- the invention relates to a plastic plate, in particular for lining concrete components, preferably made of thermoplastic material, with expanding wing elements which are formed in one piece with it on at least one side and have supporting webs in their foot region.
- Knob plates made of plastic are used in particular in concrete container construction, when it is a matter of creating liquid and gas-tight, chemical-resistant containers.
- the plastic plates form the lining of such containers. They provide resistance to chemicals and liquids.
- the mechanical strength of the overall construction is essentially provided by the concrete construction. Difficulties are usually the connection of the plastic plates with the concrete structure, since the smooth plastic plate does not form a firm mechanical connection with the concrete. The use of adhesives does not lead to satisfactory long-term results.
- EP 0 436 058 B1 discloses a studded panel of the type in question and a method for its production, with the aid of which it is possible to integrally attach plastic panels for lining concrete structures to produce the provided knobs.
- the knobs are expanding wing elements that are concreted in with the plastic plate when lining concrete components or concrete structures. Due to the continuous production by means of the method described in the mentioned patent specification, these knobbed plates can be produced continuously and therefore comparatively inexpensively.
- the spread-out wing elements and the undercut that is practically given in this way also ensure that the plastic panel lining is permanently attached to the concrete structure.
