Description
Innretning for håndtering av roterende ovner av kaldotypen.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en innretning til- håndtering, spesielt montering og demontering, av roterende ovner av Kaldo-ty.pen som ligger roterbart opplag-ret i et bur som danner en vugge. Spesielt angår den innretninger for håndtering av eventuelt opphetede roterovner som an-vendes ved stålfremstilling.
Disse sylindere eller roterovner — som
i det følgende for enkelhets skyld kalles «sylindere» — må kunne demonteres med jevne mellomrom for vedlikehold, spesielt for reparasjon av deres foring.
En tidligere anvendt løsning av dette
problem består i at to eller flere sylindere anbringes i en eneste, faststående installasjon på en slik måte at anlegget kan ar-beide kontinuerlig, idet de sylindere som behøver å utskiftes kan tas ut og erstattes med nye sylindere.
I dette tilfelle kan man for å fjerne
sylindere fra den faststående installasjon anvende de betj enings-innretninger som normalt er tilstede i fabrikklokalet, men hvis sylindrenes store vekt krever en rulle-bro, blir håndteringen meget vanskelig og krever i et hvert tilfelle rullebroer av spe-sialfconstruksjon, som er så kostbare at deres amortisering oppveier de økonomiske fordeler som kan oppnås ved suksessiv an-vendelse av to eller flere sylindere.
En mere fordelaktig løsning av proble-met består i at man demonterer sylindrene utenfor det faststående bur. For dette for-mål er en av det faststående anleggs vug-getraverser utført bevegbar og svingbar om en akse. Denne travers på den rullende bro løftes etter at en vogn, som bærer en hy-draulisk donkraft, er blitt skjøvet inn under den sylinder som skal repareres. Vognen tar imot sylinderen, senker denne litt og kjører den til et reparasjonsverksted, hvor sylinderen avlastes. Den samme vogn kan føre den reparerte sylinder tilbake på sylinderens plass i apparatets vugge. Deretter stenges traversen og installasjonen kan straks settes i arbeidsvirksomhet igjen.
Oppfinnelsen skaffer en ny innretning for betjening av selv meget tunge sylindere hvor man unngår å måtte anvende en ar-beidende travers, mens sylindrene likevel kan utskiftes like lett, samtidig som appa-raturens bur den hele tid holdes lukket.
For å oppnå dette foreslår oppfinnerne at sylinderen fra en stilling som hensiktsmessig ligger ovenfor den vanlige arbeidsstilling skal kunne senkes til et nivå hvor den kan passere under de lavest beliggende organer i buret. Det vil med andre ord si, at innretningen i henhold til oppfinnelsen utmerker seg ved at sylindrene senkes fra sin normale posisjon til et nivå hvor de kan passere under de lavest beliggende elementer i buret, og at sylindrene deretter, ved hvilke som helst egnede midler, kan forflyttes til et ønsket punkt. Senk-ningen skier ved anlegg mot de burorganer som er beregnet på normalt å understøtte sylinderen.
Hovedhensikten med anordningen i henhold til oppfinnelsen er å kunne hånd-tere (montere og demontere) ovnen uten å behøve é åpne.' «buret», selv; når- ovnen veier så mye som f. eks. 600 tonn, og dette er oppnådd ved å benytte ovnssylinderens faste oppbygninger, som støtteramme, under håndteringen og ikke rullebroer ellen lignende, som eventuelt da måtte gjøres; uforholdsmessig, kraftige., og., dyre..
Det er fordelaktig attden understøttelse:: som er nødvendig under sylinderens senk-ning skjer ved støtte mot svingeringene: for at understellet ikke skal bli utsatt for-for store belastninger.
