Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالى بعملية بلمرة اولفين. على الأقل يتبلمر أولفين واحد في وجه غازي في وسادة مسيلة في وجود حفاز بلمرة الاولفين في مفاعل البلمرة له منطقة القاع مخروطية عامة مستدقة الطرف لأسفل، و منطقة وسط اسطوانية عامة و متصلة بمنطقة القاع المذكورة، و منطقة قمة علوية مخروطية عامة مستدقة الطرف لأعلى و توجد أعلى و متصلة بمنطقة الوسط. غاز التسييل يدخل إلى منطقة القاع للمفاعل الذى يمر منه لأعلى خلال المفاعل، و يسحب الغاز من منطقة القمة للمفاعل. ثم يضغط الغاز، يبرد و يرد إلى منطقة القاع من المفاعل. وسادة مسيلة تتكون فى المفاعل حيث تعلق جزيئات البوليمر النامية فى تيار غاز الشطف العلوى حيث ان السرعة السطحية لغاز التسييل تكون أقل من سرعة نقل الجزيئات. لا توجد شبكة تسييل فى المفاعل. غاز التسيل يمرر من غرفة الدخول إلى منطقة القاع و الغاز يتدفق من الجزء العلوى لغرفة الدخول إلى الجزء السفلى منها و يتدفق الغاز من الجزء السفلى من غرفة الدخول إلى منطقة القاع. الشكل رقم 3
