Abstract
1. Способ, включающийпроведение многократных курсов дистантного ишемического кондиционирования (ДИК) субъекту после инфаркта миокарда.2. Способ по п.1, где многократные курсы ДИК начинают в течение 1 недели или в течение 1 месяца от инфаркта миокарда.3. Способ по п.1, где субъект не подвергся предварительному ишемическому кондиционированию перед инфарктом миокарда.4. Способ по п.1, где субъект не подвергся предварительному ишемическому кондиционированию в течение инфаркта миокарда.5. Способ по п.1, где предварительное ишемическое кондиционирование является дистантным или локальным.6. Способ по п. 1, где субъект подвергся предварительному ишемическому кондиционированию.7. Способ по п. 6, где предварительное ишемическое кондиционирование происходило перед инфарктом миокарда.8. Способ по п.1, где субъект испытал ишемическое кондиционирование дистанционно или локально в течение инфаркта миокарда.9. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где последующие курсы ДИК проводят каждые два дня после первого курса ДИК.10. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где многократные курсы ДИК проводят каждые три дня, каждые два дня или ежедневно.11. Claims (28)
1. Способ, включающий
проведение многократных курсов дистантного ишемического кондиционирования (ДИК) субъекту после инфаркта миокарда.
2. Способ по п.1, где многократные курсы ДИК начинают в течение 1 недели или в течение 1 месяца от инфаркта миокарда.
3. Способ по п.1, где субъект не подвергся предварительному ишемическому кондиционированию перед инфарктом миокарда.
4. Способ по п.1, где субъект не подвергся предварительному ишемическому кондиционированию в течение инфаркта миокарда.
5. Способ по п.1, где предварительное ишемическое кондиционирование является дистантным или локальным.
6. Способ по п. 1, где субъект подвергся предварительному ишемическому кондиционированию.
7. Способ по п. 6, где предварительное ишемическое кондиционирование происходило перед инфарктом миокарда.
8. Способ по п.1, где субъект испытал ишемическое кондиционирование дистанционно или локально в течение инфаркта миокарда.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где последующие курсы ДИК проводят каждые два дня после первого курса ДИК.
10. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где многократные курсы ДИК проводят каждые три дня, каждые два дня или ежедневно.
11. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где последующие курсы ДИК проводят в течение месяца после инфаркта миокарда.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где многократные курсы ДИК проводят в течение месяца после инфаркта миокарда.
13. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где многократные курсы ДИК включают более одного курса ДИК в день на один или более дней.
14. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где субъект не подвергся баллонной ангиопластике или установке стента.
15. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где субъектом является человек.
16. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где первый курс ДИК проводят в течение ишемии, связанной с инфарктом миокарда.
17. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где первый курс ДИК проводят в течение реперфузии после ишемии, связанной с инфарктом миокарда.
18. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где по меньшей мере один курс ДИК из многократных курсов ДИК включает по меньшей мере четыре цикла, при этом каждый цикл включает окклюзирующее давление и реперфузию.
19. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где по меньшей мере один курс ДИК из многократных курсов ДИК включает более одного цикла, включающего 5 минут окклюзирующего давления и 5 минут реперфузии.
20. Способ по п.19, где окклюзирующим давлением является давление, которое по меньшей мере на 15 мм рт.ст. выше систолического давления, или составляет 200 мм рт.ст.
21. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где каждый из курсов ДИК в многократных курсах ДИК проводят на том же месте.
22. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, где многократные курсы ДИК проводят на верхней конечности.
23. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, дополнительно включающий введение субъекту ингибитора ангиотензин-превращающего фермента (АПФ).
24. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, дополнительно включающий введение субъекту блокатора рецепторов ангиотензина II.
25. Способ по любому из пп.1-8, дополнительно включающий введение субъекту антитромбоцитарной терапии.
26. Способ уменьшения заболеваемости, отсрочки возникновения и/или уменьшения тяжести сердечной дисфункции и/или сердечной недостаточности, включающий
проведение многократных курсов дистантного ишемического кондиционирования (ДИК) субъекту в течение и после инфаркта миокарда.
27. Способ, включающий
проведение многократных курсов дистантного ишемического кондиционирования (ДИК) субъекту, испытывающему инфаркт миокарда, где первый курс ДИК проводят в течение инфаркта миокарда, и последующие курсы ДИК проводят, по меньшей мере, каждые три дня после первого курса ДИК.
28. Способ по п.27, где первый курс ДИК проводят в течение инфаркта миокарда, и последующие курсы ДИК проводят ежедневно после первого курса ДИК.
