Abstract

本發明,在於提供一種印刷層合加工的線內系統及方法,其適合於製造少量又帶有多品項之包裝設計的包裝,在線內便可以進行噴墨印刷及層合加工之製造。
作為該印刷層合加工的線內系統,係具有:第1基材供給部,其供給帶狀第1基材的帶狀、及噴墨印刷機,其以單路徑方式對上述帶狀第1基材進行水性墨水噴墨印刷、及接著劑塗佈部,其將接著劑塗佈於上述水性墨水噴墨印刷後的帶狀第1基材、及乾燥部,其用以使上述所塗佈的接著劑乾燥、及帶狀第2基材供給部,其供給帶狀第2基材以與上述帶狀第1基材貼合、以及層合加工部,其將上述帶狀第1基材與上述帶狀第2基材層合加工。

Description

印刷層合加工的線內系統及印刷層合加工方法
本發明,是關於以水性墨水對帶狀基材噴墨印刷,以進行層合加工之方式的噴墨印刷層合加工的線內系統及方法。
以往,使用水性墨水的噴墨印刷機在塑膠薄膜等之帶狀基材進行噴墨印刷(專利文獻1)。
又,使用在物品或食品等之包裝的情形時,該帶狀基材通常是使用施以層合加工者(專利文獻2)。
以往,在製法上,由於是在以印刷機對帶狀基材進行印刷的印刷生產線上只進行印刷,在進行層合加工的層合加工生產線上只進行層合加工,所以在製造包裝時,就必須移轉製造生產線。
在近年中,日漸增多販賣所謂區域限定或是期間限定之各式各樣的限定商品,因而必須製造少量又帶 有多品項之包裝設計的包裝。在製造如此之少量又帶有多品項之包裝設計的包裝時,若移轉製造生產線使各別的生產線動工製造時,會有導致商品的製造成本或設備成本等之成本佔有率上昇的問題。
再者,在將印刷基材一邊連續地搬運一邊印刷時,有所謂的掃描方式及單路徑方式,單路徑方式由於不必掃描,所以適合於高速印刷。單路徑方式的噴墨印刷機,例如專利文獻3所記載。然而,當印刷速度來到15m/min時,就會產生因墨水的乾燥不足等所導致的墨水流動或者顏色暈染,再者,在多色印刷時會產生顏色混色等之問題,因而也具有極難提高印刷速度的問題。

本發明,其目的在於提供一種印刷層合加工的線內系統及方法,其適合於製造少量又帶有多品項之包裝設計的包裝,在線內便可以進行噴墨印刷及層合加工之製造。
為了解決上述課題,本發明的印刷層合加工的線內系統,係具有:第1基材供給部,其供給帶狀第1基材的帶狀、及噴墨印刷機,其以單路徑方式對上述帶狀第1基材進行水性墨水噴墨印刷、及接著劑塗佈部,其將接著劑塗佈於上述水性墨水噴墨印刷後的帶狀第1基材、及乾燥部,其用以使上述所塗佈的接著劑乾燥、及帶狀第2基材供給部,其供給帶狀第2基材以與上述帶狀第1基材貼合、以及層合加工部,其將上述帶狀第1基材與上述帶狀第2基材層合加工。
上述層合加工是乾式層合加工為適切。由乾式層合法來進行層合加工之情形時,是以有機溶劑將接著劑稀釋至適當黏度後塗佈於薄膜等之帶狀基材,乾燥後藉由與另一方的帶狀基材壓接而貼合來進行層合加工。作為所使用的接著劑,有聚酯系接著劑或者聚醚系接著劑等。
上述噴墨印刷機,是藉由對上述帶狀第1基材吐出水性墨水來進行圖像形成之水性墨水用的噴墨印刷機,其具有:搬運機構,其進行上述帶狀第1基材的連續性搬運、及單路徑式噴墨頭,其以單路徑方式對藉由上述搬運機構所搬運的帶狀第1基材的表面吐出水性墨水、以及表面事先加溫部,其設在比上述噴墨頭更位於搬運的上游側,用以將上述帶狀第1基材之至少表面予以加溫,且是對由上述表面事先加溫部加溫後的帶狀第1基材,以由 上述噴墨頭進行圖像形成之方式實施的噴墨印刷機為適切。
作為由上述表面事先加溫部所進行之加溫者,是使上述表面事先加溫部所進行的加溫,以藉由將溫風吹碰於上述帶狀第1基材之表面的溫風吹送手段所加溫而成為適切。作為除了將溫風吹碰於上述帶狀第1基材之表面之外的加溫方式者,可以藉由照射與帶狀第1基材的吸收波長相同波長的雷射來進行加溫等。又,藉由紅外線照射進行加溫亦被思及,不過由於帶狀第1基材為透明薄膜之情形時,紅外線會穿透過而沒被加溫,所以在藉由紅外線照射進行加溫之情形時,帶狀第1基材必須是黑色或者是具有吸收紅外線之波長的基材。又,也可以將上述之藉由溫風吹送手段所進行的加溫、藉由照射雷射所進行的加溫、藉由照射紅外線所進行的加溫予以組合來適用之。
例如,藉由溫風吹送手段將40℃~80℃的溫風吹碰於上述帶狀第1基材的表面為佳。
上述噴墨印刷機的上述溫風吹送手段,是以由具有:噴嘴群本體、以及抽引機構之構成所成為適切,該噴嘴群本體,其為複數個具有跨於上述帶狀第1基材之寬度方向上的狹縫狀溫風吹出口的狹縫狀溫風吹送噴嘴相互地形成間隙所設置;該抽引機構、是用以抽引上述噴嘴群本體之上述所形成之間隙的周圍空氣。
上述噴墨印刷機,是進一步設有加溫上述帶狀第1基材之背面的背面加溫部為適切。
藉由上述噴墨印刷機之上述背面加溫部進行的加溫,是藉由溫風吹送手段、或是加熱板進行加溫所成為適切。作為藉由上述背面加溫部進行的加溫,是以藉由溫風吹送手段、或是加熱板進行加溫為適切。
又,也可以將與上述之作為表面事先加溫部同樣的溫風吹送手段,以設置在比上述噴墨頭更位於搬運的下游側來當作為表面事後加溫部之方式來構成。
上述帶狀第1基材及/或是帶狀第2基材是透明的薄膜為適切。作為透明薄膜的帶狀第1基材及/或是帶狀第2基材者,可以適切地使用PET(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、或者PP(聚丙烯)等之透明的合成樹脂製薄膜來使用。
本發明的印刷層合加工方法,是使用上述印刷層合加工的線內系統的印刷層合加工方法,且是以上述噴墨印刷機對帶狀第1基材進行水性墨水噴墨印刷,在接著劑塗佈部將接著劑塗佈於上述水性墨水噴墨印刷後的帶狀第1基材,在上述乾燥部使上述所塗佈的接著劑乾燥,貼合上述帶狀第1基材與上述帶狀第2基材以進行層合加工的印刷層合加工方法。
根據本發明,對於適合於製造以少量又帶有多品項之包裝設計的包裝,能夠提供印刷層合加工的線內系統及方法,並具有莫大顯著的效果。

於以下對於本發明的實施方式進行說明,不過此等實施方式為例示性顯示者,只要在不脫離本發明的技術思想下當然能有各種各樣的變形。又,相同構件是以相同符號來表示。
第1圖是顯示本發明之印刷層合加工的線內系統之一實施方式的模式圖。在本發明中,是將噴墨印刷與層合加工予以線內(inline)化,亦即一條龍化,是實施 為在同一生產線便可以製造的系統。
於第1圖中,符號60是顯示本發明之印刷層合加工的線內系統。印刷層合加工的線內系統60,是具有:供給帶狀第1基材12的帶狀第1基材供給部64、及以單路徑(single path)方式對上述帶狀第1基材12進行水性墨水噴墨印刷的噴墨印刷機10A、及將接著劑68塗佈於上述水性墨水噴墨印刷後之帶狀第1基材12的接著劑塗佈部70、及使上述塗佈有接著劑68乾燥的乾燥部72、及供給帶狀第2基材74用以與上述帶狀第1基材12相貼合的帶狀第2基材供給部76、以及將上述帶狀第1基材12與上述帶狀第2基材74層合加工的層合加工部78等的印刷層合加工的線內系統。
帶狀第1基材供給部64,係於捲繞滾筒80捲繞有帶狀第1基材12,藉由導出帶狀第1基材12使帶狀第1基材12被供給而朝向噴墨印刷機10A。符號82a、82b為進給滾筒。
由水性墨水I所印刷後的帶狀第1基材12,直接被送往接著劑塗佈部70。接著劑塗佈部70,係具有:接著劑儲存槽86、塗佈滾筒88、以及加壓輥90,並將接著劑儲存槽86內的接著劑68塗佈於通過塗佈滾筒88與加壓輥90之間的帶狀第1基材12的印刷面而構成。
塗佈過上述接著劑68的帶狀第1基材12被送往乾燥部72進行乾燥。作為上述乾燥部72者,例如可以使用溫風吹送裝置。上述乾燥部72的溫度,是依帶狀第1基材12的材料或者水性墨水I的材料等而被調整在適溫,例如 150℃以下(例如以80℃~120℃的溫風吹送)。符號92a、92b為進給滾筒。
帶狀第2基材供給部76,係於捲繞滾筒94捲繞有帶狀第2基材74,藉由導出帶狀第2基材74使其被供給往配置有壓接滾筒96a、96b的層合加工部78。壓接滾筒96a為加熱金屬滾筒,而壓接滾筒96b為橡膠滾筒。
如此地實施,進行層合加工來製造層合薄膜98。層合薄膜98,是被捲繞地捲收於捲繞滾筒100。以如此地實施,來進行使用本發明之印刷層合加工的線內系統的印刷層合加工方法。
其次,依據第2圖~第6圖,對在本發明之印刷層合加工的線內系統中所使用之噴墨印刷機的實施方式進行說明。
第2圖是顯示於本發明之印刷層合加工的線內系統中所使用的噴墨印刷機之一實施方式的斷面構造圖。
於第2圖中,噴墨印刷機10A,是藉由對帶狀第1基材12吐出水性墨水來進行圖像形成之水性墨水用的噴墨印刷機,其具有:用以進行對上述帶狀第1基材12之連續性搬運的搬運機構14(在圖示例中為搬運機構14a以及14b)、及對由上述搬運機構14所搬運之上述帶狀第1基材12的表面以單路徑方式吐出水性墨水的單路徑式噴墨頭16a~16e、以及被設置在比上述噴墨頭16a~16e更位於搬運的上游側,用以將上述帶狀第1基材12之至少表面予以加溫的表面事先加溫部18a~18e,並藉由上述噴墨頭16a ~16e使墨水吐出在:由上述表面事先加溫部18a~18e進行加溫後的帶狀第1基材12,來構成該噴墨印刷機。又,在比上述噴墨頭16a~16e更位於搬運的下游側處設置有表面事後加溫部18b~18f,成為:進一步促進藉由上述噴墨頭16a~16e吐出後的水性墨水之乾燥的構成。
又,上述之表面事先加溫部18b~18e,亦可發揮表面事後加溫部的作用,因此亦為表面事後加溫部18b~18e。
作為上述噴墨頭16a~16e者,是可以適用周知之各種各樣的單路徑式噴墨吐出裝置。
搬運機構14亦只要可以搬運帶狀第1基材12者,凡周知的機構皆可適用之,如圖所示,可以採用包含:驅動皮帶20、34、及事先捲有帶狀第1基材12的原材滾筒22,及用以搬運帶狀第1基材12之各種的滾筒24、26、28、30、以及捲取已印刷之帶狀第1基材12的捲取滾筒32而構成。又,符號O,是噴墨印刷機的操作者。
又,事先捲有帶狀第1基材12的原材滾筒22,是被置入在加溫箱36內,在此處被預先加溫(預熱)至60℃~70℃。作為在加溫箱36內之加溫方式,可以以溫風進行加溫、或是也可以由各種周知的加熱器進行加溫。在圖示的例子中,是顯示以溫風將加溫箱36內加溫之構成。
如此預先加溫後的帶狀第1基材12,藉由設置在比上述噴墨頭16a~16e更位於搬運之上游側的表面事先加溫部18a~18e,將上述帶狀第1基材12之至少表面予以 加溫。作為表面事先加溫部18a~18e是以溫風吹送手段的例示來顯示。在溫風吹送手段中,是使40℃~80℃左右,例如使70℃的溫風吹碰於上述帶狀第1基材12的表面。作為溫風吹碰時間,在印刷速度為15m/min時,為2秒鐘~3秒鐘左右,不過也要依溫風的溫度適切地變更。
將表面事先加溫部18a~18e所使用之溫風吹送手段的一實施方式顯示於第3圖。如第3圖所詳示,作為表面事先加溫部18a的溫風吹送手段42,是可以採用具有:噴嘴群本體50以及抽引機構(圖示省略)之構成,該噴嘴群本體50,是使複數個具有跨於帶狀第1基材12之寬度方向上之狹縫狀溫風吹出口44的狹縫狀溫風吹送噴嘴46,相互形成間隙48地設置;該抽引機構,是用以抽引上述噴嘴群本體50之在上述所形成之間隙48的周圍空氣。上述間隙48的周圍空氣,是藉由沒有圖示出的抽引機構,被抽引朝向與溫風H的吹出方向相反的方向(第3圖的箭頭的相反方向)。又,關於此抽引機構,由於能夠以周知的各種抽引裝置適用之,故省略其圖示。如此地,藉由抽引上述間隙48的周圍空氣,而具有減少由水性墨水所產生的顏色渲染之效果。
又,在第2圖的例子中,如第4圖所詳示,是顯示出也可以將與上述之作為表面事先加溫部18a的溫風吹送手段同樣的溫風吹送手段,設置在比上述噴墨頭16a更位於搬運的下游側,用來當作為表面事後加溫部18b的例子。如第2圖及第3圖所詳示,作為上述噴墨頭16a~16e 者,是表示分別具有C(青)、M(洋紅)、Y(黃)、B(黑)、W(白)之墨水貯留容器(圖示省略)的噴墨頭,成為各色的水性墨水I可從各噴墨頭16a~16e吐出之構成。
再者,在第2圖的例示中,是顯示為了從背面加溫帶狀第1基材12,而設置有背面加溫部38的例子。作為背面加溫部38者,可以使用周知的加熱板,例如,可以使用在陶瓷板配設有電阻絲之電熱加熱器等。使用加熱板作為背面加溫部38之情形時,例如加溫至40℃~65℃來使用的話就很適切。背面加溫部38,只要與上述噴墨頭16a~16e相對應地設置即可,如第2圖所示地,是可以以跨越於上述噴墨頭16a~16e的設置位置來設置之方式實施,也可以以分別與上述噴墨頭16a~16e的設置位置相對應地設置之方式實施。
又,作為背面加溫部38,亦可以使用與表面事先加溫部18a同樣的溫風吹送手段。又,使用溫風吹送手段作為背面加溫部38之情形時,例如以將40℃~80℃的溫風吹碰於帶狀第1基材12的背面為適切。
於第5圖,是顯示使用溫風吹送手段作為背面加溫部38的例子。於第5圖中,符號52,是表示作為背面加溫部38的溫風吹送手段。除了設有溫風吹送手段52作為背面加溫部38以外的其餘構成是與上述相同。
接著,將本發明之印刷層合加工的線內系統中所使用之噴墨印刷機的其他實施方式顯示於第6圖。
於第6圖中,符號10B是本發明之印刷層合加工的線內系統中所使用之噴墨印刷機的其他實施方式。噴墨印刷機10B,是在比上述噴墨頭16a~16e更位於搬運的下游側,進一步地設有雷射照射裝置40a~40e來作為表面事後加溫部。除了設有該雷射照射裝置40a~40e以外,其餘是與上述的噴墨印刷機10A為同樣的構成。
使用如此所構成的噴墨印刷機10A、10B,在對由上述噴墨印刷機10A、10B的上述表面事先加溫部18a~18e所加溫後的帶狀第1基材12,由上述噴墨頭16a~16e以使用水性墨水進行墨水吐出之方式來實施的話,對以透明PET薄膜作為帶狀第1基材,即使以15m/min的印刷速度,也不會有墨水流動或者顏色暈染、以及多色印刷時的顏色混色等而可以適切地印刷。又,如噴墨印刷機10A、10B所示,藉由組合表面事後加溫部及背面加溫部組合可以更進一步地消弭墨水流動、顏色的暈染、以及多色印刷時的顏色混色等而可以適切地印刷。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種印刷層合加工的線內系統,係具有:帶狀第1基材供給部,其供給帶狀第1基材、及噴墨印刷機,其以單路徑方式對上述帶狀第1基材進行水性墨水噴墨印刷、及接著劑塗佈部,其將接著劑塗佈於上述水性墨水噴墨印刷後的上述帶狀第1基材、及乾燥部,其用以使上述所塗佈的接著劑乾燥、及帶狀第2基材供給部,其供給帶狀第2基材以與上述帶狀第1基材貼合、以及層合加工部,其將上述帶狀第1基材與上述帶狀第2基材層合加工,其特徵為:上述噴墨印刷機,是藉由對上述帶狀第1基材吐出水性墨水來進行圖像形成之水性墨水用的噴墨印刷機,其具有:搬運機構,其進行上述帶狀第1基材的連續性搬運、及複數個噴墨頭,是以單路徑方式對藉由上述搬運機構所搬運的帶狀第1基材的表面各別吐出水性墨水、以及複數個表面事先加溫部,是以與複數個上述噴墨頭的各個對應之方式分別設置在比所對應之上述噴墨頭更位於搬運的上游側,用以將上述帶狀第1基材之至少表面予以加溫; 上述噴墨印刷機,是對由上述表面事先加溫部加溫後的帶狀第1基材,以由上述噴墨頭進行圖像形成之方式實施的噴墨印刷機,由上述噴墨印刷機的上述表面事先加溫部所進行的加溫,是藉由將溫風吹碰於上述帶狀第1基材之表面的溫風吹送手段所加溫而成;上述噴墨印刷機的上述溫風吹送手段,是由具有:噴嘴群本體、以及抽引機構之構成所成,該噴嘴群本體,其為複數個具有跨於上述帶狀第1基材之寬度方向上的狹縫狀溫風吹出口的狹縫狀溫風吹送噴嘴以相互形成間隙地相鄰之方式所設置;該抽引機構、是用以抽引上述噴嘴群本體之上述所形成之間隙的周圍空氣。
  2. 如請求項1所述之印刷層合加工的線內系統,其中,上述層合加工為乾式層合加工。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之印刷層合加工的線內系統,其中,上述噴墨印刷機,是進一步設有加溫上述帶狀第1基材之背面的背面加溫部。
  4. 如請求項3所述之印刷層合加工的線內系統,其中,由上述噴墨印刷機之上述背面加溫部所進行的加溫,是藉由溫風吹送手段、或是加熱板進行加溫所成。
  5. 如請求項1或2所述之印刷層合加工的線內系統,其中,上述帶狀第1基材及/或是上述帶狀第2基材為透明的薄膜。
  6. 一種印刷層合加工方法,是使用請求項1至5項中任一項所記載之印刷層合加工的線內系統的印刷層合加工方法,以上述噴墨印刷機對帶狀第1基材進行水性墨水噴墨印刷,在接著劑塗佈部將接著劑塗佈於上述水性墨水噴墨印刷後的帶狀第1基材,在上述乾燥部使上述所塗佈的接著劑乾燥,貼合上述帶狀第1基材與上述帶狀第2基材以進行層合加工。
