Abstract

Se proporciona un método para formar una película de recubrimiento de capas múltiples, dicho método es aplicable de manera adecuada a un proceso de recubrimiento de húmedo sobre húmedo, que comprende: aplicar un primer material de recubrimiento base a base de agua para formar un primer recubrimiento base a base de agua sin curar; y luego aplicar un segundo material de recubrimiento base a base de agua sin precalentar el primer recubrimiento base a base de agua sin curar; un método para formar una película de recubrimiento de capas múltiples de acuerdo con un proceso de recubrimiento de húmedo sobre húmedo que comprende aplicar un primer material de recubrimiento base a base de agua a la superficie de un substrato que se va a recubrir y luego aplicar, sin precalentamiento el recubrimiento así formado, un segundo material de recubrimiento base a base de agua, caracterizado porque; el primer material de recubrimiento base a base de agua contiene un material viscoso tipo relacionado hidrófilo; y la composición del segundo material de recubrimiento base a base de agua se controla.
