Abstract
1. Двухтопливный источник тепла, содержащийпервый регулятор давления, выполненный с возможностью регулирования потока природного газа;второй регулятор давления, выполненный с возможностью регулирования потока жидкого пропана;топливный клапан для выбора топлива, содержащий первое впускное отверстие и второе впускное отверстие и выполненный так, что при его повороте первое впускное отверстие открыто, а другое закрыто, при этом первое впускное отверстие соединено с первым регулятором давления, а второе впускное отверстие соединено со вторым регулятором давления;выпускной клапан, имеющий первую конфигурацию поточных каналов и вторую конфигурацию поточных каналов;причем выпускной клапан выровнен по оси с топливным клапаном для выбора топлива и выполнен так, что поворот топливного клапана также вызывает поворот выпускного клапана; причем путем выбора топлива посредством топливного клапана для выбора топлива обеспечена возможность задания того, какое впускное отверстие открыто для обеспечения протекания через него природного газа или жидкого пропана, и задания траектории потока топлива через выпускной клапан посредством первой конфигурации поточных каналов или второй конфигурации поточных каналов.2. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.1, дополнительно содержащий регулирующий клапан, соединенный с топливным клапаном для выбора топлива и выполненный с возможностью регулировки количество топлива, протекающего от топливного клапана для выбора топлива к выпускному клапану.3. Claims (19)
1. Двухтопливный источник тепла, содержащий
первый регулятор давления, выполненный с возможностью регулирования потока природного газа;
второй регулятор давления, выполненный с возможностью регулирования потока жидкого пропана;
топливный клапан для выбора топлива, содержащий первое впускное отверстие и второе впускное отверстие и выполненный так, что при его повороте первое впускное отверстие открыто, а другое закрыто, при этом первое впускное отверстие соединено с первым регулятором давления, а второе впускное отверстие соединено со вторым регулятором давления;
выпускной клапан, имеющий первую конфигурацию поточных каналов и вторую конфигурацию поточных каналов;
причем выпускной клапан выровнен по оси с топливным клапаном для выбора топлива и выполнен так, что поворот топливного клапана также вызывает поворот выпускного клапана; причем путем выбора топлива посредством топливного клапана для выбора топлива обеспечена возможность задания того, какое впускное отверстие открыто для обеспечения протекания через него природного газа или жидкого пропана, и задания траектории потока топлива через выпускной клапан посредством первой конфигурации поточных каналов или второй конфигурации поточных каналов.
2. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.1, дополнительно содержащий регулирующий клапан, соединенный с топливным клапаном для выбора топлива и выполненный с возможностью регулировки количество топлива, протекающего от топливного клапана для выбора топлива к выпускному клапану.
3. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.2, в котором регулирующий клапан содержит по меньшей мере одно из следующего: клапан с ручным управлением, клапан, управляемый термостатом, соленоид переменного тока, соленоид постоянного тока.
4. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.2, в котором топливный клапан для выбора топлива и выпускной клапан являются отдельными герметизированными клапанами, соединенными посредством соединительного вала.
5. Двухтопливный источник тепла, содержащий
первый регулятор давления для регулирования потока первого топлива;
второй регулятор давления для регулирования потока второго топлива, отличного от первого и находящегося под более высоким давлением чем первое топливо;
топливный клапан для выбора топлива, имеющий первое положение, в котором обеспечена возможность протекания через него потока первого топлива от первого регулятора давления и предотвращено протекание через него потока второго топлива, и второе положение, в котором обеспечена возможность протекания через него потока второго топлива от второго регулятора давления и предотвращено протекания через него потока первого топлива;
выпускной клапан, содержащий множество впускных отверстий и первое и второе множество выпускных отверстий, причем в первом положении выпускного клапана обеспечена возможность протекания потока топлива через выпускной клапан от множества впускных отверстий к первому множеству выпускных отверстий, а во втором положении выпускного клапана обеспечена возможность протекания потока топлива через выпускной клапан от множества впускных отверстий ко второму множеству выпускных отверстий;
причем топливный клапан для выбора топлива и выпускной клапан соединены вместе, так что путем выбора первого положения на топливном клапане для выбора топлива также обеспечен выбор первого положения на выпускном клапане, а путем выбора второго положения на топливном клапане для выбора топлива также обеспечен выбор второго положения на выпускном клапане.
6. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.5, в котором множество впускных отверстий содержит впускное отверстие датчика уменьшения кислорода и впускное отверстие горелки, а каждое множество выпускных отверстий содержит выпускное отверстие датчика уменьшения кислорода и выпускное отверстие горелки.
7. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.6, в котором первые выпускные отверстия датчика уменьшения кислорода и горелки выполнены с возможностью направления топлива к датчику уменьшения кислорода и форсунке горелки соответственно, выполненных с возможностью использования с первым топливом, и вторые выпускные отверстия датчика уменьшения кислорода и горелки выполнены с возможностью направления топлива к датчику уменьшения кислорода и форсунке горелки соответственно, выполненных с возможностью использования со вторым топливом.
8. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.5, в котором первое топливо содержит природный газ, а второе топливо содержит жидкий пропан.
9. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.6, дополнительно содержащий регулирующий клапан для количественного регулирования потока от топливного клапана для выбора топлива через регулирующий клапан к впускным отверстиям датчика уменьшения кислорода и горелки.
10. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.5, содержащий часть нагревателя, печи, сушильного устройства или котла.
11. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.6, дополнительно содержащий регулирующие средства воздушной заслонки.
12. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.5, в котором топливный клапан для выбора топлива и выпускной клапан выполнены с возможностью поворота вокруг одной оси, причем каждый клапан имеет форму усеченного конуса, при этом вершинами они направлены друг к другу.
13. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.5, в котором первый регулятор давления выполнен с возможностью обеспечения давления в диапазоне приблизительно от 3 дюймов водяного столба до 6 дюймов водяного столба (от 7,62 см водяного столба до 15,24 см водяного столба).
14. Двухтопливный источник тепла по п.5, в котором второй регулятор давления выполнен с возможностью обеспечения давления в диапазоне приблизительно от 8 дюймов водяного столба до 12 дюймов водяного столба (от 20, 32 см водяного столба до 30, 48 см водяного столба).
15. Двухтопливный источник тепла, содержащий
первый и второй регуляторы давления, выполненные с возможностью регулирования двух разных топлив под разным давлением, причем двухтопливный источник тепла выполнен с возможностью использования только одного вида топлива в конкретный момент времени;
топливный клапан для выбора топлива из двух разных топлив;
выпускной клапан для регулирования потока топлива от двухтопливного источника тепла к камере сгорания;
причем двухтопливный источник тепла выполнен так, что путем соединения одного топлива с предназначенным для него регулятором давления и выбором другого топлива посредством топливного клапана для выбора топлива предотвращено протекание топлива через указанный источник тепла.
16. Способ, включающий перемещение устройства для выбора топлива для задания траектории газа через устройство для выбора топлива; причем перемещение устройства для выбора топлива вызывает перемещение контроллера, выполненного с возможностью направления газа к линии горелки для жидкого пропана и к линии датчика уменьшения кислорода в одном положении или к линии горелки для природного газа и к линии датчика уменьшения кислорода в другом положении.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором устройство для выбора топлива соединено с двухтопливным регулятором давления, причем перемещение устройства для выбора топлива траекторию газа от двухтопливного регулятора давления через указанное устройство для выбора топлива.
18. Способ по п.17, в котором двухтопливный регулятор давления содержит первое выпускное отверстие и второе выпускное отверстие, причем перемещение устройства для выбора топлива в первое положение обеспечивает возможность передачи газа от первого выпускного отверстия к контроллеру, а перемещение устройства для выбора топлива во второе положение обеспечивает возможность передачи газа от второго выпускного отверстия к контроллеру.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором перемещение устройства для выбора топлива в первое положение обеспечивает возможность передачи газа от первого выпускного отверстия через контроллер к линии горелки для жидкого пропана и к линии датчика уменьшения кислорода, а перемещение устройства для выбора топлива во второе положение обеспечивает возможность передачи газа от второго выпускного отверстия через контроллер к линии горелки для природного газа и к линии датчика уменьшения кислорода.
