Claims (9)
1. Соединения формулы I
где
означает фенильное кольцо, которое может быть незамещенным или замещенным 1,2 или 3 заместителями, независимо выбираемыми из атома галоида, (С1-С4)алкильной группы, трифторметильной группы, гидроксигруппы, (С1-С4)алкоксигруппы, нитрогруппы, аминогруппы, (С1-С4)алкиламиногруппы, ди[(С1-С4)алкил]аминогруппы, (С1-С4)алканоиламиногруппы, (С1-С4)алкилендиоксигруппы или ацильной группы, или
означает тиофеновое кольцо, которое может быть незамещенным или замещенным 1 или 2 заместителями, независимо выбираемыми из атома галоида, (С1-С4)алкильной группы, трифторметильной группы, гидроксигруппы, (С1-С4)алкоксигруппы, нитрогруппы, аминогруппы, (С1-С4)алкиламиногруппы, ди[(С1-С4)алкил]аминогруппы, (С1-С4)алканоиламиногруппы, (С1-С4)алкилендиоксигруппы или ацильной группы; и
R1 и R2 одинаковые или различные означают атом водорода, разветвленную или неразветвленную (С1-С14)-алкильную группу, которая может быть незамещенной или замещенной одним или несколькими заместителями, независимо выбираемыми из атома галоида, гидроксигруппы, нитрогруппы, аминогруппы, карбоциклической группы или гетероциклической группы, и где при длине цепи, большей чем 2 атома углерода, один или несколько углеродных атомов, не являющихся смежными, могут быть замещены атомами кислорода, азота или серы, и где 2 углеродных атома могут быть связаны двойной или тройной связью, карбоциклическую группу, или гетероциклическую группу, или R1 и R2 образуют вместе с атомом азота 3-6-членный цикл, который может содержать дополнительные гетероатомы, независимо выбираемые из азота, кислорода или серы, и который может быть аннелирован с помощью карбоциклической или гетероциклической группы и который может быть незамещенным или замещенным 1, 2 или 3 заместителями, независимо выбираемыми из атома галоида, (С1-С4)алкильной группы, трифторметильной группы, гидроксигруппы, (С1-С4)алкоксигруппы, арильной группы, гетероарильной группы, арилалкильной группы, арилалкилоксигруппы, арилоксигруппы, (С1-С3)алкилендиоксигруппы, нитрогруппы, аминогруппы, (С1-С4)алкиламиногруппы, ди[(С1-С4)алкил] аминогруппы, (С1-С4)алканоиламиногруппы или ацильной группы, их энантиомеры, диастереоизомеры, рацематы и их физиологически приемлемые соли.
3. Соединения формулы I по п.1 или 2, где R2 означает бензил или замещенный бензил.
5. Соединения формулы I по п.1, выбираемые из группы, включающей
2-гидроксиамид, 5-[(нафталиN-1-илметил)амид]тиофен-2,5-дикарбоновой кислоты;
2-гидроксиамид, 5-(4-трифторметилбензиламид)тиофен-2,5-дикарбоновой кислоты;
N-гидрокси-N’-нафталин-1 -илметилтерефталамид;
2-(3-хлорбензиламид), 5-гидроксиамид тиофен-2,5-дикарбоновой кислоты;
2-(3,5-диметилбензиламид), 5-гидроксиамид тиофен-2,5-дикарбоновой кислоты;
2-гексиламид, 5-гидроксиамид тиофен-2,5-дикарбоновой кислоты;
2-[(1,5-диметилгексил)амид], 5-гидроксиамид тиофен-2,5-дикарбоновой кислоты;
2-гидроксиамид, 5-[(2-феноксиэтил)амид]тиофен-2,5-дикарбоновой кислоты;

6. Способ получения соединений по пп.1-5 взаимодействием соединения формулы III
где А имеет значения, приведенные выше; и
R3 означает (С1-С4)алкильную группу, с амином формулы HNR1R2 в присутствии активирующего агента, где R1 и R2 имеют приведенные выше значения, с образованием соединения формулы II
которое реагирует с гидроксиламином в присутствии соответствующего основания, после чего образующиеся соединения формулы I превращаются в их энантиомеры, диастереоизомеры, рацематы или физиологически приемлемые соли.
7. Лекарственные средства, содержащие в качестве активного ингредиента соединение формулы I по пп.1-5 в смеси с фармацевтически приемлемыми наполнителями или разбавителями.
8. Применение соединения по пп.1-5 для получения лекарственного средства, обладающего ингибирующей активностью в отношении гистондезацетилазы (HDAC).
9. Применение соединения по п.8 в качестве ингибитора клеточной пролиферации.
