Claims (16)

1. Текстурированная кремнистая сталь, в которой доля площади мелких кристаллических зерен, имеющих размер менее 5 мм, в указанной текстурированной кремнистой стали не превышает 3%, а отношение μ17/μ15 магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,7 Тл к магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,5 Тл в конечной продукции из текстурированной кремнистой стали составляет 0,50 или выше.
2. Текстурированная кремнистая сталь по п. 1, в которой доля площади мелких кристаллических зерен, имеющих размер менее 5 мм, в текстурированной кремнистой стали не превышает 2%.
3. Текстурированная кремнистая сталь по любому из пп. 1-2, в которой отношение μ17/μ15 магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,7 Тл к магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,5 Тл в текстурированной кремнистой стали составляет 0,55 или выше.
4. Способ производства текстурированной кремнистой стали, включающий следующие последовательные стадии:
- нагрев сляба текстурированной кремнистой стали до 1100-1200°C и последующее проведение горячей прокатки с получением горячекатаной листовой стали;
- проведение холодной прокатки горячекатаной листовой стали со степенью обжатия 85% или выше с получением холоднокатаной листовой стали, имеющей толщину конечной продукции из текстурированной кремнистой стали;
- проведение обработки отжигом холоднокатаной листовой стали с получением конечной продукции из текстурированной кремнистой стали,
где сляб текстурированной кремнистой стали включает следующие компоненты, в масс. %: 2,5-4,0% Si, 0,010-0,040% растворимого в кислоте алюминия Als, 0,004-0,012% N и 0,015% или менее S, и
доля площади мелких кристаллических зерен с размером зерен менее 5 мм в конечной продукции из текстурированной кремнистой стали не
превышает 3%, и отношение μ17/μ15 магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,7 Тл к магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,5 Тл в конечной продукции из текстурированной кремнистой стали составляет 0,50 или выше.
5. Способ производства текстурированной кремнистой стали по п. 4, дополнительно включающий выполнение, перед холодной прокаткой, обработки отжигом горячекатаной листовой стали.
6. Способ производства текстурированной кремнистой стали по п. 5, в котором обработку отжигом горячекатаной листовой стали выполняют при температуре отжига 900-1150°C и скорости охлаждения при отжиге 20-100°C/с.
7. Способ производства текстурированной кремнистой стали по п. 4, в котором обработка отжигом включает следующие последовательные операции: обезуглероживающий отжиг, нанесение покрытия из отжигового сепаратора, высокотемпературный отжиг, нанесение изолирующего покрытия и отжиг с горячей правкой растяжением.
8. Способ производства текстурированной кремнистой стали по п. 7, дополнительно включающий проведение обработки азотированием холоднокатаной листовой стали перед высокотемпературным отжигом.
9. Способ производства текстурированной кремнистой стали по любому из пп. 4-8, в котором доля площади мелких кристаллических зерен, имеющих размер зерен менее 5 мм, в конечной продукции из текстурированной кремнистой стали составляет не более 2%.
10. Способ производства текстурированной кремнистой стали по любому из пп. 4-8, в котором отношение μ17/μ15 магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,7 Тл к магнитной проницаемости при магнитной индукции 1,5 Тл в конечной продукции из текстурированной кремнистой стали составляет 0,55 или выше.
