Abstract
Det er tilveiebragt en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille en vektredusert skummet gipsplate med en gipskjerne med høy styrke og utmerkete hefteegenskaper av gipskjernen med dekkskikt for gipsplater, hvilken fremgangsmåte er i stand til å justere størrelsene av porene i en gipskjerne av et vektredusert gipsplateprodukt til et ønsket område på kort tid og ved en lav kostnad, selv om typene og blandeforholdene av gipsråmaterialer varierer. Fremgangsmåten for å fremstille en vektredusert gipsplate i hvilke porene med en forhåndsbestemt størrelse fordeles i en gipskjerne, omfatter trinnene av å blåse luft inn i et skummende middel for å produsere skum, blande skummene i et blandet materiale som inneholder kalsinert gips og vann for å oppnå skummet gipsslurry, helle den skurrimede gipsslurryen i et rom mellom øvre og nedre dekkskikt for gipsplaten, forme dekkskiktene og den skummede gipsslurryen til en plateform, omtrentlig kutte av og påfølgende tørke plateformen, og kutte av den tørkede og formede platen til en produktdimensjon, hvori fremgangsmåten ytterligere omfatter trinnet av å preliminært å tilsette et porestørrelsesjusterende middel for å justere størrelsene av skum fordelt i den skummede gipsslurryen til én av en bruksløsning av skummiddelet og en blanding av en bruksløsning av skummiddelet og vann for å oppnå skummiddelet for å produsere skum med ønsket størrelse.
