日常生活中,人们为了合理充分地利用有限的空间和使用上的方 便, 喜欢将一些小物品悬挂或固定在墙面上,尤其在空间较小的厨房 或洗手间。过去, 人们是采取在墙面上打孔下桩、然后用铁钉将这些 器具或挂钩固定在墙面上。现在, 随着人们住房环境的改善, 厨房或 洗手间均采用釉面砖装饰墙面, 由于釉面砖易碎,一旦不慎就会使釉 面砖产生裂紋,十分地有碍观瞻, 致使人们一般都不愿意在漂亮的墙 面上打钉, 且一般铁钉难以打入墙面。 为此, 本设计人曾设计了一种 适用于光滑平面的吸盘座,这种吸盘座由设有拔杆的胶塑质吸盘、压 盖和与拔杆配合的推压螺帽组成,将吸盘压贴在光滑平面上, 即可利 利吸盘与光滑平面间因吸盘上拔后所产生的真空度,使吸盘座牢固地 吸附在墙面上。在吸盘座上安装挂钩,可用于各种日常物品或衣服的 悬挂; 利用该吸盘座还可将一些轻便的挂篮、皂盒、杯架等器具固定 在光滑的墙面上。这无疑为人们的生活带来了方便。然而, 在实际使 用中发现, 现有的吸盘座在定位时需不断地旋动拔杆上的推压螺帽, 其目的是使胶塑质吸盘与吸附面之间的真空度不断的提高,当拔杆上 升到设定位置时,胶塑质吸盘牢固地吸附在光滑面上, 这种旋拔螺杆 结构对于小尺寸吸盘座尚可,而对于尺寸较大的吸盘座而言, 由于胶 塑质吸盘的吸附面大,拔杆将胶塑质吸盘上提的高度范围较大, 如仍 采用旋拔螺杆结构作为吸盘座的提拔机构,使用时需花较长的时间来 旋拧推压螺帽, 无疑会给使用上带来不便。 发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述吸盘座结构上存在的不足,提供一种快 速联动吸盘座, 这种结构的吸盘座可大大减少推压螺帽的旋拧圈数, 以提高其定位操作效率。
本发明快速联动吸盘座, 包括: 设有拔杆的胶塑质吸盘、压盖和 与拔杆配合的调节推压螺帽, 其特征在于: 压盖的顶部设有一由螺旋 导向环和螺旋导向上压盖构成的联动机构,所述螺旋导向上压盖开有 供拔杆穿入的中心孔, 螺旋导向环固定在压盖的中心顶部, 螺旋导向 上压盖活套在螺旋导向环上,旋拧在拔杆端的推压螺帽与螺旋导向上 压盖之间留有一间隔, 该间隔的距离近拟于胶塑质吸盘高度尺寸。
本发明快速联动吸盘座的设计原理是:利用联动机构来取代过长 的拔杆螺纹与推压螺帽的配合旋拧段。旋拧在拔杆的推压螺帽仅起到 限位作用, 胶塑质吸盘提拔由所设的联动机构来实现。 由于联动机构 的螺旋导向环与螺旋导向上压盖配合螺旋面角度大,套置在螺旋导向 环上的螺旋导向上压盖从完全啮合状态到上升到螺旋导向环的顶部 位置只需旋转半至一圈, 其上升距离则为整个螺旋导向环的高度。 由 需不断旋拧拔杆端推压螺帽才能完成吸盘座的安装到只需旋拧螺旋 导向上压盖半圈至一圈即可使吸盘座牢固地吸附在安装面上,简化了 安装操作过程, 大大提高了安装速度, 无疑为吸盘座更广泛使用带来 了方便, 是一种在光滑墙面上无损坏、快速安装各种功能挂件的新一 代吸盘座。
本发明快速联动吸盘座的具体结构由以下附图和实施例详细给出。 附图说明

从图 1可以清楚地看到,这是一只带有挂钩功能件的快速联动吸 盘座, 快速联动吸盘座的构造与现有吸盘座基本相同。 吸盘座包括: 设有拔杆 3的胶塑质吸盘 2、 压盖 1和与拔杆 3配合的推压螺帽 5, 胶塑质吸盘 2为锥形伞状,胶塑质吸盘 2的边缘设有供压盖 1嵌入的 外挡环形槽 10, 压盖 1上可根据需要连接功能件 4, 所述的功能件 4 可以是挂钩、 皂盒、 毛巾架、 物架等, 本实施例所示的功能件 4为挂 钩。图示可见压盖 1锥形顶部设有一由螺旋导向环 8和螺旋导向上压 盖 7构成的联动机构,螺旋导向上压盖 7开有供拔杆 3穿置的中心孔 11, 螺旋导向环 8固定在压盖 1的中心锥形顶部, 螺旋导向上压盖 7 活套在螺旋导向环 8上。所述旋拧在拔杆 3端的推压螺帽 5与螺旋导 向上压盖 7之间留有一间隔,该间隔的距离近拟于胶塑质吸盘 2高度 尺寸。
从图 2可见, 螺旋导向环 8上设有对称的螺旋面 6, 螺旋导向环 8两对称螺旋面 6的顶端分别设有一平台 12, 从而形成一止挡凸起 13; 螺旋导向上压盖 7 (见图 3 ) 设有与螺旋导向环 8两螺旋面 6对 应的对称螺旋面 9, 两螺旋面 9的尾端亦开有可与螺旋导向环 8两螺 旋面 6顶端平面 12和凸起 13相吻合的平面 14和凸起 15。
快速联动吸盘座设计原理和吸附过程是:吸盘座在非使用状态下 时,由于旋拧在拔杆 3端的推压螺帽 5与螺旋导向上压盖 7之间留有 一间隔,松动的螺旋导向上压盖 7的螺旋面 9与螺旋导向环 8的螺旋 面 6完全啮合, 螺旋导向上压盖 7处于最低位置。 使用时, 将吸盘座 置于吸附面上, 推压拔杆 3端的推压螺帽 5至螺旋导向上压盖 7, 促 使胶塑质吸盘 2锥形内凹面内的空气排出,吸盘座被初步吸附在光滑 平面上, 为了提高吸盘座的吸附力, 必须使胶塑质吸盘 2锥形内 H面 内与吸附面之间的真空度增加。此时用手向右顺时针方向旋拧套置在 压盖 1顶端螺旋导向环 8上的螺旋导向上压盖 7, 螺旋导向上压盖 7 的螺旋面 9与螺旋导向环 '8的螺旋面 6相对运动,使螺旋导向上压盖 7快速向上移位, 螺旋导向上压盖 7的盖面紧抵拔杆 3端的推压螺帽 5, 促使连接在胶塑质吸盘 2上的拔杆 3向上提拔, 当螺旋导向上压 盖 7旋拧到位时, 螺旋导向上压盖 7螺旋面 9尾端的的凸起 15滑入 螺旋导向环 8螺旋面 6顶端平面 12, 而螺旋导向环 8螺旋面 6顶端 的凸起 13刚好滑入螺旋导向上压盖 7螺旋面 9尾端的平面 14, 螺旋 导向上压盖 7 旋拧到位时操作者可听到两者啮合的声响和明显的手 感。 此时带有挂钩功能件 4的吸盘座已牢固地吸附在光滑平面上。
如要取下吸盘座, 移位于其他墙面使用时,操作者只需用手旋拧 螺旋导向上压盖 7向左逆时针方向旋转, 就能快速把吸盘取下, 重复 上述操作, 又可以快速方便地把吸盘座固定在新的位置。

权利要求
1、 一种快速联动吸盘座, 包括: 设有拔杆的胶塑质吸盘、 压盖 和与拔杆配合的调节推压螺帽, 其特征在于: 压盖的顶部设有一由螺 旋导向环和螓旋导向上压盖构成的联动机构,所述螺旋导向上压盖开 有供拔杆穿入的中心孔,螺旋导向环固定在压盖的中心顶部, 螺旋导 向上压盖活套在螺旋导向环上,旋拧在拔杆端的推压螺帽与螺旋导向 上压盖之间留有一间隔, 该间隔的距离近拟于胶塑质吸盘高度尺寸。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的快速联动吸盘座, 其特征在于: 螺旋 导向环 (8)上设有对称的螺旋面 (6), 螺旋导向上压盖 (7)设有与螺旋导 向环 (8)两螺旋面 (6)对应的对称螺旋面 (9)。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 1所述的快速联动吸盘座, 其特征在于: 螺旋导向环 (8)螺旋面 (6)的顶端开有一平台 (12),从而形成一止挡凸起 (13),螺旋导向上压盖 (7)的螺旋面 (9)的尾端亦开有可与螺旋导向环 (8) 顶端平面 (12)和凸起 (13)相吻合的平面 (14)和凸起 (15)。
