Abstract

1. Способ получения композиции для ингибирования парафина, включающий стадии: ! (a) приготовление смеси, содержащей ! (i) воскообразный ингибитор парафина в качестве компонента с температурой плавления выше 0°C; ! (ii) эмульгатор в качестве компонента, ! (iii) в случае необходимости, воду, ! при температуре в первой температурной области, причем первая температурная область находится выше температуры плавления компонента (i) и причем, в случае необходимости, имеющаяся вода приводит к образованию эмульсии вода-в-масле и составляет массовую долю, которая меньше, чем сумма массовых долей компонентов (i) и (ii); ! (b) добавление воды к смеси, причем по окончании добавления воды образуется эмульсия масло-в-воде; ! (c) охлаждение эмульсии масло-в-воде со стадии (b) до температуры во второй температурной области, которая находится ниже температуры плавления компонента (i), и ! (d) добавление, в случае необходимости, частично смешивающегося с водой органического растворителя в качестве компонента (iv), в котором используемый в качестве компонента ингибитор парафина нерастворим. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что компонент (i) включает полимеры на основе этилена/винилацетата, акриловой кислоты, метакриловой кислоты, олефина/метакриловой кислоты соответственно, ее ангидрида, или жирных кислот, которые вводят во взаимодействие с жирными спиртами или их аминами с получением сложных эфиров, амидов или имидов. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент (ii) включает неионогенное поверхностно-активное вещество или смесь поверхностно-активных веществ. ! 4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент (iv) включает одно- или мног�

Claims (14)

1. Способ получения композиции для ингибирования парафина, включающий стадии:
(a) приготовление смеси, содержащей
(i) воскообразный ингибитор парафина в качестве компонента с температурой плавления выше 0°C;
(ii) эмульгатор в качестве компонента,
(iii) в случае необходимости, воду,
при температуре в первой температурной области, причем первая температурная область находится выше температуры плавления компонента (i) и причем, в случае необходимости, имеющаяся вода приводит к образованию эмульсии вода-в-масле и составляет массовую долю, которая меньше, чем сумма массовых долей компонентов (i) и (ii);
(b) добавление воды к смеси, причем по окончании добавления воды образуется эмульсия масло-в-воде;
(c) охлаждение эмульсии масло-в-воде со стадии (b) до температуры во второй температурной области, которая находится ниже температуры плавления компонента (i), и
(d) добавление, в случае необходимости, частично смешивающегося с водой органического растворителя в качестве компонента (iv), в котором используемый в качестве компонента ингибитор парафина нерастворим.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что компонент (i) включает полимеры на основе этилена/винилацетата, акриловой кислоты, метакриловой кислоты, олефина/метакриловой кислоты соответственно, ее ангидрида, или жирных кислот, которые вводят во взаимодействие с жирными спиртами или их аминами с получением сложных эфиров, амидов или имидов.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент (ii) включает неионогенное поверхностно-активное вещество или смесь поверхностно-активных веществ.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что компонент (iv) включает одно- или многоатомный спирт.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что температура плавления компонента (i) находится в области от 5°C до 200°C.
6. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что первая температурная область находится в диапазоне от более чем 10°C до менее чем 250°C.
7. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что вторая температурная область находится в диапазоне от более чем 1°C до менее чем 100°C.
8. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что композиция для ингибирования парафина включает компоненты (i)-(iv) со следующими массовыми долями соответственно в пересчете на общую массу композиции:
(i) 10-70 мас.% ингибитора парафина в качестве компонента;
(ii) 1-30 мас.% эмульгатора в качестве компонента;
(iii) 1-89 мас.% воды;
(iv) 0-88 мас.% растворителя в качестве компонента, причем массовая доля воды больше, чем сумма массовых долей компонентов (i) и (ii).
9. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что используемый в качестве компонента ингибитор парафина в композиции имеет средний диаметр частиц менее 100 мкм.
10. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что стадии (a)-(d) осуществляют при перемешивании.
11. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что перед стадией (d) осуществляют установление значения pH.
12. Применение композиции для ингибирования парафина, получаемой согласно способу получения по любому из пп.1-11, в качестве добавки на нефтяных промыслах, а также при транспортировке или хранении сырой нефти или рафинатов сырой нефти.
13. Способ ингибирования парафина/снижения температуры застывания сырой нефти или рафинатов сырой нефти, включающий стадию:
добавление композиции для ингибирования парафина, получаемой согласно способу получения по любому из пп.1-11, к сырой нефти или рафинату сырой нефти.
14. Способ по п.13, отличающийся тем, что перед добавлением композицию нагревают до температуры выше температуры плавления используемого в качестве компонента ингибитора парафина.
