Abstract
Объектом изобретения являются производные 1,3-замещенного циклоалкена и циклоалкана формулы I, приведенной в описании, смесь их изомеров или отдельные изомеры, их гидраты и соли. Другим объектом изобретения является фармацевтическая композиция с допаминергетической, антипсихотической и антигипертенической активностями, содержащая фармацевтически приемлемый жидкий или твердый носитель и активное начало на основе соединения формулы I. Объектом изобретения является способ получения производных 1,3- замещенного циклоалкена формулы Iа, также приведенной в описании, или их солей, а также способ получения производных 1,3-замещенного циклоалкана формулы Iг или их солей, отличающийся тем, что соединение формулы IV подвергают взаимодействию с восстанавливающим агентом, и целевой продукт выделяют в свободном виде или в виде соли, при необходимости в виде смеси изомеров или отдельных изомеров.
Claims (1)
- Объектом изобретения являются производные 1,3-замещенного циклоалкена и циклоалкана формулы I, приведенной в описании, смесь их изомеров или отдельные изомеры, их гидраты и соли. Другим объектом изобретения является фармацевтическая композиция с допаминергетической, антипсихотической и антигипертенической активностями, содержащая фармацевтически приемлемый жидкий или твердый носитель и активное начало на основе соединения формулы I. Объектом изобретения является способ получения производных 1,3- замещенного циклоалкена формулы Iа, также приведенной в описании, или их солей, а также способ получения производных 1,3-замещенного циклоалкана формулы Iг или их солей, отличающийся тем, что соединение формулы IV подвергают взаимодействию с восстанавливающим агентом, и целевой продукт выделяют в свободном виде или в виде соли, при необходимости в виде смеси изомеров или отдельных изомеров.
