Claims (41)

1. Биосовместимый элемент питания, содержащий
слой разделительной прокладки;
первое отверстие, расположенное в слое разделительной прокладки;
слой катодной прокладки, причем слой катодной прокладки прикреплен к слою разделительной прокладки;
второе отверстие, расположенное в слое катодной прокладки, причем второе отверстие выровнено с первым отверстием, и причем второе отверстие меньше первого отверстия, так что при выравнивании первого отверстия и второго отверстия край слоя катодной прокладки выступает в первом отверстии;
слой разделителя, причем слой разделителя расположен внутри первого отверстия в слое разделительной прокладки и прикреплен к краю слоя катодной прокладки;
полость между сторонами второго отверстия и первой поверхностью слоя разделителя, причем полость заполнена катодными химическими веществами;
первый коллектор тока, покрытый анодными химическими веществами;
второй коллектор тока, причем второй коллектор тока электрически связан с катодными химическими веществами; и
электролит, содержащий электролитные химические вещества, причем катодные химические вещества, анодные химические вещества и электролитные химические вещества рассчитаны на один цикл разрядки элемента питания.
2. Элемент по п. 1, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат соль марганца.
3. Элемент по п. 2, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат двуокись марганца.
4. Элемент по п. 1, в котором анодные химические вещества содержат цинк.
5. Элемент по п. 4, в котором анодные химические вещества содержат электроосажденный цинк.
6. Элемент по п. 1, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат графит.
7. Элемент по п. 1, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат полиизобутилен.
8. Элемент по п. 1, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат толуол.
9. Элемент по п. 1, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат ультрадисперсную электролитическую двуокись марганца.
10. Элемент по п. 1, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат первичный синтетический графит KS6.
11. Элемент по п. 10, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат смесь из приблизительно 1,7% PIB B50, 45% JMEMD, 11% KS6 и оставшейся части, представляющей собой толуол.
12. Элемент по п. 1, в котором электролит содержит один или более из хлорида цинка и хлорида аммония.
13. Элемент по п. 1, в котором разделитель содержит Celgard™ 412.
14. Элемент по п. 1, в котором биосовместимый элемент питания электрически связан с электроактивным элементом внутри биомедицинского устройства.
15. Элемент по п. 1, в котором биосовместимый элемент питания электрически связан с электроактивным элементом внутри биомедицинского устройства.
16. Элемент по п. 15, в котором биомедицинское устройство представляет собой офтальмологическое устройство.
17. Элемент по п. 16, в котором офтальмологическое устройство представляет собой контактную линзу.
18. Биосовместимый элемент питания, содержащий
слой катодной прокладки;
первое отверстие, расположенное в слое катодной прокладки;
первый коллектор тока, покрытый анодными химическими веществами, причем первый коллектор тока прикреплен к первой поверхности слоя катодной прокладки, и причем первая полость образована между сторонами первого отверстия и первой поверхностью первого коллектора тока, покрытого анодными химическими веществами;
слой разделителя, причем слой разделителя сформирован
внутри первой полости после заполнения полости смесью прекурсора разделителя;
вторую полость между сторонами первого отверстия и первой поверхностью слоя разделителя, причем вторая полость заполнена катодными химическими веществами;
второй коллектор тока, причем второй коллектор тока электрически связан с катодными химическими веществами; и
электролит, содержащий электролитные химические вещества,
причем катодные химические вещества, анодные химические вещества и электролитные химические вещества рассчитаны на один цикл разрядки элемента питания.
19. Элемент по п. 18, в котором разделитель содержит гидроксиэтилметакрилат, этиленгликольдиметилакрилат и поливинилпирролидон.
20. Элемент по п. 19, в котором катодные химические вещества содержат смесь из приблизительно 1,5 частей 10%-ного раствора PIB B50 в толуоле с 2,3 частями дополнительного толуола и 4,9 частями смеси, содержащей приблизительно 80% ультрадисперсной электролитической двуокиси марганца и 20% первичного синтетического графита KS6, в котором анодные химические вещества содержат электроосажденный цинк, и в котором электролит содержит хлорид цинка и хлорид аммония.
21. Элемент по п. 20, в котором биосовместимый элемент питания электрически связан с электроактивным элементом внутри биомедицинского устройства.
22. Элемент по п. 21, в котором биомедицинское устройство представляет собой офтальмологическое устройство.
23. Элемент по п. 22, в котором офтальмологическое устройство представляет собой контактную линзу.
