Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к пищевой промышленности, в частности к конструкци м радиальных шин. Цель изобретени  - повышение срока службы путем предотвращени  расслоений в области кромок слоев брекера. Проектор 4 шины выполнен с уступами 8, расположенными по обоим концам беговой дорожки 5. Кра  брекера 6 доход т до зоны уступа 8. Между сло ми брекера 6 расположен резиновый элемент 11, к нему примыкают боковые слои резины 13, расположенные на половину своей ширины между сло ми брекера 6, а другой половиной отогнутые радиально внутрь параллельно каркасу 1. Резина, охватывающа  боковые слои 13, м гче резины этих слоев. 2 ил.

Claims (1)

  1. Формула изобретения t Автомобильная шина, включающая протектор, радиальный каркас, две боковины, два утолщенных борта, брекер из двух слоев корда между протектором и радиальным каркасом, слой резины между упомянутыми слоями корда с эластичностью по отскоку 60-70% и твердостью по Шору 40-50, толщина которого равна диаметру нитей корда в слоях брекера, но не более 5 мм, боковые спои резины с эластичностью по отскоку 40-50% и твердостью по Шору 58-80, которые на половину своей ширины расположены между слоями брекера с примыканием к резиновому слою, а другой половиной своей ширины они отогнуты радиально внутрь параллельно каркасу, при этом твердость резины, охватывающей боковые слои, меньше, чем твердость этих слоев резины, на 5-15 ед. по Шору, отличающаяся тем, что, с целью повышения срока службы путем предотвращения расслоений в области кромок слоев брекера, по обеим сторонам протектора выполнено по одному уступу, образованному плоскостью, перпендикулярной оси вращения шины, и цилиндрической поверхностью, соосной с осью вращения, смежной боковинам, шириной 25-40% от расстояния между указанной плоскостью и плоскостью, проходящей поперечно через точки максимальной ширины шины с каж дой стороны, при этом кромки слоев корда брекера расположены в зоне уступов, а отогнутые радиально внутрь участки боковых слоев расположены под указанной цилиндрической поверх10 ностью, причем ширина боковых слоев равна 1/6 ширины слоев брекера.
