Abstract

 数百MHz~数GHzの周波数において、磁気損失が充分小さい複合磁性体及びその製造方法を提供する。  磁性粉末を絶縁性材料中に分散して構成される複合磁性体において、前記磁性粉末は、球状又は扁平状であり、前記複合磁性体は、次の(a)から(c)の内のいずれか一つの特性を有している。 (a)1GHz又は500MHzの周波数おいて比透磁率μrが1よりも大きく、かつ損失正接tanδが0.1以下であること、 (b)1.2GHz以下の周波数における複素透磁率の実部μr’が10よりも大きく、かつ損失正接tanδが0.3以下であること、及び (c)複素透磁率の実部μr’が4GHz以下の周波数で1よりも大きく、かつ1GHz以下の周波数において損失正接tanδが0.1以下であること。
