Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к новым фенилсодержащим N-ацильным производным биогенных аминов и аминокислот общей формулы І:(І)как ингибиторов циклооксигеназы, которые имеют анальгетические и противовоспалительные свойства, без побочных эффектов, в частности ульцерогенности и проспазматического действия, способность потенцировать действие других анальгетиков, которые имеют, кроме того, антигипоксичную, антидепресантную и антипаркинсоническое действие, а также к способам получения новых и известных фенилсодержащих N-ацильных производных биогенных аминов, фармацевтической композиции и средства, которые содержат соединения общей формулы І, а также к их применению и способу лечения.
