素子の導通/非導通を制御する。
