Abstract

La presente invencion tiene relacion con una composicion que comprende una mezcla de un ingrediente espumante soluble y una bebida o un ingrediente de producto alimenticio soluble que tiene solubilidad retardada. Luego de la adicion de un liquido, el ingrediente espumante soluble induce la formacion o forma una espuma, esto se logra por medio de un ingrediente que comprende una matriz y un gas bajo presion. La bebida o el ingrediente de producto alimenticio soluble, que puede tener la forma de un polvo, es preparado de tal forma que la solubilidad es retardada.
