Abstract
1. Полиэтиленовая композиция, включающая мономеры этилена и бутена, имеющая: индекс длинноцепочечного разветвления 0,5≤g'cp.≤0,9; ! показатель текучести расплава (ПТР)>(49,011×ИР(-0,4304)), где ИР - индекс расплава; и отношение средневесовой молекулярной массы к среднечисленной молекулярной массе Mw/Mn≤4,6. ! 2. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая 0,55≤g'cp.≤0,85. ! 3. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая ПТР>(57,18×ИР(-0,4304)). ! 4. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая примерно 2,0≤Mw/Mn ≤ примерно 4,2. ! 5. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 и 2, имеющая 0,75≤g' при молекулярной массе 100000≤0,95. ! 6. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 и 2, имеющая 0,5≤g' при молекулярной массе 500000≤0,85. ! 7. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая величину Т75-Т25, равную или ниже примерно 25, где Т25 - температура, при которой получено 25% элюированного полимера, а Т75 - температура, при которой получено 75% элюированного полимера. ! 8. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 или 3, имеющая ИР ≤ примерно 1,0. ! 9. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 или 3, имеющая ПТР примерно 50-150 при ИР примерно 1,0. ! 10. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая прочность расплава <10 сН. !11. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая плотность 0,910-0,945 г/см3. ! 12. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, которая в качестве мономеров содержит этилен, бутен и другой олефиновый мономер, содержащий от 2 до 30 атомов углерода. ! 13. Пленка, включающая полиэтиленовую композицию по любому из пп.1-5, 7-8 или 10-12. ! 14. Claims (32)
1. Полиэтиленовая композиция, включающая мономеры этилена и бутена, имеющая: индекс длинноцепочечного разветвления 0,5≤g'cp.≤0,9;
показатель текучести расплава (ПТР)>(49,011×ИР(-0,4304)), где ИР - индекс расплава; и отношение средневесовой молекулярной массы к среднечисленной молекулярной массе Mw/Mn≤4,6.
2. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая 0,55≤g'cp.≤0,85.
3. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая ПТР>(57,18×ИР(-0,4304)).
4. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая примерно 2,0≤Mw/Mn ≤ примерно 4,2.
5. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 и 2, имеющая 0,75≤g' при молекулярной массе 100000≤0,95.
6. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 и 2, имеющая 0,5≤g' при молекулярной массе 500000≤0,85.
7. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая величину Т75-Т25, равную или ниже примерно 25, где Т25 - температура, при которой получено 25% элюированного полимера, а Т75 - температура, при которой получено 75% элюированного полимера.
8. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 или 3, имеющая ИР ≤ примерно 1,0.
9. Полиэтиленовая композиция по одному из пп.1 или 3, имеющая ПТР примерно 50-150 при ИР примерно 1,0.
10. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая прочность расплава <10 сН.
11. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, имеющая плотность 0,910-0,945 г/см3.
12. Полиэтиленовая композиция по п.1, которая в качестве мономеров содержит этилен, бутен и другой олефиновый мономер, содержащий от 2 до 30 атомов углерода.
13. Пленка, включающая полиэтиленовую композицию по любому из пп.1-5, 7-8 или 10-12.
14. Пленка по п.13, которая имеет напряжение пластической усадки в продольном направлении (MD) ≤ примерно 0,08 МПа.
15. Пленка по п.13, которая имеет поверхность Retromat усадки >60%.
16. Пленка по п.13, которая имеет прозрачность ≥60%.
17. Пленка по п.13, которая имеет относительное внутреннее помутнение ≤1,0%/мил.
18. Пленка по п.13, которая имеет мутность <20%.
19. Пленка по п.13, имеющая поверхность Retromat усадки >60%; напряжение пластической усадки MD < примерно 0,08 МПа; мутность <20%; и прозрачность ≥60%.
20. Пленка по п.19, имеющая мутность <8,8%.
21. Способ полимеризации олефина(ов) в газовой фазе с получением полимерной композиции по п.1, заключающийся во взаимодействии олефина(ов), при соблюдении условий полимеризации, с каталитической системой, содержащей ахиральное циклическое мостиковое металлоценовое каталитическое соединение и активатор, в котором активатор включает алюмоксан, модифицированный алюмоксан или их смеси, а олефины включают этилен и бутен.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором ахиральное циклическое мостиковое металлоценовое каталитическое соединение имеет два лиганда.
23. Способ по п.22, в котором лиганды разнонаправлено замещаются.
24. Способ по п.21, в котором ахиральное циклическое мостиковое металлоценовое каталитическое соединение определено формулой:
где M обозначает атомом переходного металла группы 4, 5, 6; LA и LB обозначают незамещенный или замещенный циклопентадиенильный лиганд или лиганд циклопентадиенильного типа, связанный с M; R'AxR' обозначает циклическую мостиковую группу, в которой А представляет собой один или более или комбинацию атомов углерода, германия, кремния или олова, связывающих мостиком два лиганда LA и LB, а две группы R' образуют циклическое кольцо или кольцевую систему с A; Q обозначает диметил, а x является целым числом от 1 до 4.
25. Способ по п.24, в котором М обозначает цирконий.
26. Способ по любому из пп.24 и 25, в котором LA и LB обозначают замещенный циклопентадиенильный лиганд или замещенный лиганд циклопентадиенильного типа.
27. Способ по п.21, в котором ахиральное циклическое мостиковое металлоценовое каталитическое соединение представляет собой циклотетраметиленсилил(тетраметилциклопентадиенил)(циклопентадиенил)цирконийдиметил.
28. Способ по любому из пп.21, 22, 24 или 27, в котором каталитическая система включает носитель, который состоит из неорганического оксида металла групп 2, 3, 4, 5, 13 или 14.
29. Способ по п.28, в котором носитель состоит из диоксида кремния, оксида алюминия или диоксида кремния-оксида алюминия.
30. Способ по любому из пп.21, 22, 24 или 27, в котором активатор состоит из метилалюмоксана (MAO), модифицированного метилалюмоксана (ММАО) или их комбинации.
31. Способ по п.30, в котором активатор представляет собой MAO, а каталитическая система образуется путем первоначального объединения МАО с диоксидом кремния и последующим добавлением к полученной комбинации циклотетраметиленсилил(тетраметилциклопентадиенил)(циклопентадиенил)цирконийдиметила.
32. Способ по п.30, в котором мольное отношение бутен/этилен, используемых в способе, составляет <0,007.
