Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird eine Zusammensetzung enthaltend Alkylester mit einem Alkylrest enthaltend 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatome und Partialglyceride die einen Glyceringehalt an freien Glycerin von maximal 2 Gew.-% bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge der Zusammensetzung hat. Weiterhin wird ein erstes Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfmdungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung vorgeschlagen, bei dem Triglyceride in Anwesenheit von Alkoholen mit einer Anzahl von Kohlenstoffatomen von 1 - 8 C- Atomen mit einer Esterase enzymatisch umgesetzt werden, welche durch Zugabe von alkalischen Salzen aktiviert wird. In einem weiteren Verfahren werden die Esterasen immobilisiert und / oder chemisch modifiziert eingesetzt. Weiterhin wird ein Verfahren vorgeschlagen, bei dem die erfmdungsgemäße Zusammensetzung durch chemische Partialumesterung hergestellt wird. Zusätzlich werden Zusammensetzung erhältlich nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren vorgeschlagen sowie die Verwendung der erfmdungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen als Biodiesel oder als Additiv in Treibstoffzusammensetzungen.
