Abstract
1. Катетерный аппарат, содержащий:- удлиненный ствол, имеющий проксимальную часть и дистальную часть, где дистальная часть ствола сконструирована для внутрисосудистой доставки в почечную артерию человека-пациента;- лечебную секцию на дистальной части удлиненного ствола, и контрольный элемент, расположенный на ней с возможностью скольжения; и- множество элементов, доставляющих энергию, закрепленных на лечебной секции,- где либо лечебная секция, либо контрольный элемент содержит предварительно заданную спиральную форму, а оставшийся элемент из лечебной секции и контрольного элемента имеет по существу прямую форму, и- где лечебная секция выполнена с возможностью трансформации между:- по существу прямой конфигурацией доставки; и- лечебной конфигурацией, имеющей предварительно заданную спиральную форму для расположения элементов, доставляющих энергию, в устойчивом контакте со стенкой почечной артерии.2. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором:- лечебная секция содержит спиральный элемент с предварительно заданной формой, имеющий центральную полость; и- контрольный элемент содержит выпрямляющий элемент, сконструированный для размещения в центральной полости.3. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором:- лечебная секция содержит согласующуюся центральную полость; и- контрольный элемент содержит спиральную структуру с предварительно заданной формой, сконструированную для размещения в центарльной полости и обеспечения спиральной формы лечебного сегмента.4. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором лечебная секция имеет первую жесткость, а контрольный элемент имеет вторую жесткость, которая больше первой жесткости.5. Катете�
Claims (30)
1. Катетерный аппарат, содержащий:
- удлиненный ствол, имеющий проксимальную часть и дистальную часть, где дистальная часть ствола сконструирована для внутрисосудистой доставки в почечную артерию человека-пациента;
- лечебную секцию на дистальной части удлиненного ствола, и контрольный элемент, расположенный на ней с возможностью скольжения; и
- множество элементов, доставляющих энергию, закрепленных на лечебной секции,
- где либо лечебная секция, либо контрольный элемент содержит предварительно заданную спиральную форму, а оставшийся элемент из лечебной секции и контрольного элемента имеет по существу прямую форму, и
- где лечебная секция выполнена с возможностью трансформации между:
- по существу прямой конфигурацией доставки; и
- лечебной конфигурацией, имеющей предварительно заданную спиральную форму для расположения элементов, доставляющих энергию, в устойчивом контакте со стенкой почечной артерии.
2. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором:
- лечебная секция содержит спиральный элемент с предварительно заданной формой, имеющий центральную полость; и
- контрольный элемент содержит выпрямляющий элемент, сконструированный для размещения в центральной полости.
3. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором:
- лечебная секция содержит согласующуюся центральную полость; и
- контрольный элемент содержит спиральную структуру с предварительно заданной формой, сконструированную для размещения в центарльной полости и обеспечения спиральной формы лечебного сегмента.
4. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором лечебная секция имеет первую жесткость, а контрольный элемент имеет вторую жесткость, которая больше первой жесткости.
5. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором по меньшей мере о контрольный элемент или лечебная секция содержит материал с памятью формы.
6. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, дополнительно содержащий втягиваемую оболочку, по меньшей мере частично окружающую либо контрольный элемент, либо лечебную секцию, когда лечебная секция находится в конфигурации доставки.
7. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, дополнительно содержащий доставляющий проволочный направитель, располагаемый с возможностью удаления в лечебной секции, и сконструированный для доставки лечебной секции в почечную артерию.
8. Катетерный аппарат по п.1, в котором дистальная часть удлиненного ствола, лечебная секция, и элементы, доставляющие энергию, выполнены по размеру и конфигурации для внутрисосудистой доставки в почечную артерию с помощью проводящего катетера калибра 6 French или меньше.
9. Катетерный аппарат, содержащий:
- удлиненный ствол, имеющий проксимальную часть и дистальную часть, где дистальная часть ствола сконструирована для внутрисосудистой доставки в почечную артерию человека-пациента;
- предварительно сформированную дистальную секцию удлиненного ствола, где удлиненный ствол и предварительно сформированная секция содержат центральную полость, сконструированную для размещения контрольного элемента; и
- множество элементов, доставляющих энергию, закрепленных на предварительно сформированной секции,
где предварительно сформированная секция выполнена с возможностью трансформации между:
- низкопрофильной конфигурацией, в которой контрольный элемент располагается в центральной полости; и
- развернутой конфигурацией, в которой контрольный элемент по меньшей мере частично втягивается из предварительно сформированной секции, а секция с предварительно заданной формой спирально сформирована для размещения элементов, доставляющих энергию, в устойчивом контакте со стенкой почечной артерии.
10. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, в котором контрольный элемент содержит выпрямляющий элемент, сконструированный для размещения в центральной полости, и в котором, в конфигурации доставки, выпрямляющий элемент обеспечивает низкопрофильную, в целом линейную форму дистальной части удлиненного ствола.
11. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, в котором секция с предварительно заданной формой содержит саморасширяющуюся спиральную структуру.
12. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, дополнительно содержащий проволочный направитель, сконструированный для доставки секции с предварительно заданной формой в почечную артерию пациента.
13. Катетерный аппарат по п.12, в котором проволочный направитель содержит контрольный элемент, и в котором, в развернутой конфигурации, проволочный направитель по меньшей мере частично извлекается или удаляется из центральной полости секции с предварительно заданной формой.
14. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, в котором секция с предварительно заданной формой содержит нитиноловый кабель.
15. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, в котором секция с предварительно заданной формой состоит из материала с памятью формы.
16. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, в котором секция с предварительно заданной формой содержит множество внешних опор, сконструированных для обеспечения спиральной формы секции с предварительно заданной формой.
17. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, в котором дистальная часть удлиненного ствола, секция с предварительно заданной формой, и элементы, доставляющие энергию, выполнены по размеру и конфигурации для внутрисосудистой доставки в почечную артерию через проводящий катетер калибра 6 French или меньше.
18. Катетерный аппарат по п.9, дополнительно содержащий втягиваемую оболочку, по меньшей мере частично окружающую секцию с предварительно заданной формой, когда секция с предварительно заданной формой находится в низкопрофильной конфигурации, где втягиваемый ствол сконструирован для получения переходного изгиба из аорты пациента в почечную артерию.
19. Катетерный аппарат, содержащий:
- удлиненный ствол, имеющий проксимальную часть и дистальную часть, где дистальная часть ствола сконструирована для внутрисосудистой доставки в почечную артерию человека-пациента;
- согласующуюся часть на дистальной части ствола, и формирующий элемент, расположенный в согласующейся части, где согласующаяся часть выполнена с возможностью перехода между:
- конфигурацией доставки, когда формирующий элемент извлекают из центральной полости; и
- лечебной конфигурацией, когда формирующий элемент вводят в центральную полость; и
- множество электродов, закрепленных на согласующейся части.
20. Катетерный аппарат по п.19, дополнительно содержащий доставляющий проволочный направитель, сконструированный для доставки согласующейся части в почечную артерию.
21. Катетерный аппарат по п.19, в котором удлиненный ствол содержит:
- полость для проволочного направителя, сконструированную для размещения проволочного направителя; и
- полость для контрольного элемента, сконструированную для размещения формирующего элемента, и где полость для проволочного направителя и полость для контрольного элемента объединяются в центральную полость.
22. Катетерный аппарат по п.19, в котором формирующий элемент содержит спиральную структуру.
23. Катетерный аппарат по п.19, дополнительно содержащий втягиваемую оболочку формирующего элемента, по меньшей мере частично окружающую формирующий элемент и сконструированную для сжатия формирующего элемента в целом выпрямленную конфигурацию, когда согласующаяся часть находится в низкопрофильной конфигурации.
24. Катетерный аппарат по п.19, в котором согласующаяся часть имеет первую жесткость, а формирующий элемент имеет вторую жесткость, которая больше первой жесткости,
25. Катетерный апапарат, содержащий:
- удлиненный ствол, имеющий проксимальную часть и дистальную часть;
- лечебную секцию на дистальной части удлиненного ствола, и контрольный элемент, связанный с лечебной секцией и перемещаемый с возможностью скольжения относительно лечебной секции; и
- множество элементов, доставляющих энергию, закрепленных на лечебной секции,
где либо лечебная секция, либо контрольный элемент имеет предварительно заданную спиральную форму, а другой элемент из лечебной секции и контрольного элемента имеет по существу прямую форму; и
где лечебная секция и контрольный элемент передвигаются относительно друг друга для трансформации лечебного устройства между низкопрофильной конфигурацией доставки и развернутой конфигурацией, имеющей предварительно заданную спиральную форму.
26. Катетерный аппарат по п.25, в котором:
- лечебная секция содержит спиральный элемент с предварительно заданной формой, имеющий центральную полость; и
- контрольный элемент содержит выпрямляющий элемент, сконструированный для размещения в центральной полости.
27. Катетерный аппарат по п.25, в котором:
- лечебная секция содержит согласующуюся центральную полость; и
- контрольный элемент содержит спиральную структуру с предварительно заданной формой, сконструированную для размещения в центральной полости, и обеспечения спиральной формы центральной полости.
28. Катетерный аппарат по п.25, в котором дистальная часть удлиненного ствола, лечебная секция, и элементы, доставляющие энергию, выполнены по размеру и конфигурации для внутрисосудистой доставки в почечную артерию через проводящий катетер калибра 6 French или меньше.
29. Катетерный аппарат по п.25, дополнительно содержащий втягиваемую оболочку, по меньшей мере частично окружающую по меньшей мере одно из лечебной секции или контрольного элемента, когда лечебная секция находится в низкопрофильной конфигурации доставки.
30. Катетерный аппарат по п.25, дополнительно содержащий доставляющий проволочный направитель, располагаемый внутри лечебной секции с возможностью удаления, и сконструированный для доставки согласующейся части к участку лечения нерва почки.
