Description
本發明係關於太陽能組裝製造領域,且具體而言係關於用於密封太陽能組裝之邊緣之保護膠帶以及太陽能組裝及以其製作而成之物品。
現有太陽能層壓組裝主要由鋁框架安裝及保護,該鋁框架由聚矽氧密封劑或雙面發泡體膠帶固定及密封。藉由層壓多層結構來形成現有太陽能組裝,且由此需要用於組裝之保護層材料具有優良濕氣穿透阻滯(MVTR)性能及抗候性。將大部分現有組裝之邊緣密封並藉由鋁合金框架及矽膠或雙面發泡體膠帶進行保護。然而,在應用太陽能組裝時,其並非皆需要鋁合金框架。舉例而言,在應用光伏打簾牆、屋頂光伏打系統、光伏打路燈或諸如此類時,鋁合金框架將增加組裝之重量及成本,且其安裝操作相對複雜。
因此,需要提供可作為框架之替代方式用於密封太陽能組裝之邊緣之產品,例如膠帶。
為克服此問題,本發明之發明者已設計作為框架之替代方式之膠帶,該膠帶可密封太陽能組裝之邊緣,大大減小太陽能組裝之重量,減小產生時間(因無需固化),提供藉由工具或裝置來黏附膠帶之便利操作,並減小製造成本。
根據本發明之第一態樣,提供包含光能轉換器之無框架
光能組裝,其中該光能轉換器之邊緣由膠帶密封。膠帶包含用於密封物品邊緣之膠帶,其包括:用於黏著及緩衝之黏著層,其用於接觸物品邊緣且包括:基材層;視需要,相對地位於基材層兩側之第一黏著劑層及第二黏著劑層,其中該第一黏著劑層用於與物品接觸;及位於黏著層上之抗老化保護層,其包括:可選底層,其位於黏著層上;及膜層,其位於底層上。

根據本發明之第三態樣,提供用於密封物品邊緣之膠帶,其包括:用於黏著及緩衝之黏著層,其用於接觸物品邊緣且包括:基材層;視需要,相對地位於基材層兩側之第一黏著劑層及第二黏著劑層,其中該第一黏著劑層用於與物品接觸;及位於黏著層上之抗老化保護層,其包括:可選底層,其位於黏著層上;及膜層,其位於:底層(若存在)上;或基材層上,前提係未提供底層及第一及第二黏著劑

應用本發明之膠帶可大大減小太陽能組裝之重量,減小產生時間(因無需固化),提供藉由工具或裝置來黏附膠帶之便利操作,並減小製造成本。根據需求,用於本發明之膠帶之保護層之材料可具有各種功能,例如抗磨性、抗候性、抗污性或裝飾性能或諸如此類。另外,根據需求,本發明之膠帶可進一步提供優良緩衝性能。
除非具體指明,否則在本發明中下列術語具有下列定義:術語「光熱或光伏打組裝」(在本文中稱為「光能組裝」)意指可藉由利用諸如太陽能等光能生成電或熱之面板型組裝,包含但不限於晶體矽太陽能組裝、非晶體矽薄膜太陽能組裝、CIGS之其他薄膜太陽能組裝[CuInxGa(1-x)Se2,亦即薄膜太陽能銅/銦/鎵/硒]或諸如此類及太陽能熱收集器。
術語「太陽能物品」意指含有如上所述之太陽能組裝之產品,包含但不限於太陽能車輛、太陽能熱水器、太陽能路燈或太陽能簾牆或諸如此類。
術語「非織造織物」意指由定向或無規大分子纖維構成之材料。
術語「丙烯酸黏著劑」意指丙烯酸酯型壓敏性黏著劑。
術語「熱熔性黏著劑」意指諸如聚烯烴嵌段共聚物
(SBS,SIS)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)或諸如此類等黏著劑,其在室溫下係固體且可在藉由加熱熔化成液體並塗覆於擬黏著物品上之後於壓製及冷卻之數分鐘內達成黏著。
術語「結構性黏著劑」意指環氧樹脂、聚胺基甲酸酯或諸如此類之黏著劑,其具有高強度、相對較大之加載耐久性、抗老化性、抗疲勞性、抗腐蝕性、在預定壽命中之穩定性能,且適於黏著承受強力之結構。
術語「發泡體」及「發泡材料」在本發明中具有相同意義,其意指諸如聚乙烯、聚胺基甲酸酯、丙烯酸酸或諸如此類等在發泡之後具有可壓縮性之材料。
術語「發泡體黏著劑」意指如下黏著劑:其藉由使用上述「發泡體」或「發泡材料」作為基材在「發泡體」及「發泡材料」之一側或兩側提供具有結合性能之黏著劑層,從而形成具有可壓縮性及特定結合性能之複合黏著材料。

本發明之光能組裝可為光伏打或光熱組裝,包含但不限於光伏打面板、薄膜光伏打面板、光熱面板或諸如此類。
根據本發明之第二態樣,提供具有如上文在第一態樣中所述之太陽能組裝之太陽能物品。其包含但不限於以下物品:太陽能車輛、太陽能熱水器、太陽能路燈或太陽能簾牆或諸如此類。
根據本發明之第三態樣,提供用於密封物品邊緣之膠帶,其包括:用於黏著及緩衝之黏著層,其用於接觸物品邊緣且包括:基材層;視需要,相對地位於基材層兩側之第一黏著劑層及第二黏著劑層,其中該第一黏著劑層用於與物品接觸;及位於黏著層上之抗老化保護層,其包括:可選底層,其位於黏著層上;及膜層,其位於底層上。
較佳地自用於黏著層之具有優良黏著性能及密封性能之黏著劑來製作黏著層。
根據一些較佳實施例,本發明之膠帶進一步包括位於保護層與黏著層之間之防水中間層。在防水中間層與保護層之間可能需要黏著劑。有用黏著劑可為彼等列示於上文中者。
根據一些較佳實施例,本發明中所使用之膠帶中之黏著層包括:基材層;相對地位於基材層兩側之第一黏著劑層及第二黏著劑層,其中該第一黏著劑層用於與物品接觸;防水中間層,其位於第二黏著劑層與保護層之間;其中保護層包括:底層,其位於黏著層上;及膜層,其位於底層上。
本發明之光能組裝中膠帶之保護層具有抗老化性能,該抗老化性能滿足戶外老化測試條件及加速老化測試條件,該等條件較佳係:根據IEC60721-2-1,在戶外暴露條件下,60 kWh/m2之總輻照量;根據IEC61215,對於在-40℃ -+85℃下之高溫-低溫循環,200次循環;根據IEC61215,對於在-40℃ -+85℃/85% RH下之濕冷凍循環,10次循環;根據IEC61215,對於在+85℃/85% RH下之高溫-高濕度老化,1000個小時;或諸如此類。
經受上述典型老化條件之後,保護層並無破裂、裂解、
撕裂或諸如此類之外觀缺陷,且由此穩定太陽能組裝之外觀完整性且維持組裝之原始功能特性。

使用諸如UV或電子束等輻射固化。根據一些其他更佳實施例,頂部層係選自由以下組成之群:抗磨性塗層、抗候性塗層、防水性塗層、抗污性塗層或裝飾性塗層。對於構成膜層之材料之抗老化性質,其通常可通過IEC 61215老化測試或可使用25年以上。保護層較佳地符合根據IEC60721-2-1在戶外暴露條件下之需求,可承受60 kWh/m2之總暴露劑量,且根據IEC61215具有下列防熱性能:對於在-40℃ -+85℃下之高溫-低溫循環,200次循環;對於在-40℃ -+85℃/85% RH下之濕冷凍循環,10次循環;對於在+85℃/85% RH下之高溫-高濕度老化,1000個小時;或諸如此類。
根據一些較佳實施例,本發明之膠帶中之底層係自選自由以下組成之群之材料製得:矽烷偶合劑、聚烯烴、聚乙烯化合物、聚醯胺、異氰酸酯或鹵化橡膠。根據一些更佳實施例,本發明之膠帶中之底層進一步含有第三黏著劑層。根據一些其他更佳實施例,第三黏著劑層係自選自由以下組成之群之黏著劑製得:丙烯酸黏著劑、熱熔性黏著劑、結構性黏著劑、基於聚矽氧之黏著劑或其組合。第三層用於將膜層黏附至基板基材層或中間層上。底層用於增強膜層與第二黏著劑層之間之層間結合力。更佳地,通常藉由塗覆具有官能團(例如羧基、醯胺基、羥基、三級胺基、酯基、一級胺基)之大分子聚合物之混合溶液來形成底層。根據一些更佳實施例,底層之塗層厚度小於0.05 mm。可藉由塗覆諸如「POLYMENT NK-350」(自Nippon
Shokubai Kogyo Co有限公司獲得之胺基乙基改質之樹脂)等底塗覆劑來形成底層,而膜層可自諸如Nan Ya Plastics公司之0.10 mm黑色PVC等黑色PVC製得。
本發明之膠帶中之黏著層可提供良好黏著性能及密封性能。太陽能組裝表面之黏著層(玻璃、THV背襯材料、PVDF背襯材料、PVF背襯材料或諸如此類)之90度剝離強度可大於1 N/cm,該黏著層可有效地維持太陽能組裝之特性功能。可將適當底漆施加至太陽能組裝之一個或兩個表面上以促進黏著。通常,黏著層可通過IEC61215-10-15之漏電測試。根據一些較佳實施例,本發明之膠帶中之第一黏著劑層係自選自由以下組成之群之黏著劑製得:丙烯酸黏著劑、熱熔性黏著劑、結構性黏著劑或其組合。根據一些較佳實施例,本發明之膠帶中之第二黏著劑層係自選自由以下組成之群之黏著劑製得:丙烯酸黏著劑、基於聚矽氧之黏著劑、橡膠黏著劑、熱熔性黏著劑、結構性黏著劑或其組合。根據該等實施例,黏著層之性能應同時滿足下列戶外老化測試條件及加速老化測試條件,具體而言係:在戶外暴露條件下,60 kWh/m2之總輻照量,根據IEC60721-2-1;根據IEC61215,對於在-40℃ -+85℃下之高溫-低溫循環,200次循環;根據IEC61215,對於在-40℃ -+85℃/85% RH下之濕冷凍循環,10次循環;及根據IEC61215,對於在+85℃/85%相對濕度下之高溫-高
濕度老化,1000個小時。
經受上述典型老化條件之後,太陽能組裝表面之黏著層(玻璃、THV背襯材料、PVDF背襯材料、PVF背襯材料或諸如此類)之90度剝離強度可大於1 N/cm。由此,其提供具有完整及穩定密封效應之太陽能組裝且同時維持太陽能組裝在老化之後之特性功能。舉例而言,通常,其可通過IEC61215-10-15之漏電測試。
根據一些較佳實施例,黏著層之第二黏著劑層係自選自由以下組成之群之黏著劑製得:丙烯酸黏著劑、橡膠黏著劑或其組合。第二黏著劑層與藉由底層形成之層間之剝離力大於1 N/cm。
就90度剝離強度而言,黏著層與欲密封物品之間之結合強度較佳地大於1 N/cm。黏著層之基材層較佳係丙烯酸發泡體,而黏著劑層較佳地自丙烯酸黏著劑製得。舉例而言,可使用3M 4941 VHB作為黏著層。
根據一些更佳實施例,本發明之膠帶中之基材層係由選自由以下組成之群的材料構成:發泡材料、丙烯酸樹脂、聚胺基甲酸酯、聚乙烯橡膠、非織造材料或其混合物。舉例而言,具有某些緩衝性能之材料(例如黏著劑、發泡體、橡膠、非織造織物或具有黏彈性及可壓縮性之類似物)可用作基材層。具有高黏著性能之材料亦可用作基材層,例如,來自3M公司之2081丙烯酸發泡體膠帶。
為改良膠帶之防水性能,可進一步向產品中添加中間層。舉例而言,可添加具有60 g/m2/24 hr或更小之相對較小
濕氣穿透率(37.8℃)之材料層(例如金屬層、丁基橡膠層、表面改質之PET(聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)層、聚異丁烯聚丙烯層及聚胺基甲酸酯層或諸如此類)並用作濕氣阻擋層。根據一些較佳實施例,中間層係自選自由以下組成之群之材料製得:金屬、橡膠及聚胺基甲酸酯。根據一些更佳實施例,金屬係選自由以下組成之群:鋁、銅或其組合。根據一些更佳實施例,橡膠係選自由以下組成之群:乙烯丙烯三元聚合物、含氟彈性體、聚異丁烯或其混合物。根據一些較佳實施例,防水中間層在經受以下條件之後可通過IEC61215之漏電測試:根據IEC61215,對於在-40℃ -+85℃/85%相對濕度下之濕冷凍循環,10次循環;根據IEC61215,對於在+85℃/85%相對濕度下之高溫-高濕度老化,1000個小時。防水中間層可自諸如鋁箔等金屬箔製得且較佳具有10-100 μm之厚度。舉例而言,其可自厚度為47 μm之來自Alcoa之8011鋁箔製得。
各別材料層之厚度並無特別限制且可根據具體產品之不同需求進行調節以實現材料層之上述功能。舉例而言,厚度通常為0.01-100 mm。
根據一些尤佳實施例,本發明組裝中所使用之膠帶與欲密封物品間之90度剝離強度大於1 N/cm。本發明組裝中所使用之膠帶具有下列耐候性能:根據IEC60721-2-1,在戶外暴露條件下,60 kWh/m2之總輻照量;根據IEC61215,對於在-40℃ -+85℃下之高溫-低溫循環,200次循環;根據IEC61215,對於在-40℃ -+85℃/85%相對濕度下之濕冷凍
循環,10次循環;根據IEC61215,對於在+85℃/85%相對濕度下之高溫-高濕度老化,1000個小時。在老化之前及之後,膠帶應通過IEC61215之漏電測試,並保留其水障壁性能。較佳地,基材層係自丙烯酸發泡體製得且具有0.2-2.0 mm之厚度,第一黏著劑層及第二黏著劑層係自丙烯酸黏著劑製得且具有10-100 μm之厚度,防水中間層係自來自Alcoa之8011鋁箔製得且具有47 μm之厚度,底層係自「POLYMENT 3M NK-350」底塗覆劑製得且具有0.005-0.05 mm之厚度;膜層係自Nan Ya黑色PVC製得且具有0.10-2 mm之厚度。
本發明之膠帶適用於建築整合型光伏系統(BIPV)以及無需鋁框架之光伏打組裝(例如屋頂光伏打系統、光伏打路燈或諸如此類)。舉例而言,本發明之膠帶可黏著至太陽能組裝之四個邊緣以形成邊緣密封結構。黏著層中之發泡體黏著劑具有某些緩衝性能。用於保護層之材料具有相對良好抗磨性性能且可有效地阻擋濕氣穿透。本發明膠帶之應用大大減小太陽能組裝之重量,減小產生時間(因無需固化時間),提供用於施加膠帶之便利操作,並減小製造成本。

實例24之膠帶之結構展示於圖24中。將32密耳(0.8 mm)
之市售「3M半透明材料鉚接黏性膠帶密封4422B(3M SEMITRANSPARENT MATERIAL RIVET TACKY TAPE SEAL 4422B)」(3M/Sumitomo,日本)用於此實例中。
膠帶係由以下3層組成:膜層4:6密耳厚(0.15 mm),離子聚合物/丙烯酸系物
基材層1:24密耳厚(0.6 mm),極具順應性之多用途丙烯酸系物
脫離膜6:2密耳厚(0.05 mm)聚酯膜
使用「3M矽烷玻璃處理AP115(3M SILANE GLASS TREATMENT AP115)」(3M公司,St.Paul,MN)在光能組裝之玻璃表面上塗底層,且使用「3M膠帶底塗劑94」(3M公司,St.Paul,MN)在光能組裝之聚酯背板表面上塗底層。
實例1-24中之保護層之材料皆通過IEC61215之下列測試:至少200個循環之-40℃ -+85℃下之高溫-低溫循環;至少10個循環之-40℃ -+85℃/85% RH下之濕冷凍循環;及至少1000個小時之+85℃/85% RH下之高溫-高濕度老化。
實例1-24中之防水中間層之材料在經受以下條件之後皆通過IEC61215之漏電測試:10次在-40℃ -+85℃/85%相對濕度下之濕冷凍循環,根據IEC61215;1000個小時之+85℃/85%相對濕度下之高溫-高濕度老化。
根據IEC 61215實施抗候性測試。在上述實例中,根據IEC 61215在1000小時內實施下列老化測試:在85%濕度及85℃中老化,15 Kwh/m2之UV輻照老化,200個熱循環及10個濕冷凍循環。結果表明,在老化之前及老化之後在膠帶中並未觀察到破裂及表面失效。90度剝離強度不小於1 N/cm。

Claims (7)
- 一種包含光能轉換器之無框架光能組裝,其中該光能轉換器之邊緣由膠帶密封,該膠帶包括:用於黏著及緩衝之黏著層,其用於接觸物品之邊緣且包括:基材層;視需要,相對地位於該基材層兩側之第一黏著劑層及第二黏著劑層,其中該第一黏著劑層用於與該物品接觸;及於該黏著層上之抗老化保護層,其包括:可選底層,其位於該黏著層上;及膜層,其係佈置於:若存在底層,則在該底層上;或該基材層上,前提係未提供該底層及該第一及第二黏著劑層;或若存在第二黏著劑層,則在該第二黏著劑層上,且前提係未提供該底層。
- 如請求項1之無框架光能組裝,其進一步包括防水中間層,該防水中間層位於該黏著層與該保護層之間。
- 如請求項1之無框架光能組裝,其中該基材層係自選自由以下組成之群之材料製得:發泡材料、丙烯酸樹脂、聚胺基甲酸酯、聚乙烯橡膠、非織造材料或其混合物。
- 如請求項1之無框架光能組裝,其中該第一黏著劑層係自選自由以下組成之群之黏著劑製得:丙烯酸黏著劑、 熱熔性黏著劑、結構性黏著劑或其組合。
- 如請求項1之無框架光能組裝,其中該可選第二黏著劑層係自選自由以下組成之群之黏著劑製得:丙烯酸黏著劑、基於聚矽氧之黏著劑、橡膠黏著劑、熱熔性黏著劑、結構性黏著劑或其組合。
- 如請求項1之無框架光能組裝,其中該膜層係自選自由以下組成之群之材料製得:聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、耐綸(nylon)、離子聚合物或其混合物。
- 如請求項1之無框架光能組裝,其中該底層係自選自由以下組成之群之材料製得:聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、耐綸或金屬箔。
