El material de electrolito sólido tiene picos a 14.9° ± 0.50°, 20.4° ± 0.50°, y 25.4 ° ± 0.50° en la medición de difracción de rayos X con Cu-Ka(1,2) = 1.5418Å y puede incluir fases cristalinas mixtas y/o cerámicas de vidrio.
