Abstract

 指令手段による指令値に応じて第1目標回転数Nhと高速制御の領域F1とを設定する。第1目標回転数Nhに基づいて低回転側の第2目標回転数N2と高速制御の領域F2とを設定する。高速制御の領域F2でのエンジン制御中に、第1の所定ポンプ容量である第1設定位置Aをエンジン負荷とエンジン出力トルクとのマッチング点が超えたとき、高速制御の領域F2を高速制御の領域F1側にシフトする。ポンプ吐出圧とアクチュエータの負荷圧との差圧が、ポンプ制御装置8でのロードセンシング差圧を満たすことになった高速制御の領域F3を新たな高速制御の領域として、高速制御の領域F3でのエンジンの制御を行い、ロードセンシング差圧を満たさないときには、高速制御の領域F1までシフトする。これにより、エンジンの燃費を向上させ、しかも、作業機の最大速度が必要とされる場合には、必要とされる作業機の最大速度を低下させずに与えられるエンジンの制御装置及びその制御方法が提供できる。
