Claims (8)

1. Клетка кофейного растения, продуцирующая галактоманнаны, которая модифицирована таким образом, что эндогенный уровень активности-галактозидазы снижен так, что уровень разветвления галактозы в галактоманнанах повышен.
2. Клетка кофейного растения по п.1, включающая нуклеиновую кислоту, которая транскрибирована в рибонуклеиновую кислоту, которая является антисмысловой к мРНК, или ее часть, происходящая из гена-D-галактозидазы.
3. Клетка кофейного растения по п.2, отличающаяся тем, что нуклеиновая кислота, которая транскрибирована в рибонуклеиновую кислоту, которая является антисмысловой к мРНК, или ее часть, происходящая из гена-D-галактозидазы, находится под контролем конститутивного или индуцибельного промотора.
4. Клетка кофейного растения по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что промотор представляет собой кофейный промотор cspl.
5. Кофейное растение, содержащее растительную клетку по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
6. Способ получения растворимого кофе, включающий стадию использования кофейных зерен, полученных из кофейного растения по п.5.
7. Способ повышения растворимости кофе, включающий стадию использования кофейных зерен, полученных из растения по п.5.
8. Применение зерен, полученных из кофейного растения по п.5, для получения растворимого кофе.
