本发明提供印刷层合加工线内***及方法,其适合于制造少量且带有多品种的包装设计的包装,能够在线内进行喷墨印刷及层合加工的制造。印刷层合加工线内***具有:带状第一基材供给部,其供给带状第一基材;单路径方式的喷墨打印机,其对所述带状第一基材进行水性墨液喷墨印刷;粘接剂涂布部,其将粘接剂涂布于水性墨液喷墨印刷后的所述带状第一基材;干燥部,其使涂布后的所述粘接剂干燥;带状第二基材供给部,其供给带状第二基材以与所述带状第一基材贴合;以及层合加工部,其对所述带状第一基材与所述带状第二基材进行层合加工。

Description

喷墨印刷层合加工线内***及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及以水性墨液对带状基材进行喷墨印刷,从而进行层合加工的喷墨印刷层合加工线内***及方法。
背景技术
以往,使用水性墨液并利用喷墨打印机对塑料膜等带状基材进行喷墨印刷(专利文献1)。
另外,在用于物品或食品等的包装的情况下,该带状基材通常使用层合加工后的基材(专利文献2)。
以往的制法为,在利用打印机对带状基材进行印刷的印刷生产线中只进行印刷,在进行层合加工的层合加工生产线中只进行层合加工,因此在制造包装时需要转移制造生产线。
近年来,销售区域限定、期间限定等各式各样的限定商品的情况逐渐增多,因而需要制造少量且带有多品种的包装设计的包装。在制造这样的少量且带有多品种的包装设计的包装时,若转移制造生产线而使各自的生产线开动来制造,存在会导致商品的制造成本、设备成本等成本率上升的问题。
并且,在一边连续地搬运印刷基材一边印刷时,有扫描方式和单路径方式,单路径方式由于不必扫描从而适合于高速印刷。单路径方式的喷墨打印机例如记载于专利文献3。然而,当为15m/min左右的印刷速度时,存在产生墨液的干燥不足等引起的墨液流动、颜色晕染、以及多色印刷时的颜色混色等的问题,因而也存在极难提高印刷速度的问题。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于提供印刷层合加工线内***及方法,其适合于制造少量且带有多品种的包装设计的包装,能够在线内进行喷墨印刷及层合加工的制造。
用于解决课题的方案
为了解决上述课题,本发明的印刷层合加工线内***具有:带状第一基材供给部,其供给带状第一基材;单路径方式的喷墨打印机,其对所述带状第一基材进行水性墨液喷墨印刷;粘接剂涂布部,其将粘接剂涂布于水性墨液喷墨印刷后的所述带状第一基材;干燥部,其使涂布后的所述粘接剂干燥;带状第二基材供给部,其供给带状第二基材以与所述带状第一基材贴合;以及层合加工部,其对所述带状第一基材与所述带状第二基材进行层合加工。
所述层合加工优选为干式层合加工。在进行基于干式层合法的层合加工的情况下,将粘接剂通过有机溶剂稀释至适当的粘度并涂布于膜等带状基材,干燥后通过与另一方的带状基材压接而贴合来进行层合加工。作为所使用的粘接剂,有聚酯系粘接剂、聚醚系粘接剂等。
优选为,所述喷墨打印机是通过对所述带状第一基材喷出水性墨液来进行图像形成的水性墨液用的喷墨打印机,所述喷墨打印机具有:搬运机构,其进行所述带状第一基材的连续性搬运;单路径方式喷墨头,其对由所述搬运机构搬运的带状第一基材的表面以单路径方式喷出水性墨液;以及表面事先加热部,其设置在比所述喷墨头靠搬运的上游侧的位置,对所述带状第一基材的至少表面进行加热,所述喷墨打印机对由所述表面事先加热部加热后的带状第一基材进行基于所述喷墨头的图像形成。
作为基于所述表面事先加热部的加热,优选为,基于所述表面事先加热部的加热通过将热风吹到所述带状第一基材的表面的热风吹送机构进行。作为将热风吹到所述带状第一基材的表面以外的加热,能够通过照射与带状第一基材的吸收波长相同的波长的激光等来进行。需要说明的是,也可以考虑基于红外线照射的加热,但在带状第一基材为透明膜的情况下,红外线会透过而不被加热,因此在为基于红外线照射的加热的情况下,带状第一基材需要为黑色或者是具有吸收红外线的波长的基材。需要说明的是,也能够将上述的基于热风吹送机构的加热、基于激光照射的加热、以及基于红外线照射的加热组合应用。
例如,优选通过热风吹送机构将40℃~80℃的热风吹到所述带状第一基材的表面。
优选为,所述喷墨打印机的所述热风吹送机构构成为具有:喷嘴组主体,其通过多个狭缝状热风吹送喷嘴以相互地形成间隙的方式设置而成,所述狭缝状热风吹送喷嘴具有遍及所述带状第一基材的宽度方向的狭缝状的热风吹出口;以及抽吸机构,其对所述喷嘴组主体的所形成的所述间隙的氛围气体进行抽吸。
优选所述喷墨打印机还设置有对所述带状第一基材的背面进行加热的背面加热部。
优选基于所述喷墨打印机的所述背面加热部的加热通过热风吹送机构或加热板进行。作为基于所述背面加热部的加热,优选为基于热风吹送机构或加热板的加热。
另外,也可以构成为,将与上述的表面事先加热部相同的加热机构设置在比所述喷墨头靠所述带状第一基材的搬运的下游侧的位置而作为表面事后加热部。
所述带状第一基材及/或带状第二基材优选为透明的膜。作为透明的膜的带状第一基材及/或带状第二基材,能够适当地使用利用了PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯)、PVC(聚氯乙烯)、或者PP(聚丙烯)等的透明的合成树脂制膜。
本发明的印刷层合加工方法是使用所述印刷层合加工线内***的印刷层合加工方法,其中,通过所述喷墨打印机对带状第一基材进行水性墨液喷墨印刷,通过粘接剂涂布部将粘接剂涂布于水性墨液喷墨印刷后的所述带状第一基材,并通过所述干燥部使涂布后的所述粘接剂干燥,将所述带状第一基材与所述带状第二基材贴合以进行层合加工。
发明效果
根据本发明,具有能够提供适合于制造少量且带有多品种的包装设计的包装的印刷层合加工线内***及方法这一显著的效果。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施方式进行说明,但这些实施方式仅例示性地示出,只要不脱离本发明的技术思想则当然能有各种各样的变形。需要说明的是,相同构件由相同的附图标记表示。
图1是示出本发明的印刷层合加工线内***的一个实施方式的示意图。在本发明中,是将喷墨印刷与层合加工线内(inline)化、即一条龙化,从而能够以同一生产线制造的***。
在图1中,附图标记60示出本发明的印刷层合加工线内***。印刷层合加工线内***60具有:供给带状第一基材12的带状第一基材供给部64、对所述带状第一基材12进行水性墨液喷墨印刷的单路径(single path)方式的喷墨打印机10A、将粘接剂68涂布于水性墨液喷墨印刷后的所述带状第一基材12的粘接剂涂布部70、使涂布后的所述粘接剂68干燥的干燥部72、供给带状第二基材74以与所述带状第一基材12贴合的带状第二基材供给部76、以及对所述带状第一基材12与所述带状第二基材74进行层合加工的层合加工部78。
带状第一基材供给部64在卷绕滚筒80卷绕有带状第一基材12,通过导出带状第一基材12而将带状第一基材12向喷墨打印机10A供给。附图标记82a、82b为进给滚筒。
由水性墨液I印刷后的带状第一基材12直接被送往粘接剂涂布部70。粘接剂涂布部70具有粘接剂储存槽86、涂布滚筒88以及加压辊90,将粘接剂储存槽86内的粘接剂68涂布于穿过涂布滚筒88与加压辊90之间的带状第一基材12的印刷面。
涂布有所述粘接剂68的带状第一基材12被送往干燥部72进行干燥。作为所述干燥部72,例如能够使用热风吹送装置。所述干燥部72的温度根据带状第一基材12的材质、水性墨液I的材料等而例如在150℃以下(例如以80℃~120℃的热风吹送)被调整为适温。92a、92b为进给滚筒。
带状第二基材供给部76在卷绕滚筒94卷绕有带状第二基材74,通过导出带状第二基材74而将其向配置有压接滚筒96a、96b的层合加工部78供给。压接滚筒96a为加热金属滚筒,而压接滚筒96b为橡胶滚筒。
这样一来,进行层合加工来制造层合膜98。层合膜98被卷绕地卷收于卷绕滚筒100。这样一来,进行使用本发明的印刷层合加工线内***的印刷层合加工方法。
接下来,基于图2~图6对用于本发明的印刷层合加工线内***的喷墨打印机的实施方式进行说明。
图2是示出用于本发明的印刷层合加工线内***的喷墨打印机的一个实施方式的剖视结构图。
在图2中,喷墨打印机10A是通过对带状第一基材12喷出水性墨液来进行图像形成的水性墨液用的喷墨打印机,喷墨打印机10A具有:进行所述带状第一基材12的连续性搬运的搬运机构14(在图示例中为搬运机构14a以及14b)、对由所述搬运机构14搬运的所述带状第一基材12的表面以单路径方式喷出水性墨液的单路径方式喷墨头16a~16e、以及设置在比所述喷墨头16a~16e靠搬运的上游侧的位置且对所述带状第一基材12的至少表面进行加热的表面事先加热部18a~18e,喷墨打印机10A对由所述表面事先加热部18a~18e加热后的带状第一基材12进行基于所述喷墨头16a~16e的墨液喷出。另外,在比所述喷墨头16a~16e靠搬运的下游侧的位置设置有表面事后加热部18b~18f,进一步促进由所述喷墨头16a~16e喷出后的水性墨液的干燥。
需要说明的是,上述的表面事先加热部18b~18e也发挥表面事后加热部的作用,也是表面事后加热部18b~18e。
作为所述喷墨头16a~16e,能够应用公知的各种单路径方式喷墨喷出装置。
搬运机构14只要能够搬运带状第一基材12则能够应用周知的任意机构,如图所示,能够采用包含驱动带20、34、预卷有带状第一基材12的坯料辊22、用于搬运带状第一基材12的各种辊24、26、28、30、以及卷取已印刷的带状第一基材12的卷取辊32在内的结构。需要说明的是,附图标记O是喷墨打印机的操作者。
另外,预卷有带状第一基材12的坯料辊22被放入加热箱36内,在此处被预加热(预热)至60℃~70℃。作为加热箱36内的加热方式,可以由热风进行加热、也可以由各种周知的加热器进行加热。在图示的例中,示出由热风将加热箱36内加热的结构。
对如此预加热后的带状第一基材12而言,通过在比所述喷墨头16a~16e靠搬运的上游侧的位置设置的表面事先加热部18a~18e对所述带状第一基材12的至少表面进行加热。作为表面事先加热部18a~18e示出了热风吹送机构的例。利用热风吹送机构,将40℃~80℃左右、例如70℃的热风吹到所述带状第一基材12的表面。作为使热风接触的时间,在印刷速度为15m/min时,为2秒钟~3秒钟左右,但也根据热风的温度而适当变更。
将用于表面事先加热部18a~18e的热风吹送机构的一个实施方式示于图3。如图3所详示,作为表面事先加热部18a即热风吹送机构42能够采用如下结构,即具有:喷嘴组主体50,其通过多个狭缝状温风吹送喷嘴46以相互地形成间隙48的方式设置而成,所述狭缝状温风吹送喷嘴46具有遍及带状第一基材12的宽度方向的狭缝状的温风吹出口44;以及抽吸机构(未图示),其对所述喷嘴组主体50的所形成的所述间隙48的氛围气体进行抽吸。所述间隙48的氛围气体被未图示的抽吸机构朝向与热风H的吹出方向相反的方向(图3的箭头的反方向)抽吸。需要说明的是,关于此抽吸机构,由于能够应用周知的各种抽吸装置,因而省略图示。像这样,通过抽吸所述间隙48的氛围气体,从而具有减少水性墨液引起的颜色晕染的效果。
另外,在图2的例中,如图4所详示,示出了也可以将与作为上述的表面事先加热部18a的热风吹送机构相同的热风吹送机构设置在比所述喷墨头16a靠搬运的下游侧的位置而作为表面事后加热部18b使用的例。如图2及图3所详示,作为所述喷墨头16a~16e,示出分别具有C(青)、M(洋红)、Y(黄)、B(黑)、W(白)的墨液储存罐(图示省略)的喷墨头,从各喷墨头16a~16e喷出各色的水性墨液I。
并且,在图2的例中,示出设置有用于从背面对带状第一基材12进行加热的背面加热部38的例。作为背面加热部38,能够使用周知的加热板,例如,能够使用在陶瓷板配设有电阻丝的电热加热器等。在使用加热板作为背面加热部38的情况下,例如优选加热至40℃~65℃来使用。背面加热部38与所述喷墨头16a~16e相对应地设置即可,因此如图2所示,可以以遍及所述喷墨头16a~16e的设置位置的方式来设置,也可以以分别与所述喷墨头16a~16e的设置位置相对应的方式来设置。
另外,作为背面加热部38,也能够使用与表面事先加热部18a相同的热风吹送机构。另外,在使用热风吹送机构作为背面加热部38的情况下,优选例如将40℃~80℃的热风吹到带状第一基材12的背面。
图5示出使用热风吹送机构作为背面加热部38的例。在图5中,附图标记52示出作为背面加热部38的热风吹送机构。设有热风吹送机构52作为背面加热部38以外的结构与上述相同。
接下来,将用于本发明的印刷层合加工线内***的喷墨打印机的又一实施方式示于图6。
在图6中,附图标记10B是用于本发明的印刷层合加工线内***的喷墨打印机的又一实施方式。喷墨打印机10B在比所述喷墨头16a~16e靠搬运的下游侧的位置进一步设置有激光照射装置40a~40e来作为表面事后加热部。设有该激光照射装置40a~40e以外的结构是与所述的喷墨打印机10A相同的结构。
若使用这样构成的喷墨打印机10A、10B对由所述喷墨打印机10A、10B的所述表面事先加热部18a~18e加热后的带状第一基材12,使用水性墨液进行基于所述喷墨头16a~16e的墨液喷出,则对于作为带状第一基材的透明PET膜,即使以15m/min的印刷速度也不会有墨液流动或颜色晕染、以及多色印刷时的颜色混色等而能够适当地印刷。另外,如喷墨打印机10A、10B所示,通过组合表面事后加热部、背面加热部,从而进一步消除墨液流动、颜色的晕染、以及多色印刷时的颜色混色等而能够适当地印刷。

1.一种印刷层合加工线内***,具有:
带状第一基材供给部,其供给带状第一基材;
单路径方式的喷墨打印机,其对所述带状第一基材进行水性墨液喷墨印刷;
粘接剂涂布部,其将粘接剂涂布于水性墨液喷墨印刷后的所述带状第一基材;
干燥部,其使涂布后的所述粘接剂干燥;
带状第二基材供给部,其供给带状第二基材以与所述带状第一基材贴合;以及
层合加工部,其对所述带状第一基材与所述带状第二基材进行层合加工。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷层合加工线内***,其中,
所述层合加工为干式层合加工。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的印刷层合加工线内***,其中,
所述喷墨打印机是通过对所述带状第一基材喷出水性墨液来进行图像形成的水性墨液用的喷墨打印机,
所述喷墨打印机具有:
搬运机构,其进行所述带状第一基材的连续性搬运;
单路径方式喷墨头,其对由所述搬运机构搬运的带状第一基材的表面以单路径方式喷出水性墨液;以及
表面事先加热部,其设置在比所述喷墨头靠搬运的上游侧的位置,对所述带状第一基材的至少表面进行加热,
所述喷墨打印机对由所述表面事先加热部加热后的带状第一基材进行基于所述喷墨头的图像形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的印刷层合加工线内***,其中,
基于所述喷墨打印机的所述表面事先加热部的加热通过将热风吹到所述带状第一基材的表面的热风吹送机构进行。
5.根据权利要求4所述的印刷层合加工线内***,其中,
所述喷墨打印机的所述热风吹送机构构成为具有:
喷嘴组主体,其通过多个狭缝状热风吹送喷嘴以相互地形成间隙的方式设置而成,所述狭缝状热风吹送喷嘴具有遍及所述带状第一基材的宽度方向的狭缝状的热风吹出口;以及
抽吸机构,其对所述喷嘴组主体的所形成的所述间隙的氛围气体进行抽吸。
6.根据权利要求3~5中任一项所述的印刷层合加工线内***,其中,
所述喷墨打印机还设置有对所述带状第一基材的背面进行加热的背面加热部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的印刷层合加工线内***,其中,
基于所述喷墨打印机的所述背面加热部的加热通过热风吹送机构或加热板进行。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的印刷层合加工线内***,其中,
所述带状第一基材及/或带状第二基材为透明的膜。
9.一种印刷层合加工方法,是使用权利要求1~8中任一项所述的印刷层合加工线内***的印刷层合加工方法,其中,
